Usually they are fantastic!! This last time I went to them I was honestly a little upset. I noticed after I left my nails were uneven and the shellac was applied heavily causing it to peel up after 2 days. The nail polish completly peeled off on one nail after 5 days 😭 I plan on going back and will let update my review if it’s better

This was the worst nail salon I and my sister have ever been to. If your looking to have beautiful nails DO NOT go to this place!! They had bad attitudes. They were very rough. The quality was horrific. Not only did the make my sister bleed but they charged me not once but twice!! I WILL NEVER come to this nail salon ever again and I do not recommend!!

If you are looking for the most upscale and up to date nail salon then this is not the place for you. If you are looking for quality service and someone who knows what they are doing then you won’t be disappointed. I was a regular at another newer salon and even with an appointment was still waiting 30-60 minutes before starting my nails. I walked in to this salon and was immediately able to get started. The temperature was a bit hot, no fancy decor, extra drinks, loud music, ect... but I felt like I was treated like an appreciated customer. My nail tech did everything she could to make my nails last and look good.

I haven’t been in over a year, but my regular place wasn’t open, so I found this location nearby. She was very courteous on the phone. When I arrived, there were a few ladies ahead of me, but I was acknowledged and allowed to sit in the massage chair and soak my feet while I waited. More people entered after me and there weren’t many workers. However I was still checked on periodically until it was my turn. It was a nice atmosphere and if my regular place is ever closed again, I will definitely be back.

Wonderful pedicure. Took the time to do a perfect job. Very friendly. Clean establishment and well priced. Fixed my ingrown toenail without pain.

Very friendly and decently priced! Me and my daughter got there about 1150 on a Wednesday, and they got both of us right in and finished us within an hour did great work! Very satisfied! Would recommend if your wanting a beautiful quick set from friendly folks!!

I do not recommend going here. i went in for acrylic nails and i was turned away because i wanted a design on my nail (literally just 3 black wavy lines nothing crazy) and they refused to do it because they are “busy”. there was 3 people there they were NOT busy at all. what’s the point of getting nails done if you’re not getting what you want. isn’t that your job?

Got my nails done here a week ago and I started to notice dark coloring under my nails so I took one off and my natural nail was GREEN !!! So I started taking them all off and all of my natural nails are green do not recommend this place at all

First experience was great second experience was even better and dirt experience was amazing! Lovely funny ladies keeping me entertained while getting manicures twice a month. Plus my seven-year-old daughter loves getting her nails painted thanks to the friendly service

They do a great job at this nail salon. They use new tools every time you come (which I cannot say for all nail salons in Owasso). They take their time but make sure you don’t have to go back to work as to not take too long if your in a rush. Friendly and courteous staff

I received a pedicure and dip manicure. The lady took over an hour on my pedicure and my feet do not feel soft at all. I get pedicures regularly, so it should have been fairly easy. Also, my dip powder was not evenly smoothed out so it doesn’t look like polish like I’m used to. I paid $10 more than I usually pay for both and it was probably my worst experience ever. Will not return.

My girlfriend got her eyebrows done for something like $9. Everyone else was $15 so still cheap either way. Nobody else had a person available for 3 days so I called around. Great job and beyond fast. They also got the microscopic nose bridge hairs nobody else gets.

This is my third time here and I’m not satisfied with my service. I had dip powder done at a another salon but one broke and I was just wanting a quick fix. I picked out a color similar to what I had down before. It was a sheer pink and I wanted that one again but the lady changed it without asking me and I said I would like the lighter color and just said that her color is right so I didn’t say much afterwards. I didn’t even get a top coat on my nail. I’m so disappointed, I don’t recommend this place unless you’re dying to get your nails done. I wish I could upload a picture of it.*** Update***I did tip $4 because I know what its like to work and not get tipped. I had told her what I wanted, but like I said she argued that her color was right. I understood that I got it done from another salon but I picked out color that what very similar. She said that what she picked out was right, and I didnt want to make a scene so I accepted what she said. I thought I was being nice to her even though I didnt like the service that was given to me. I still wouldnt go back for a fix, sorry.

