I had evacuated for Hurricane Ida and had come up to stay with my brother until the power came in back home. The staff was very accommodating to my situation and helped me despite the brevity, two weeks, of my stay. Good facilities, good machines, and good staff make it a fine gym to go after work or classes.

RBF is a very clean gym and the staff is very friendly. Somewhat limited equipment, and a rather small gym but not bad for the price. If you are just starting out lifting or are an irregular gym goer, it’s perfect. Those that are looking for more serious training may be slightly disappointed, but overall a nice gym for a solid monthly price.

Of course Im biased because Ruako is my husband :) but he genuinely cares about the experience of the patrons. He is constantly working on ways to improve the atmosphere and create the best quality for members! You seriously will not be disappointed joining this gym. The experience surpasses just working out.

I cannot say enough about this place. 4 years ago, a young student at Ole Miss looking for a change in lifestyle, I joined this gym and met Rocko. His personality and professionalism made the gym feel like a family.This gym is perfect for anyone looking to get into fitness. No pressure, great equipment, and great members.
