They have come to my residence to work on appliances several times, they are always professional and courteous and do great work 😀

I reached out to them for a plumbing emergency, I was told that someone would call me back right away and get it taken care of. I never heard back from them. After waiting around and realizing that they had forgotten about me, I had to find someone else to get the job done.

A few weeks ago one of the pipes burst under my house on a Saturday morning. We had to turn off the water to the whole house because of possible water damage. We needed a plumber that day and our home owners warranty only contracts with Galloway. Unfortunately Galloway doesnt work on weekends. So, we were stick without water for the whole weekend. As some of you might know, this is extremely difficult to manage. No showers, no washing clothes, no flushing the toilet and no washing hands. They finally came Monday morning and did a great job. Our water was back on within an hour! So in an emergency they did not meet our need. But otherwise they were great.

I have used Galloway for my rental property and my residence. They were very accommodating and efficient with both. The rental was in need of a new water heater. The required size and location were unique to say the least. They were able to obtain the proper unit, schedule, remove old, install new in a timely manner. The price was fair and the service was pleasing to me and my tenant. In my residence (nearly a century old with multiple remodels) they were able to track down the root of my problem (literally). My toilets were gurgling as well as my kitchen sink. Within minutes of arrival, they found roots in the main sewer line and a clogged vent. Both fixed same day. I highly recommend Galloway Plumbing.

I had Galloway come out to a rental and replace the shower faucet/plumbing. They beat the competitions quote by half. They were able to come in and replace everything within 4 hours time. Jim is professional and very courteous. I now use Galloway on every plumbing job I need.

Dont typically leave reviews but feel obligated to in this situation. I had Galloway came out to adjust some piping for a bathroom remodel. In the process of adjusting said pipes from being bowed out to fit an old shower surround they were pushed back in flush to the wall. I guess in the pushing of the pipes into the wall the pressure cracked a PVC fitting for an adjacent bathrooms pipes that come up in that same wall. I didnt find out about the issue until a week or two later when my little boys had to take a shower (typically take baths on school nights). The fitting that was cracked was the one that feeds water up to the shower head. By this time my remodel project is done and that bathroom now has been tiled and finished. Galloway comes out to see what happened and I am immediately told that it isnt their fault and they will not take responsibility for any of it. So, in the process of spending all this money renovation a bathroom, I now have to tear apart another bathroom to get into the wall and fix and absorb the cost of the technicians mistake. Spoke to management who said that while its ironic that a fitting that is inches away from where they were just working magically fails a week later, they cant and will not assume responsibility for it. Be very careful in the people you choose to perform work inside your home! Obviously well be using other plumbers going forward.

If I could give 0 stars I would. As a single mother I am disgusted. I also had to tell the owner not to speak to me the way he was over the phone. I was verbally quoted 600-700 for the job to be done. Then I got a bill in the mail for 1500. The plumber refused to allow me to speak to the owner but said 200 could be taken off the bill. That’s still double what I was quoted. The owner called me saying he would be sending me to collections because I had only paid the 700 (the highest end of what I was quoted). He then told me I was lying because his worker would never quote me what I had said. He also said the worked had no authority to lower my bill by 200 and I’d have to prove it. Luckily I had a text message from the worker with all that written out that I hadn’t deleted yet. Even with my proof, the owner refused to accept their mistake in quoting me incorrectly and giving me no indication the bill would be any different than what I was quoted. Do not use this company. I got screwed on this one and don’t trust it. The worker also refused to insulate my pipes which I didn’t even mention to the owner because of his attitude already. Will. Never. Use. Again.

Feel like I should be writing 3 reviews because I’ve had three interfaces with Galloway over the last year and a half, but I’ll just write one since each time was literally the same consistent service. Galloway showed up on time or slightly early on each visit, they conducted business very professionally and didn’t waste a lot of time like some repair services do. They took the time to explain what the problem was in laymen’s terms and efficiently went about repairing it. In addition their billing was very much in line with other plumbers ( no hidden surprises). All in all if you want a safe choice I’d highly recommend them.

Had Galloway out on several occasions. Had work done on our well plumbing, water heater replaced and two new toilets installed. The guys were very knowledgeable and courteous. Would definitely use them again!

Galloway replaced the cut off on our pool plumbing. They used a tool to save the fitting so we didn’t have to replace all of the other plumbing. They were great and did a great job!

I did not have a good experience with this company at all! My husband told him what was leaking they drive all the way to my house which is 20 mintues away get here look around for 10 mintues say they dont have the parts drive back to paducah and 2 HOURS later show back up work 20 minutes and charge 430 dollars!!! So my husband calls the manager and talks he gives us 90 dollars back and we find out they mark their parts up like 200% percent more than lowes so although they have a good hourly rate they will get u on parts I wont be using them again for sure! Not only that my husband and told him multiple times he would need to bring something to kneel because the carpet was I get home and the have grabbed a decorative pillow of the shelf in my closet and knelt on it and the water was soured which means my decorative pillow smells like mold and soured water