Amazing and professional nail salon! I go to Mycah and I highly recommend her! First place I have gone where my shellac manu will truly last 2 full weeks, if not longer. Everything is clean, service is quick, and the staff is very friendly. 5 stars!!

LOVE my nails ! Went on lunch to get fills; the tech was wonderful and very fast. HOWEVER I was stunned at $35 fill price (I didn’t ask ahead so that’s on me; my usual salon charges that for a full set and only $20 for fills) All the way back to work I kept thinking Damn ! That’ll teach me to ask upfront next time

I drive 35 minutes to go here, cant find a better place! My nails always come out great & they have great customer service. They are also the only place Ive found with pedicure chairs for children & treated my 4 yr old like a princess. Highly recommend!

Im 32 weeks pregnant and never hardly get my nails done. When I go, I want them to take their time and show they care. This younger woman did exactly that! This is probably the best experience Ive had yet.... And being pregnant, I needed the pampering. Recommend this place 100%!

Me and my daughter called Venus Nails. We asked the price for an acrylic fill regular no solar and the rep said $17. Once we arrived an older lady told us the price was $20. We told her we had just called about the price. She told us she did say $20 not $17. I told her I had her on speaker phone and we both clearly heard her. I would not recommend this place.

Tina is absolutely amazing! She does amazing work and at a good pace! I was in and out in 35 minutes. She was so sweet and truly wants the customer to be happy. 5 stars all around!!!!

The ladies here are very nice and love to talk to you. Prices are on point with other places. The reason the for only 4 stars is because my daughters nails were badly designed with paint not shalac like we wanted. We did get them fixed. Just be clear with what you want exactly and talk to the ladies.

I have visited this salon twice. The first time i got perfect service and beautiful nails froma very attentive and gental lady. The second time i got a different last and she was more worried about what other workers were doing than making sure my nails were done properly. I left the 2nd time with bumpy uneven nails and felt rushed. Also i was overcharged on my second visit according to their posted prices. I probably will not return to this salon as i dont feel that my business was valued.*** my response: i got a fill on my acrylic nails with shellac.

CUSTOMERS BEWARE!!! Do NOT go here! I’m from out of town and had a relative moving to Owasso. I wanted to get her a gift card to a nail salon in her new hometown of Owasso as going away gift. I called and explained that I didn’t live in Oklahoma and asked if I could do a gift card. They said they could do it and just mail the gift card to me. Great! I waited about a week and a half, still no gift card, but my credit card had been charged, so I called back. They said they had sent the gift card, but would send another as they weren’t sure what happened. Another week passes by and I’m still without my gift card so I called again. I asked if she could email me or do something as I was seeing my relative that night and wanted to give the gift to her then, they said not a problem, took down my email address— sure enough nothing was sent to my email!i tried calling multiple times and my calls were starting to be ignored. Fast forward two weeks and my relative is out in Oklahoma and decides to stop in the salon and just pick up the gift card that I purchased for her. She had to sit and wait over an hour for the manager to get in and when she arrived, she refused to give her the gift card and refused a refund. Of course the original receipt and gift card weren’t at the salon, they were at her home. They stole from me! Not only is stealing illegal, is an unethical business practice. I have now turned this over to my bank to have them deal with the salon and urge everyone to beware before going to this salon! I work way too hard for my money for it to be so selfishly stolen from me— my attempt at trying to do something nice for a relative failed miserably and I am disturbed at the “customer service” this salon gave me. Never, ever, ever, ever go here!!!!

HORRIBLE PLACE. I came in for a Frech pedicure and ended up leaving with a Regular color. Horrible customer service besides all the bad talking they did about me. I did not like the way my frech came out and asked if i could change the base color, the lady which i dont know her name started giving attitude and got very upset. She started removing the color very aggressively .Will never come back this salon, nor recommend it.

I went to this salon cause I needed to get my nails done and didnt want to wait at my usual salon and they werent very busy. The lady who did my nails acted as if she were in a big rush even though there was no one else waiting. She got polish on my fingers and did a very messy job painting them and didnt clean them up(which I didnt realize till I got outside and really looked at them). She was very sweet but not happy about how they looked. All in all I wouldnt go back to this place.
