Was first in line this Saturday morning. Oscar got me in right away to fix the flat on my Ford Dually. left rear tire. Said it was a no charge so i gave $10.00 to the tech who fixed it. ordered dually air hose will be back next Sat for install. GREAT PLACE.

My tire was flat, thought I would need a whole new tire, but they patched it up and said we were good to go! Highly recommend this place if you just got a flat and are able to locate them.

Moved into town a few months ago was looking for a tire shop came across Big Brand on Google give them a call due to having a flat and needed a patch/repair I was directed to the north Oxnard shop due to the other shop being booked out for the day showed up for my scheduled appointment was greeted at the front desk right away and within a few minutes they had my car in the shop and had the repair done very quickly. The staff was knowledgeable and very friendly the service was five stars nothing less than it was a great experience. I highly recommend them!

I needed work on my car that honestly I could not afford. Due to circumstances, I had to delay the work, and I forgot to get a quote. All I had was a number in my head. When I came in to do the service, Thomas and Sean were both very helpful. They helped get my bill down a bit, and because I needed to leave my car there overnight, Sean provided me with a lift home. I’m certain this is a usual service offered, but the friendliness and genuine care provided to me was truly heartwarming. Customer service has gone to the wayside by most places nowadays, but I was treated with kindness at a difficult place in my life and I will remember that for a long time to come. I am so grateful for the guys at Big Brand Tires and Service in El Rio. Not only are they super courteous, they are efficient and honest. I thought I needed new brakes, they could’ve installed new brakes, but they told me my brakes were good. I also thought my alternator was shot. Again, they could’ve sold me an alternator, but they didn’t. Turns out the battery I was sold by a tow truck guy was the wrong size for my car. On top of this, when my Uber refused to drive me because I did not have a mask, Chris brought me one. The Uber driver still took off and Chris graciously drove me home. This place is amazing! I made an appt for an oil change, tire rotation on a Sunday. The guy who made the appt for me was courteous, kind and made sure I knew which store I made it for as they have 2 stores near me.When I got there they verified my appt, took my car back right away. I had a check engine light and they coded it for me and told me what it meant as well as refer me to a smog place nearby who could look at it. They also advised me if a few other issues with my car by showing me what was wrong and advised they could fix it for me. Great service and knowledge! On top of that they took off $15 off my bill. So all of that for $34. Love this place!

A nail penetrated my tire last weekend when driving from San Diego to Santa Barbara, resulting in a flat. My family flew in from Texas and Virginia for a wedding, so I had just picked them up at the Ontario Airport. With all of their luggage, and an 8 seater van completely full, we discovered the flat tire. We were only about 30 minutes away from being to where we were staying. The gas station we stopped at was no help, they didnt have a mechanic shop and didnt have any clue where another one would be. We drove a mile away to the Costco Tire center, but they had so many walk ins that day that they couldnt fit us in for a couple of hours. They recommended us going to Big Brand Tires... our saving grace!Thomas Barrios was the one who helped us out. I explained our situation and that we were a car full of people on our way to a family wedding, and really needed help badly. He understood how urgent it was to hurry with this and to get us in and out as quickly as humanly possible. He estimated it would take about an hour, and they got it all done for us in 30 minutes. They were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. I would recommend them not only for their efficiency, but their genuine understanding and empathy for what we were going through. Seriously.... you guys saved the whole weekend for us. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Wow, okay, so Ive never been to a more efficient, honest, helpfull and clean Tire Shop. Ive gone to multiple locations of Big Brand, all great and updated.But this hidden gem of a location was just *chefs kiss* magnifico. I had intended to be patient since they work hard and have actual paying customers to help and so I scheduled it as a take your time and call me when its done appointment. After all, they provide A LOT of free services o.o Anyways, not only was Thomas, the amazing staff member helping me, clear and concise, he had also fixed an issue that I was not even aware about and was quick and kind. Wow. What a combo now a days when going to a place of services and goods :^) He let me know that he would have it started right away, even with the option I picked, and that it would done in about 30 minutes. My car was immediately taken, and luckily the problem was not as bad as anticipated so I got it back RIGHT AWAY ;-; like, 10 minutes, seriously. Now I run over a lot of nails and violent offenders of my tire, bad luck? Ive no clue. BUT at least I know I have a place I can come to where my anxiety is at a low and my trust, at a high. I had full detail of what was going on with my car. Big Brand called me with updates. They had it done in time of estimate. And service was very polite and friendly. Shop is clean and airy. I may travel a bit further than a more convienent Big Brand to my residence. But I happen to appreciate the way I was treated my first time I was there. Thank you Big Brand Service members! Had a good experience at this place. Called to check if they have availability to fix my tire which had a nail. Joe said they are booked but told me to drop off my car and they should be able to fix it by 5pm. When I got there around 3pm, Luis, who had an excellent customer service, helped me. I got a call from them around 4:40 and said my car is ready to be picked up. Best part was they didnt charge me for the repair even though I didnt purchase the tire from them. I would definitely go back and have all my car services done by them from now on.

