Had few oil changes done on wifes car here. I prefer to do it myself but I get to busy. I have used them twice and for few other things and they do a great job! Very friendly and quick. In and out. Will use them for all lube needs and car upkeep

I have been going to this business for years. I can’t think of anytime that I have been there that they did not address and fix any issues that were of concern. They always Go the extra mile to make sure you are satisfied with the work and are reasonably priced and I have never been pressured to have work done but was made aware of work that I should have done (with no pressure do have it done).

The team here is so helpful and even on busy days Ive gone in, wait time is less than 10 minutes to be serviced and talked to at the desk. These are my mechanics, best ones in Ozark!

Classic example of mechanics charging you for labor and parts you dont need. I paid for a diagnostic on an intermitten clunk. It was only happening when turning and accelrating or under hard acceleration. When they suggested I replace all 4 ball joints for roughly $1200 LUCKILY I KNEW BETTER. My trucks steering is tight, holding proper alignment, and this is only happening in 2 very specific instantces. I was talking to a buddy about it and he was able to diag a bad motor mount in about 30 seconds. We replaced it and the problem was solved! I called them back to ask how on earth they came to the conclusion they did mostly to get a quote on the job me just did to pay my friend fairly and was told Chris would call me back, He never did.I let it go. 2 months later I see a post in a local Ozark looking for a trust worthy mechanic, and I decided to share my experience with them. Amy then messages me and says shes one of the owners and wants to know the hole story so she can offer resolution, so I explained it in full.After taking my time to communcate everything in detail to her she replies, that unfortunately they cant make everyone happy 100% of the time, and that is okay! She went on to say that she was sorry that my perception of go and their attempt to rip me off was what is was. I clarified, I paid for a professional diagnostic and was given terrible obviously inncorrect advice, and the proper diag took less than 1 minute, and that is simply fact. She replied that we are both entitled to our feelings LMAO.Id GO somewhere else for even the simplest of services.

Fantastic experience! Good price, good people, and done in 24 hours. They gave us rides to and from the shop, and when it was cheaper than they quoted, they didnt overcharge. The atmosphere was pleasant and professional, including playing family friendly tv in their shop (much appreciated!). No point in looking anywhere else, they are by far the best auto shop around! We will definitely be back!

These guys are awesome. Got my jeep a new rear main,oil pan gasket,and valve cover gasket all done for under a few other shops labor quotes for only the rear main. They had it done faster then the others said it would be done too. All that in one day. Even cleaned the motor and vacuumed out the jeep. Your ggoing to have a hard time finding anyone else to stand by their work as much as these people. Will be getting future work done by them.

It is not often that I have been able to completely trust the integrity of the shop I am doing business with, I certainly can with GO AUTOMOTIVE. I have been doing business with GO since they opened some 2 years ago and have never had anything but positive experiences.

I have been using GO Automotive for around 10 years. I cant say enough good things about them. It is so hard to find a mechanic you feel you can totally trust. They have won both my husband and Im trust. We have had weird issues and they are always there to try to help. They give good advice and make me believe they are doing what is best for us.

This is my go to place for routine oil changes. Its usually quick in and out and the price is similar to other places. When finished they pull your car right up to the front door for you. They also offer a loyalty program and every 5th or 6th oil change is free. I would recommend this place.

A great experience every time! They are quick, professional and thorough.

I review every new place I visit and I try to give honest reviews good or bad. I try to frequent local or mom and pop shops. First impressions pulling into the lot are good. You can tell a lot about a business by how their parking lot looks. It was well maintained and in good repair. No litter or pot holes so thumbs up there. Walking in I was greeted within 1 minute. The man, I believe named Caleb was nice, genuine and explained my options thoroughly. The seating area was comfortable. It was kept at a decent temperature and I was met with a fresh news paper for the day. Coffee in the form of a Keurig was provided as well as a drinking fountain and a restroom was also available. There is a machine that dispenses soda but its an extra $1.50 (reasonable, just wish I carried cash). Theres a 32 tv with the news on. The seats are simple but not uncomfortable. The biggest thing is that it was CLEAN! Some times in shops the grease and grime can make it out into the client area but theyve done a good job preventing that or cleaning that. The prices are, at worse, comparable to other shops and at best, I think they may be a little cheaper than the service shops in the north (Just moved here from Michigan). I got here at 10 am and ordered an Oil change, air filter, wiper blades and tire rotation. They told me up front that there would be a slight wait just to get it into the garage, which is great as that sets the expectation with their customers. They told me on the phone there was about a 15-20 minute wait. I saw them pull my car in at 10:20 almost on the dot. Pulled out of their lot at 11:01 on the dot. So in and out in an hour isnt bad considering I already knew about the wait. At the end I got a loyalty card where I would get my 6th oil change for free if I returned for 4 more. I already intended to do so, but Ill be back in real soon to get service for my other 2 vehicles. Over all this is a GREAT PLACE and I highly recommend it.
