It was rightly done. I wonder, if they have early birdspecial for professional drivers in the range of 5bucks to 10 bucks. The vacuum nozzle should havebeen smaller. They are easier to get in nooks andcranny. Yeah, thats about it.

Im a subscriber, $30/mo. unlimited usage. Im an Uber driver. Water drops has the best system for drying and an all around top notch car wash. The only thing I would change is the tire dressing. It appears to be kerosene and leaves the wheels a mess. I simply ask them to turn it off as I go through.

I dont even want to give one star. Entire back of SUV wasnt touched and nothing but mud, front still nothing but bugs. Could have saved money and put it under a sprinkler and would be cleaner. Would have talked to someone but no one understood English to help me. Left CA the next day

Don’t quite understand how sometimes the attendants give you a trash bag, dashboard wipe, & air freshener but other times they say that only the higher priced washes are able to get that.? Also the machines don’t do a good job of washing the back of a truck.!

Great car wash place. Vacuums are strong, they have air pressure hoses, and a good amount of parking. The car wash itself is wonderful, and has strong water pressure to ensure good cleaning. The subscription is reasonably priced per month as well. I recommend this car wash for everyone.

Had my Jeep washed on a Monday at Waterdrops Express Gonzales location. The car wash completely sheared and ripped off my rear windshield wiper, hardware, and arm. Wednesday of the same week management reached out to offer to pay for new OEM parts and have repairs made. By that Friday they had the brand new parts installed and repairs complete.I’d give them five stars for the wash had the incident not happened. That being said, I give them all the credit in the world for being an honest business and making things right by repairing the damage in a timely manner without having to go through insurance.

The machine wouldnt take cash and the devices to blow the water off your vehicle dont work very well.

Easy in and out, affordable and for a drive through gets the car pretty darn clean. I buy the package so I dont have to worry about paying each time and save a little money you also gat a microfiber cloth for drying spots or windows and a wet wipe for dashbroad fragrance as well if you want it. The vacuum and pressure spray always work.

Love this carwash! My van & tires always come out nice and clean. Great suction power on their vacuums. Love that they have handicap parkings right by the bathrooms. My favorite spot is the Gonzales Rd location. Very friendly employees. I also purchased the monthly unlimited pass! Love it! Well worth it.

Customer service at its finest. I took a veichle that has a sunroof issue where water will sometimes leak when it rains. Miguel and Edith went above and beyond in taping the outer edges of sunroof so that no water leakage would occur while I drive through the car wash. They gave no fuss to me, and did it w pleasure. I will be taking all house hold veichles here from now on. Customer service Greatly appreciated! 5 stars 👍🏼
