I’ve taken my vehicle to them a few times now for minor auto repairs, and they have always been fair with me. They have done wonderful with my car each time. I would highly recommend them to anyone, and I will most likely be taking my car to only them from now on. Prices are always unbeatable for this area. The office ladies are also very accommodating and so are their fur babies 🙂

A friend recommended this place to me and I waited a few weeks after the service to write up this review (the repair is working perfectly). They are top notch. They had me in and out when they said they would. And they charged significantly less than the place I usually went because they had more specialized equipment that allowed them to fix a specific part instead of replacing multiple things. David was very friendly and explained to me what was wrong and how they fixed it. The ladies in the office were very polite. And the waiting area was clean and quiet. Took my BMW 135i in for a water pump at 90k miles. I’m now at 97k and no issues. I’ve always went to the dealership but I had no children, or limbs left to give so I gave Exclusive a try and they did great work for a reasonable price. Going back tomorrow for walnut blasting.

I come here for my oil changes on my foreign and it’s always a pleasant, quick visit. I went from paying $120 with Elite Mercedes to them paying $80 for the same service minus a car wash. I recommend them for quick, affordable oil changes.

I PURCHASED THIS CAR A MONTH AGO AND THE AC HASNT WORKED SINCE DAY ONE. MR. ROMAN GAVE ME THE NUMBER OF EXCLUSIVE AUTO AND TOLD ME TO CALL THEM, HE SAID THAT THEY INSTALLED AND WARRANTIED THIS AC WORK. I HAD AN AC HOSE REPLACED THAT WAS LEAKING BUT THE COMPRESSOR EXCLUSIVE AUTO HAD INSTALLED IS ALSO DEFECTIVE. JIMMY WYNN OWNER OF H&W AUTOMOTIVE OF GAINSVILLE, Mo. Originally took my car there a few months back to discuss a major repair. David looked over the car and decided that it wasnt needed at this time.Next I had a coolant issue that was identified and repaired promptly at a reasonable rate.Finally, I recently left work and noticed that my car was missing. It was after 5 and I expected VM when I called, but David answered and told me to come by for diagnosis (after hours). After having worked with him I was elated that he could take a look that evening...Found that my spark-plugs and rotor needed changed out. They got me a loaner and sent me on my way. By noon the next day my car was ready to go!!!These guys seem to love what they do and are very good at it. Beyond that my experience with them has taught me that they are also trustworthy; a rare find in todays world!Hope my car doesnt need service again soon, but when it does I know exactly who to call...

Came in for serious problems with Mercedes. They let me know it would be a couple days for diagnosis. They called back 2 days later with diagnosis, prices and completed job within 2 days. Great job and prices!

We visited this establishment for the first time yesterday for a new battery and some minor maintenance change outs for our BMW. The staff was very professional and friendly. If we had taken our car to the local BMW dealership we wouldve paid twice as much as we did at Exclusive Automotive. I will recommend this business going forward. I have went to exclusive for many years. David and his Mechanics and Jill his Receptionist are absolutely incredible.the waiting room is amazing they have coffee,water,soda and snacks while you wait . Bmw told me that I needed a 1500 dollar cluster and my car could not be repaired without it I took it to David and he had it repaired in 15 minutes WOW what a shock!!!! I don’t like talking bad about business but bmw is a joke. I would suggest this shop a thousand times over!

Dropped off my vehicle Sunday afternoon and issue was fixed by Tuesday morning. They did great work repairing my older vehicle and making sure nothing else was wrong. Like everyone else has mentioned, their pricing is more than fair and I paid far less than what any other shop would of charged. Ill always keep coming back to them if I can limp my car to south Ozark.

The only place I trust with my 93 525it. David and Jill are down to earth friendly people who are honest to their word and will always shoot you straight with your mechanical issues. Its a great feeling knowing that you can trust your mechanic.

David and his team were above and beyond my expectations. I dropped my car off on a Saturday evening after the check engine light came on and it wouldnt go above 40mph. I chose Exclusive because I pulled off of Hwy 65 at the Highlandville exit and the tow company I called recommended them very highly. I could drive the quarter mile to get there and avoid paying for the tow.They opened on Monday, and my car was ready by the end of the day. David was extremely courteous and professional, and did a complimentary full check on my vehicle (tires, suspension, etc.). Best of all, their price was very affordable (much less than I was prepared to spend). If I didnt live 25 minutes away in Springfield, this would be my new mechanic for any future issues.

Trustworthy and mechanic are two words that you dont normally find together, but you will find that here. They give honest answers and dont use scare tactics to get you to buy parts. I will be recommending them and using them in the future.

