By are the worst set l have ever got. There were bubbles in the gel. Did not even remove cuticles.

I wont be back. I was a regular, but lately, they have become rude and my gel polish chips in like 2 days because they paint it on too thick and wont allow you to completely dry before adding the next coat.The last time, when the girl painted 1 nail, I decided I didnt like the color...it happens to all of us. She got upset by this. I told her I would just go with my back up color. She snatches it and then said, under her breath, whatever the starts speaking to the girl next to her. Yeah, you wont get my money ever again. On the hunt for a new shop. It wont take line, they are on every corner.

Horrible horrible horrible customer service.i scheduled an appointment, drove miles to get there (recommended by a friend) and no one will attend to me. I walked to the front desk and there was no one to attend to me.However there was this lady at one of the nail stations who saw me come in looked me straight in the eye and ignored me. So after standing there for a couple of mins I told this lady (who was sitting upfront doing nothing btw) i had an appointment and she told me to go wait outside. Im never going there again. They are very UNPROFESSIONAL. Waisted my time and gas all for nothing.

Rude! Came in for a nail repair and received subpar service simply because I refused to get all my nails redone. Barely filed the nail, still feels rough. I wish I would’ve just driven to my regular salon to get the repair.Based on this experience and quality of work, this WILL NOT be a place of recommendation nor service.

Don’t waste your time here. The push you to use dip powder for your nails. No longer have gel samples. Quality of work was subpar. Not worth the prices that they charge. I wish google would allow zero stars

I have to say thank you to the women who did my nails. So patient with me and having two little girls to deal with on top of that. She did a beautiful job on my nails. I will be going back. Great place!

Extremely rude! I was a regular with lee and when I chose not to get my usual acrylic with sns and get acrylic with regular polish instead she decided to give me poor treatment and services since I was spending less than usual. When I told her I did not like it, she told me that I could leave and do it myself. I asked for a refund, Lee and the manager refused. I am very disappointed because I was required to pay before services were rendered and then was refused my money back for services that were not completed. I did not get my eyebrows or any polish on my nails and I gave her a tip beforehand and receive no money back.

When walking in the salon is in neat shape and doesnt look cluttered but it took a while for me to get seated at a desk. Once I got into my seat the man proceeds to do my nails, I noticed that my nail is 1:crooked and 2: not the shape I asked for, once I tell him these easy to fix imperctions he starts to catch an attitude and gets rough with my fingers . So and more time goes along he starts to paint my nails but not how I asked he told me I shouldnt have gotten this color and all thus extra stuff and I told that want it like this . He didnt paint my nails correct there are gaps and spaces where polish should be at . Once he finally finished I go to the dryer and I start dry my nails and not even five minutes into the drying process he told me that my nails are fry when I know they werent . Lastly he tries to rush me out the salon and I ended up messing my nails up so tomorrow I will be back to fix these with NO CHARGE.

HORRIBLE service! Disrespectful to clients. Ive noticed the many 1 star ratings and I agree with all of them. A friend of mine just had a horrible experience 12/12. She was humiliated in the store and put out. How dare you treat a paying customer this way

I went there to get my lip waxed and I got burned so badly. I really should go back and ask for a refund because Ive never EVER been burned like this from a waxing out of the 14 years Ive been getting my lip waxed. Im praying it doesnt scare. I can barely open my mouth without it hurting to eat. I wish I could post a picture on here for everyone to see how bad it is...

Hardly no wait time ever. I go here all the time. Everyone is sweet and very good. I do waxing, pedicures, manicures. All very good.

Horrible service.the men are very disrespectful. Nails are done sloppy. Appointments are not valued you still have to wait a VERY long time . Once they get used to your face they start to slack.

A lady cut four of my fingers without an apology and did not file my nails to the correct shape of which i asked. They lied that there was not money on my sisters card so we could give them cash instead. We asked if they could take off a little bit of money off our nail bill due to the poor job on my nails but they refused to do so and take responsibility for their actions.

I got a horrible toe nail fungus at the place! I found out the hard way that this place is NOT clean! When I let them know about my toe nail they basically called me a liar and started talking their language and everything was funny. This is the treatment I get after spending hundreds of dollars over the years at their salon??!! Very unprofessional!
