I’m giving 3 stars because the staff is friendly. However, the first few times I’ve been here the quality was amazing and I couldn’t have asked for anything better. My most recent experience was not good. First I went in for a fill and art, asked for matte coat and got gloss and then the matte was just put on top of the gloss causing it to come off the next day. The nails were thick and misshaped, so I went back and got it corrected. They had to completely remove it and fix it and then I got a different color and design when I just wanted the same as the day before but, it wasn’t worth it at that point to bring up. So here I am 12 days later and my paint is bubbled and chipping off. I’ve had my nails done with shellac for a good 4 or more years and I have never had it do this. I’m really unhappy with the overall outcome and whereas I appreciate the fix, it isn’t what I wanted and I really didn’t think that after spending $50 on these I would be going to another salon in 12 days to pay to get these fixed by someone else! I get a full every 3-4 weeks and it hasn’t even been 2 and I have to start over. I sincerely hope this is a learning experience for them and that they fix this for the next person. I’ll also add that I do not work a blue collar job nor was I doing anything to warrant this outcome. I work on a computer all day and have never had this happen until now.

Not happy when calling to make an appointment. Told that I couldnt and to come in. Come in and it takes a 45 min sitting at table to remove foil. Total time took 2hrs for dip only. (had this before but was 4hrs for dip and pedi). I didnt complain but this seems to be a trend. Asked for nail to be covered a little more bc last set looked to be grown a week out already. Was asked why... Then staff begin talking about it. Maybe next time speaking about it in English. This makes people feel more welcome. Also would be helpful if solar and dip is in separate locations. Quality is there just time management needs some work.

First time to go to Lush nails!! I took my friend to get her nails done for her birthday!! They did an amazing job!! Loved how friendly they were. They had a toy poodle named kiwi that was just precious!! Will definitely be back

The staff treated my wife and daughter with great care and respect. They have a package for just about any occasion. If you know someone in need of relaxing amd a bit of pampering, i fully recommend this place.

Wonderful experience! Love Nicole and all the girls up at Lush! Had a horrible experience at another place and nicole promised they would take care of me! Got a premium pedicure, dip nails with tips and nail are and the service was AMAZING! They take their time and make sure they do a GREAT job! Will definitely be my go to nail place from now on!

I absolutely loved my visit was my first time there and only my third time having my nails done ever. It was easy going we had lot of laughs I love the environment! I will definitely be a regular!!!!!!! Nicole was so sweet and at first I didn’t exactly know what to get done so I told her to do just whatever she wanted and believe me I will be telling her that every time now! Nicole, Kevin and Misa are excellent at what they do. Very friendly and perfectionists. They call you by name and are happy to see you. This is the best nail salon ever! Very good prices too and quality work!

I set Up an appt for 2 people. When I got There, they only had one written down. They were not busy but still made it a big deal and actually argued with me about what type of appt was made. Once we moved on from that issue, I showed Him picture of what I wanted, which was specific because they were for a funeral. After tell me he couldn’t do certain ones, no big deal, I showed him alternatives to which his reaction made me feel like a huge inconvenience to him. I attempted to make small talk throughout the appt but He was pretty unpleasant to converse with so I just Gave up. After all was said and done, I had a different design for my nails, the length was too long and they popped off after about a week. And yes, I asked At the salon to have it fixed before I left and wasn’t fixed. I left Unhappy, which they knew and was still charged full price.After going to another salon to have them fix, she was appalled at the damage they had done to my nails. Beware of this salon.

Fast and able to get the 3 of us in. Very nice and friendly. Cute shop dog Kiwi is a plus.

This place is lovely and clean! The service is great and the environment is very calm and relaxing. I had a phenomenal pedicure and both Nicole and Misa took great care of me! Highly recommend this place!

They deleted my original review because it wasn’t appealing to their business 😂 I payed a little more than the average pedicure expecting it to be better. It sadly wasn’t a good experience. The guy who did my pedicure said not one word to me nor did he ever make eye contact with me. He rushed through and did a sloppy paint job.

The nail tech was professional and very nice. She did such a great job. 10/10 from me!

Customer service is definitely On Point. I was greeted immediately and offered a drink. They made it a very relaxing experience. I have gone to this location for years but recently they got new owners that have really stepped it up! Im so happy with my experience I would definitely recommend.

The owners are Super Friendly, professional, & such sweet people. & Their lil dog kiwi is the cutest. As well as the whole Lush crew. Very clean place. Ill say their customer service is on point. Ive been there twice and had great service both times. 1st time Kevin did my nails 2nd time Megan. They both did amazing job & Nichole has done my nails a few times as well. They are All amazing. Very reasonable prices. Never been too long a wait as a walk in. This is my go to nail salon from now on 😃

The owners and staff are very friendly and professional. Easygoing and relaxed environment, too. The pricing is better than another salon that I have frequently visit. I am most definitely making this location my go-to for manicure or pedicure services.

Nicole is the most creative person. I have had the privilege of her doing my nails for many years. I feel so comfortable with her that I let her do as she pleases, and she creates gorgeous nails. I tend to have small nails beds that are very difficult, and she does such an amazing job my nails actually last!! The color doesn’t chip, and my nails don’t chip. She has been the only nail technician in all my experience that has done beyond an incredible job. If you want someone who will deliver high quality and perfection Every time, visit Nicole.

I have a manicure done every month to treat myself. I love the work that Misa does, she makes suggestions but still allowes me to have the final decision.

I liked the young woman who did the pedicure, Meta, and I thought she did a good job. The only problem I had was having to wait too long.