Ive been taking my BMWs to Exclusive since the 1990s. I trust Lee and David to give me an honest, objective diagnosis. They will gladly tell me what needs to be fixed right away and what can wait until later. On the rare occasion that something was not quite right, theyve made it right. This is a good shop which means you may have to patiently wait your turn. Thats just the way it goes. Would you want to take your car to a shop where all the bays were empty and nobody was waiting in line to get their car serviced there? I wouldnt!Highly recommend.

If 99% of positive posts are only from men, ladies DO NOT trust them! They ask people theyre friends with to post reviews..and its all lies. Lee will try to earn your trust in the beginning..untill something major goes wrong. They had my car for over 2weeks..no one would call me back several times. No woman should ever trust them. I needed a diagnosis and a overflow tank replaced..I recorded the 2 conversations which he assured me he replaced my tank. They NEVER replaced it and my car overheated to the point the heads cracked on my Audi. They cost me $2400 to fix my car and I have to now take them to court. I lost my job, and they never cared. My check engine light was blinking when I finally picked it up and it drove 10xs worse. True master manipulators and Con Artists. 3 tow truck men heard horror stories about them and wasnt surprised they took my money but never fixed my car and rarely returned my many phone calls. The reason they have tons of cars on their lot is solely because theyve over charged customers they choose to and keep their vehicles. DO NOT TRUST THEM, ESPECIALLY ANY WOMAN.

I will say that this shop is the only place I will take my import to. They are absolutely on the jb and know their stuff people. The wait is never long and they have great mechanics that know their stuff. If you own an import and dont want to pay dealer service prices....these are your people.

Lee and David have been working on my cars for about 5 or 6 years now. I trust no one else. They are fair, honest, and their knowledge base is beyond compare. They want the return customer, not the quick dollar. Most of the time you feel anxious when the mechanic is working on your vehicle because you never know what to expect not with Lee and David. Exclusive Auto is the only place I take my car to get worked on.

I brought my VW Beetle here because it was occasionally slipping when driving on the highway. After a couple of weeks, I had not heard back from them so I started calling and leaving messages, none of which were returned. They replaced the fuel pump but the problem was not fixed. After a month, I called and told them I was going to pick it up so I could bring it to another mechanic. When I picked it up, I didnt think it was going to make it back home to Branson. The engine was very loud and no power. After bringing it to another mechanic, they discovered the hoses were not connected properly when the fuel pump was replaced and it had been leaking oil. This ruined the cam and I am now going to need a new motor. Because of their negligence, this repair is going to be very expensive for me. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE USING THIS BUSINESS AS THEY ARE VERY SHADY!!!

I have my Jaguar serviced here, my husband has his Mercedes serviced there as well, we are very pleased with their work and work ethic.We highly reccomend this shop to anyone seeking a thorough, competent, consistent, concientous professional to maintain your vehicle at an extremely reasonable price, they take pride in their work and will pursue a problem until a solution is found.Only negative is the parking lot, but as a consumer I can overlook it to get access to the quality work they provide. From the receptionist, to the mechanic to their viscious guard dog (that is super cuddly) we have enjoyed every interaction!

I am not at all happy with this place! They cost me time and money that I did not have.First, I employed the shop to replace the lower ball joints. The next time they needed to be done I went to a different place and they couldnt get the new ball joints in. The lower control arms were damaged.Today I went to get the O2 sensors replaced and this shop found the wiring harness cut because it was trapped between the engine and transmission. This happened when Executive installed the new clutch.NEVER AGAIN! Dont trust this place! EVER!

As I have grown accustom to receiving from exclusive auto.They have consistently delivered On their Repair promises by way of honor, integrity, premium products and services all at an affordable cost.Speaking of historic service!Back in 2015, Our BMW 750LI was in need of a rear battery service. Although, I could have given it my best shot. I was Leary about the “warning” in the owners manual. Recommendation, hire a professional to execute a battery change in this vehicle.My only option was to hire a towing service just to get it to get my vehicle to their service center.Or was it? With a little Un easiness to even ask such a favor from a thriving, reputable service center.I mean, seriously... Would a dealership or Midas come out to ones home to swap out batteries, brakes and or tires on a vehicle that wasn’t their own? Not in my exp. It would be more like a courtesy call via cables, a spare and or a tow.I tossed a Hail Mary anyway...The response from Exclusive Auto was Un expected and swift.I called last Thursday evening. Might I add that I was sure to let them know that I was in zero hurry and appreciative of the consideration per this Un usual request.Update: Its now Sunday, at noon, I received a courtesy text.By the time I opened my garage door one of the owners was standing there with a new battery ready to execute my service request.15 minutes later he and his family drove off and I once again have thrust and power.As a very successful business owner (Premiere Exterior Solutions) in the region and entertainer abroad 🤠.