The attendant Daniel was very attentive and informative. I purchased four new tires about five hundred bucks. That was with $100 discount that I got in the mail. Only bad thing was the parking lot is extremely tight. If they are busy, good luck parking!

This particular Big Brand location is a cut above. I stopped in yesterday for a set of new tires and was helped by the manager there, Luis. He made the whole process really easy and stress free. Luis is a consummate professional, his prowess and commitment to quality customer service is what makes the difference. Im just going to come out and say it, this location is better than all of the others and owes it all to Luis.

I recently was having a tire issue with a flat. Four flats in a month, yes you heard this correctly. Yet I took it in and once, one of the gentleman advised I need another tire due to the location of the nail. The tire was not repairable. I took their advise and purchased a tire.Whether I am there for a routine oil change, tire repair or other vehicle maintenance they are straight to the point. No games with them and I appreciate it.I will continue to use their service.

Competitive prices, bad customer service. I came here for 2 front tires, a wheel alignment and to fix my tire pressure sensor they some how forgot to fix the sensor, I asked them to finish the job and they said no problem, but now theyre had a 2 hour waiting period. When it was there mistake.....

Tim & Luis are the best! I purchased a vehicle and brought it in for new tires which ended up not having the wheel lock to remove the tires. They searched for the rare wheel lock key needed for my rims and got me on my way. This isn’t the closest BBT to my house, but I will be coming here for all my future services. A+ customer service! I went in for a flat repair, there was no sign of a puncture. They remounted the tire, balanced and installed a new valve stem all for $20. The process was very quick. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Stop by with no appointment because my air pressure light came on. After they checked it i ended up needing a tire repair. I had some where important to be and they where able to get me in and out with in 30 minutes super friendly and great service would highly recommend them.

My girlfriend ran over something and blew the left front tire the car was do for tires so I told her call Big Brand and make an appointment but she didnt she started calling all around for the best price and when she finally called Big Brand they gave her the best price she went to the north Oxnard location and said they where very nice and they even noticed I had a slight oil leak at the oil sending unit which I was aware of but hadnt got around to fixing yet so I thought that was cool of them, no bait and switch the tires they quoted is the tires I got anyhow they are some good people there and I would tell anyone looking tires your not going to get any better prices or service than Big Brand Tire I think I should know Ive been building cars and bikes for 40 years.

The service is great here. Oscar was very helpful and made things simple and easy to understand. Normally they would close at 430 but they were willing to stay open just to finish the things I needed done to my car. My new favorite spot!

The staff were absolutely phenomenal in all regards! I had a puncture in a fairly new tire and the staff inflated the tire to verify that it was indeed ruined. Once verified they wasted no time in finding me a replacement tire and even swapping my spare to a main! Once the replacement came in they placed it on my spare rim and even mounted my spare back under my truck! Best bang for my buck, these guys are TOP NOTCH!
