Little crowded because its in a complex with a gas station, Subway etc but no waiting. The wash was a complimentary Transform + ($19 value), I had to pay $5 for 10 mins of vacuum which is too much and the reason for 1 less star, and included a undercarriage wash. The attendant did a good job of preparing the car before the actual wash and this place has people who dry your car off which other places do not. I must add that the car was filthy before I went in. Overall good job.

Lines are too long, quality of the wash is poor and too expensive. I was overcharged for a wash, customer service at their main office is poor. They dont answer calls and dont return messages. I have two memberships. Im only keeping until something better comes along ( Santa Paula Location).

Was good too far to do monthly but car was cleaner than most other drive through ones(maybe because its new) and then even hand dried it once out .. its is a little tight for turning if bigger cars did see an escalade though....if anything should use something besides armor all and would get more customers

They never open on time and never have enough people to do their job.

Best unlimited car wash membership. Always staffed with at least two workers. Thank you for keeping my car clean.
