Honest-1 is the SLOWEST oil change you will ever get.... But for really good reasons. Instead of receiving a little colored checklist from the technician for things that they never actually looked at, you get a detailed analysis of your cars function with pictures sent to your phone that is INCLUDED with the oil change. You also get the name and picture of the technician who did the work, which is so nice just in-case.In addition, this is all included in a really inexpensive ($45 Full synthetic) oil change. Now youre probably wondering... with such a detailed inspection they are DEFINITELY going to find something bogus to try and sell you. And of course, the tech comes in to show me my air filter..... to tell me it might need replacing in the next service or two. Didnt even mention a quote or suggest it be done now. During my last two oil changes, they didnt mention anything. And all three times they spent 1-2 HOURS with my car in the hands of the technician looking it over.I have not been to them for any other services yet, but I, for once, with all sorts of reservations in my head, dare I say.... trust these people for general maintenance on my car. So if you want service from a dealership-quality staff for jiffy-lube prices, check them out. And to be honest, Im only gushing over them because I want them to stay in business and I have no idea how they can at their prices without more people flooding in!

Had a great experience with Honest 1. They were thorough and talked me through the steps they were going to take to determine the problem with my air conditioner before they worked on it. They were very professional and fair in their prices. The waiting room was very nice and they ended up finishing the work on my car in less than the estimated time. We will definitely be back for our future car needs.

Really good service, amazing customer care, they show you details for what you want to have done or what you need to have done. 0 complaints and a very, VERY friendly staff. Main office is a bit heavy with echoes, but minus that. Ill be back there again! I appreciate the help and getting papers to actually assist with items I should get done, they dont have any additional work done with hidden fees and are on the dot with exact pricing for other work you can get done. 10/10 Im getting everything done here from now on.

Great mechanic shop, pricing is fair (ex. a rolling $25 regular oil change special) and service is great every time.These guys keep it real and wont hound you to spend unnecessary money on your car and have personally spent time talking me through what repairs would be worth it for the time-frame I planned on having the car. They also cut out any hidden costs and will show you a quote with itemized expenses broken down by type of repair so you know exactly what youre getting into ahead of time.One thing to note, they do a full inspection (with pictures! and notes!) every time no matter how small the service which is something I really enjoyed. They even text/email you the link to access at a later time.If youre looking for just a quick oil change, this will definitely seem like an unnecessary slowdown.

Very nice folks. Great Customer Service! Took my car in to have a possible leak looked at. They did an overall check of my car and sent a link via text that detailed the issues that they found with pictures! Each area was categorized as immediate attention and future attention. Seeing pictures was very helpful. Prices are very reasonable. They also gave me a ride to and from the shop. Highly recommend.

They told me my daughters AC compressor was bad and needed replacing for $1064. They said they added refridgerant to test the system and it still didnt work. This is all after I paid for a $90 diagnostic of which they said we cant diagnose it but your compressor is bad. Had a 2nd mechanic shop voltage test the compressor...perfectly fine, full voltage. Also noticed...zero refridgerant in the system. So either they drained the refridgerant or never put any in. The 2nd mechanic shop just added refridgerant and boom. It worked perfectly fine...nice cold running ac in 30min. If I had listened the Honest One, I would have just paid $1064 for a compressor which I didnt need.

Customer service was good, very attentive. Kept you informed with the process. $ wipers. drove into the citys rain snow they were not put on correctly on one side. Made it challenging to drive, oil change no leaks so far.

Where to start, so I took my BMW 335i GT in because the car went into limp mode and the heater stopped working. They ran the initial inspection and sent it to me, which I had brought up when I took it in it was probably a thermostat or a sensor. But it ended up being the thermostat, I told them if that fix was not horribly expensive then I wanted to do the brakes and a tune up (plugs and wires). Which what I was quoted was not bad for a BMW $204.84 for the thermostat and $362.50 for the labor. They said I should get a cooling system exchange also which was not bad $59.88 for the fluid $99.99 for labor. So then I said run me a quote for the brakes and tune up also $117.88 for front pads $293.16 for rotors and $162.50 for labor, for the rear brakes $116.48 for pads $332.22 for rotors and $162.50 for labor. The tune up was outrageous so I didnt get that done at all was like $943 for plugs wires and labor. All said and done total cost $2,156.05 which I was fine with that, the lady that works there called and said we have to pick your parts up from BMW in Rochester so I was expecting OEM parts of course since I was paying BMW prices for the parts. The $204.84 S0122AT is a Napa thermostat that is not compatible with the 335i GT w/xdrive and you can pick it up at Napa for $98.49, The brakes and rotors where Carquest Wearever $59.99 PXD1609H for the front pads, $59.99 PDX1610 for the rear pads, $65.99 YH425731 each for the front rotors, and $83.99 YH479785P for the rear rotors. They are more than likely from Advanced Auto when I ran a search that was the main site that came up. Total for the brake parts for anyone to order or go to the store $419.94 with 20% off right now and free shipping. But total with brakes and thermostat $518.43 that is at full price. My total for parts that I got charged for was $1,146.51 which is a mark up of 100%. Not only did I get ripped off on the parts the pads have a gap of about an inch and dont even touch the clip connected to the caliper. Then when I picked up my car the panel in my dash was hanging open to the head unit for the onboard computer which the computer has not been working properly no longer giving fuel range, fuel efficiency, and multiple other things on the instrument panel that all worked prior to taking my car in. I wish I could upload pictures here, when I called and left a message my call was never returned, I had to call twice and when I did talk to Troy he said I dont understand markup and they have to make money and tried to sell me on the non OEM parts that they put in my car. I even got the district managers number and left a message for him who didnt return my call. So if you like to be overcharged and lied to great place to take your vehicle to get serviced I think they need to take Honest out of their name. Troy you make money on Labor cost, I know your mechanics are not making the full price the shop charges for labor they probably make no more than $30 an hour.

They got me in same day for an oil change and got it done quicker than what they said it would take. Fast and friendly service!

This will be our 4th time taking back our car for the same reason and its cost us over 4000.00 and still not fixed!!! They fix other things they said needs to be done in order to start but they didnt even check what i asked them to check!!! And the diagnostic check they did, doesnt say much!!!
