Nice car wash! Wish the tire shine came with the $8 wash like Costco, to get it you have to spend $15 😥

A very convenient way to get your car clean and dry. I like using the air hose to remove the residual water. On another matter, I love how the employees are helpful and friendly. I was there a few weeks back. My car autolocked even though the keys were inside. My two toddler grandsons were locked inside. Randy so generously came out to help and got AAA to come out within 10 minutes. He treated me like a VIP. Thank you, Randy for going above and beyond!

Friendly people, good all around wash except the roof of my Jeep did not get washed and the rear hatch window was streaky. Also you should probably stop and use their cleaning stations to get excess moisture and dust out of your crevices (I didnt because mines squeaky clean on the inside), overall good job for the price.

Quick, and easy. Bring towel. I received an advertisement to try them out for free. Staff was friendly, and helped me through this car wash. Car came out quite clean. Even though it had blowers, it still left some wet areas, but there were covered, shaded parking stalls where I parked and dried off areas. Also it had free vacuuming which was handy

Easy and someone there to guide you if first time. There is a u turn one has to make and it is too tight for big trucks but a 3 point turn did the trick. There is space to do so.

One of the best car wash experiences I’ve ever had. The staff was so friendly and helpful. I’ve been to a few other Waterdrops locations and they never fail to amaze me. I DEFINITELY recommend to everyone and anyone.

I was at the water trap a week ago and I thought I had lost my phone. I did vacuuming and I was able to get my car real clean especially the blower helped. When I couldn’t find my phone Randy help me by calling the phone number and seeing if it would ring in the car. It didn’t but he was so confident and impressed me so much with his willingness to help and his compassion for caring about my predicament and how all of us feel when we can find our phones. I think Randy is a great asset to your business and I was so glad to cross paths with him.Dr. R.

Not recommend this location for SUV’S. All the back of my Tahoe wasn’t even washed. Also when I went back to re-washed my Tahoe they said no, that basically it’ll still look the same!

Cleaner car wash station, excellent wash. Better equipment and strong vacuum cleaners.

Convenient local car wash site. They offer a few car wash options with different rates. Recommend the monthly fee which will save you plenty of money. Because its new, you have a new site with vaccums, blowers, brushes and stalls. Lets see if the service and the upkeep lasts over time. Recommend it!

This is the coolest car wash ever!!! Today was the opening and they were offering free car washes. We met the lady, which was really nice, and she pointed us towards the wash entry. Dont let me forget how much fun it was, they have lights and all types of stuff. It cleaned the car beautifully 😍. Id definitely recommend to At least try it out. Thank you. Also there is a buffer at the end that gets rid of streaks.

My new favorite place in town. Just signed up for the unlimited washes for 19.99 a month. Living by the beach, my Escalade gets dirty overnight.. this is probably one of my best purchases! Also, shout out to the great people who work there! Their car wash is awesome. I regret not finding this place sooner

I like this new location, I kind of feel that my car gets cleaner because its a new location. And I was glad that I was able to clean out the inside of my car because there was plenty of room to take my time.

Best wash I ever had from an automated wash. Totally happy!

Not impressed. Paid for the most expensive and hood buffer at the end didnt come down. Then the spot free rinse didnt fully rinse and yes, ton of spots! Then the dryer was so quick it didnt dry much to the point we had to pull into their vacuum area and fully wipe down from the excess water and the already mentioned non spot free rinse. Sure all the lights and colorful wax is pretty but something needs to happen to change these issues.

Nice having 2 locations close the rose one gets super packed this one is new and empty I was wondering how they were going to make it work but it does wraps around, you turn left go straight back then wraps around to some that come out and she scanned my monthly and moved the cones and I was off ....car was really clean 👍 only issue was someone came out to guide me in the tracks I was like no one here I figured the lady who scanned me would walk back out again someone else came from other side and sometimes they are confusing when guiding you in 🤷😂

Not that great in the am wash because the back of vehicle was still dirty and I brought it up to the employee and he told I had pay over again but the vacuums are strong. They dont give you a bag like the others

Went for a car wash kind of dont like how is by dirt field and plus youre in a box went to go buy an air freshener the air freshener wheres $3 too expensive for a car wash in my opinion

The best only need to train the staff more since I have membership and they told me that I was not active, I lost 10 minutes and they wanted to remove me from the line, but then a young woman checked my membership online and everything was fine, the system did not work and the young woman He did not know. Train more staff and have more patients with customers who do not want to remove them from the line. When I left vacuuming my car I was driving towards the exit and a worker of a 4-door lexus entered wronway and almost crashed my car !!! Help please
