The work was done quickly, the only issue i had was I didnt hear them call my name over the intercom and didnt recieve a call that my car was done. I was lucky enough to walk back there a few minutes before closing to find out it was done. I wasnt happy that I never recieved a phone call that my car was ready when i didnt come back until 4 minutes until closing. Which needs updated on google because on sundays they are only open until 6pm, not 7pm.

Got my oil changed on my lunch break while I did my grocery shopping. When I returned to the auto area I waited 30 minutes for my name to be called and it never was. Finally went to the desk only to find out it had been done the entire time I was sitting there and the people at the desk were talking. I then made it clear I would be late going back to work since no one told me I was ready to go and the lady decided now would be a good time for her to check my receipt on my other items. The people in the garage are great and work fast but the ones at the desk need to pay attention.

This was my first oil change at the Ozark location and they were definitely impressive. Not a single employee I walked by didnt tell me to have a great day and ensure i was being helped. Im sure they dont get paid what they should, but they definitely deserve some recognition.

Dont get me wrong. They are nice people and make an effort to save you money. But they claimed I had a sealed transmission and that it was leaking and did not bother to double check that claim. I do not have a sealed transmission. It has a dipstick. The leaking was water from the air conditioner. You guys confused me a lot and Im not happy with the wasted time and confusion. Otherwise, I recommend this place over other stores.

I always receive first-class service here. I had nearly given up on Walmart for oil and tire service before I started coming here. The shop manager Tom and his staff are fantastic.

As a lady, I am always nervous about taking our vehicles anywhere to have them worked on. Not because I doubt myself and judgment, but because I have received some terrible treatment at auto repair shops in the past. Ive always received consistent work and honest treatment at this Walmart Auto Center. (Knock on wood!)Weve had many oil changes on different vehicles and also tire repairs and replacements. There is generally not a long wait, but it is helpful to check the busy times as recorded by Google or call ahead and see how busy they are.

I was very pleased with my oil change service! They vacuumed my floor boards when they were done, parked in the shade so my car wasnt too hot. The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly!

Hate to say it, but these guys are usually pretty quick. And generally do a really good job. I get a lot of my stuff done here. Tires and Batteries for Sure.

We had a tire blowout on our way to Springfield. These guys got a new one installed super quick for us so we could get on our way. They were very friendly and professional.

I Planned a trip to Dothan to see my family for the weekend, I meant to get tires before leaving to head to Alabama but couldnt make it there before they closed. I live in Mississippi now with my wife and needed some new tires before the five hour drive back. I showed up right at opening time around 7am and Nash was the first one I spoke with. He made sure I was getting the right tires for my needs and even wrote down each quote next to the different type and mileage tire they had all four of. Nash was thorough and extremely polite. He asked about my family, my trip, my wife, even my tattoos. This guy genuinely cares about his customers as individuals not just because it is his job to. Tonya the manager gave me an incredible deal on my tires. They were discontinued tires but that made no difference to me, I was getting a steal and on top of all of it great service. David changed my tires in less than thirty minutes I was ready to go. This service center is great. I was skeptical because after all it is Wal-Mart but I will definitely be waiting for my services until I am able to run home and see this group of people. Thank yall!
