Beware! Came in with my children and invested time to pin point a vehicle that would fit our needs. Paperwork was started and all that I needed to do was bring in my trade to get final numbers the following day. I said to the salesman I would be in the next day. I came in that morning after switching vehicles with my husband to just be turned away. I was told the vehicle was no longer for sale because an hour before I arrived someone put a hold on the car to look at it?! They hadn’t even looked at it?! I did and was ready to proceed. Nope they sold it right from underneath us. If someone tells you they are coming back you may want to let management in sales know so if someone tries to make an appointment you should too reach out to the other customers who is already planning on coming by to do a deal. So unacceptable and a waste of time and energy. “Oh we will find you another vehicle.” That was the vehicle?! What makes you think I can trust the process again when literally someone else can just come in and take over the deal. This whole deposit thing is not fair, it should be first come first serve. My deal could have been done before those people got out of work. Go somewhere else! Reputation?! This is not a good start with the reputation. Not good business practice. Plus, real nice to put me in that situation. Our business will go elsewhere and so will our friends who are going to ask us how it went. Good job.Don’t bother replying with your generic message about calling back to see if there is a way to correct the issue. Clearly, you all just want to reply to everyone’s reviews but with copy and paste responses. It doesn’t solve anything. Change your practices!

I needed a new battery in my 2015 GMC truck that died( Original battery) called service department At 7:30amTold me to bring it in right away and they could get me fixed up right-a-way. I did and within less than 2 hours I was up running again an on my way. They were nice and polite even gave me two tokens for free Breakfast (biscuit & sausage).I will return again if I need any work done.

This is the first good experience I have had in a long time. Recall parts were on hand, the part was installed in less time than anticipated and the communication was really good. They actually warned me that the dash may get cracked while repairing, although it was not even when it was already all busted up.

It was explained what was done to my car. I had asked to have tires rotated, if necessary. They did not rotate. They said it would need new tires before next service. Some places might have rotated and charged anyway. Everything else they checked was good. Car was just as clean when I got it back as it was when I handed over the key.

Bailey was excellent to work with in handling my request. I requested an oil change, tire rotations and air filter replacement. As far as, evaluating the oil change and tire rotations, that would be hard to do, however, replacing the air filter which has to be done through the glove compartment, I definitely can speak on that. When I entered my car, items that were in my glove compartment were in my front seat and on my floor board including by insurance card. I was very disappointed and as I told Andy, I try to make sure I pick up items in my car when I am having it serviced, so that day was no different. There was Clorox wipes and a box of nutrigrain bars in the floor but nothing like what they left for me to clean up and put back.

I brought my own financing to buy a new car and the Chevy manager definitely wasn’t happy about that. He kept pushing me to use their financing options and pulled my credit when i asked him to wait. He told me he did not pull it but now it’s on my credit report. My mistake for giving him the information. Then he asked to talk to my loan officer I’m assuming that he did not realize that it was sister. He took the phone to another room and repeated yelled at her saying that they would not make any money off of this sale because of her and that he was going to report her to corporate. Fast forward the dealership never sent me the paperwork to get my plates and when they did they sent it to the wrong address (their mistake). I’ve bought two cars here in the past and will not return.

Had to deal with their service department and I WOULD NOT suggest using them. Needed a catalytic converter and they wanted to charge over $2000. Was told the part would be ordered Tuesday, come Thursday the part had not been ordered and they wanted $1000 down just to order the part. Ended up taking it to All American Muffler and they charged $490 for everything!

I bought a 2017 Traverse in may 2019. They replaced all the tires when I bought it. Since then I’ve needed brake work done multiple time. My recent visit I was changed $60 to balance my tires. Mine you that 2 of the 4 tires been replaced in the last year. I just feel after buying 3 cars that I would be treated just a little better than all of this nickel and dime stuff.

Your prices are more than competitors, oil change and tire rotation was $76.00 when I normally pay $40 or $45 in Henderson at their Chevy dealership where I purchased the vehicle. I probably will not be back for the price I was charged.Update: called the number the owner provided twice and no one knew what I was talking about. Waiting on a phone call back for the 3rd day in a row. Will update you all again after speaking with a representative about this. The response from the owner says to contact the number to provide more information which I did, and no one at the dealership even knew about the owner telling me to contact them. Unprofessional... will share additional updates. Lowered the rating to one star for now.

I took off from work which cost me money. I was told it was raining and it was a waste of time that they wouldnt be able to recreate the noise or problem I was having. I was originally told that my warranty was up, which it was not. After about 25 min, they gave me my keys with an I told ya so and said shed been doing that job for 18 years. I was also told when they scheduled my visit that there was no communication on why I would be visiting. As soon as I left the truck was doing the same thing? Yeah. Still is! Not happy!

4th or 5th time my brand new 2020 spark has been in the shop for the same reason. No one has tried to make it right or offer me a new car. Just let me be stuck with the lemon rubs me way wrong. Wouldn’t recommend that kind of service to anyone.

I saw the car I was interested in on cargurus.com. I sent a request for more info and was immediately contacted by the dealer and Jacob answered my storm of questions via texts that day. I drove down the next day and purchased the car. The price was great and Jacob was great to deal with. Seth and Jeremy also helped me the day I purchased the car. I really appreciated that most of the deal was wrapped up before I arrived (I live 4 hours away). I can see why your dealership is highly rated. I felt like everyone there was honest and they all cooperated to give me the best service and best deal. Seth was great showing me the intricacies of the car and I felt confident driving it off the lot. They were super busy that day, but they still took good care with me and the car - - - Jacob sort of orchestrated everyones part and the whole process was a great experience. Got an oil change and everything wwnt normal. But as usual when I looked at the sticker they put on the windshield it says the oil needs to be changed again in 4 months or 5,000 miles. They always say that. But no car with synthetic oil needs an oil change that early. For my Terrain GM says every 6 months or 6,000 mile . Some cars can even go up to 12 months or 12,000 miles. So theyre ripping off people who dont know any better. Theres no excuse for this other than greed. Theyre the dealer, they know what intervals the oil really needs to be changed. This is another example of why you cant ever trust car dealers. They have ripped people off thousands of dollars, maybe even tens of thousands of dollars, over the years. They over charge for their oil changes anyway and now theyre getting people to change it 1-2 more times a year. Thankfully after my warranty is up Ill change the oil myself. Quicker, easier and cheaper.

Bought a used car that supposedly had been inspected, but had blatant and easy to read check light on. Before even leaving the parking lot, took it into their service center that day. After their review, the car needs replacement parts that will be in next week. So after sitting over two and a half extra hours waiting for my vehicle that I just purchased, I now get to take a day off of work to drive in and get something fixed that should have never been sold with the issue so clearly there. Also, found live ammunition in the car, so absolutely no cleaning either. Unbelievable lying and worst experience of my life.

There was a safety recall on my Trax, so I called to see if I could run it by for the proper inspection. I was told they could not see me till late next week. I drove my car up to the dealer and they magically were able to get my car in and seen in less than 2 hours. If there is a SAFETY recall those customers need to be prioritized, not just told to come back next week with an appointment. This is the second time I have come to Don Moore with a safety issue regarding my car and again I have been greatly under whelmed with the customer service and lack of concern for the safety integrity of my vehicle.
