Great dentist office! Quick and efficient with friendly service. They are prepared for you when you arrive so you are able to get in and back out quickly. Even my kids don’t dread going! Great dentist whose attitude and attention to a great experience has spread to everyone else.

Dr. Thomas and his staff are friendly, thorough, and honest. Ive been going to them for years and theyve always taken very good care of me and my family.

I dont normally leave reviews, but feel I need to make those visiting aware of how our visit went.I cant say enough about how sweet the office staff is. They are top-notch.The eye dr. we saw, on the other hand not so much.We made an appointment for my son who has had glasses since 3rd grade. He is now 18. We moved to the area a few years ago and it was time to just get a check up before he left for college. My son saw a dr. that comes into the office two days a week. He went in for his appointment then the dr. came out and told me he was fine. He doesnt need glasses. He just over focuses. I know the look on my face had to be something kind of special, because he has had glasses since the third grade with the same diagnosis pretty much. I asked how do we fix this then, we have never been told this and he said we dont, he just needs to learn not to focus so hard. We both got in the car and was like that was the craziest experience ever.I made him another appointment with an eye dr. he saw today for a second opinion. Sure enough he needs glasses. What irritates me about this is I had to pay for the second appointment out of my own pocket. We used our yearly insurance visit to be told he over focuses, which Im not even sure is a thing. Thankfully we have the means to be able to get the second opinion, but for so many families that is not possible. Be cautious with who you are seeing here.

Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had at any business. My eye exam was May 10. That went very well. The doctor was very kind and informative but from that point on, awful. She gave me another brand of contacts to try out because I had only tried one type and was open to options. After a day or 2 I knew they werent going to work for me. They dried my eyes out and moved around a lot. I went back about 2 days after my appointment and told the woman at the counter they werent going to work. She took down my info and said she would make a note to speak to the doctor about other options and get back to me. About a week went by before I realized no one had gotten back with me. I called and they didnt have any idea what I was talking about and said they would just go ahead and order the kind I have been using. Okay, great. They said it would be a week or so before they came in. I gave about 2 weeks before I called to see if they have arrived. THEY SAID THEY DIDNT HAVE AN ORDER IN FOR ME. Okay mistakes happen. I can understand that. They said they will get them on order for me and and they should be in by the end of the week (again). I wait until the next Tuesday or Wednesday and give them a call because ONCE AGAIN, I hear nothing. Come to find out they are on back order and I wasnt informed. I tell the girl on the phone that I only have about a week or two of contacts left and she said she will order some monthlies to keep me covered until the others come in and it should be in by the end of the week (am I sounding repetitive yet?). I call the following Monday and what do you know. BOTH monthlies and dailies are on backorder and yet again I wasnt told anything. They had an expected ship date of July 6th. I called this morning (July 8th) an still no one has any clue what the hell is going on. they will give me a call when they get in doubtful. At this point (2 months after my appointment and ZERO communication from this office) I am in complete shock by this office and the MULTIPLE people I have spoken to that dont understand the importance of communicating information to their customers. I will be updating IF I ever do get contacts. In the mean time I made a back up appointment with another office at the end of the month so I can get some proper service. I had very high hopes for this office since they were able to get me in quickly and had good reviews. That was a mistake.

I feel as if I wasted my money coming here. The only thing the doctor did was come and tell me I needed a root canal or extraction but offered no help whatsoever. I left still in extreme pain

Love the staff and Dentist Thomas! I shared that I was concerned about a fairly recent crown and they genuinely checked it out, in every way I asked, to make sure nothing was wrong. Not once did I feel they wanted to just move on and they spoke plainly (without medical terms). They were so patient and thoroughly addressed my fears with understanding. 😊

Got in on time. Very clean atmosphere. Very friendly and helpful staff. My actual cleaning went great. Have had a few different people clean and work on my teeth there and they are always really friendly and careful. Great place.

Dr. Thomas is great with kids. I, as a child, was always scared silly of going to the dentist, but my 8 yr old looks forward to it, and thats after multiple fillings! He also makes me feel comfortable as a parent, explaining what hes doing and making sure I understand how preventative care and answering any questions thoroughly. Id recommend him any day!

I have been a client of Thomas Eye Care for about 3 years. I have seen a couple of different eye doctors and absolutely loved them both. I have had bad experiences in the past with eye doctors getting my prescription wrong, but not at Thomas Eye Care. I have always felt that they were spot on with my prescription and always so helpful. The staff are so kind and provide fantastic customer service. Ive met with the dentist to while waiting on my eye appointment and he was so kind! I would highly recommend Thomas Dental and Eye!

I broke a tooth at home one night. Started researching dentists since I was new to the area and decided on Dr. Thomas. I called the first thing the next morning and they had me in there by early that afternoon. Everyone there was very friendly and professional. I had concerns about a root canal, especially a difficult one, due to a bad experience from another dentist in another state. Dr. Thomas recognized that it would be difficult, and my concerns, and rather than take a chance and take the money and do the root canal himself, he booked me with a really great endodontist.After I had the root canal, Dr. Thomas and his Lead Certified Dental Assistant, Dana, did a great job prepping the tooth for the crown and applying the temporary.I have several crowns, and I will say this has been the easiest one, and best fitting temporary that Ive had yet. I went back to get my permanent crown and Courtney helped out on that, did a great job too, as well as Kim on x-rays and Annie at the front desk. They all really know what theyre doing. Ive found my new dentist, and would recommend him any time.

My son was hit with a baseball to the mouth that knocked out two permanent teeth, and 2 baby teeth. He had a broken upper pallet that detached from the jaw. The emergency room said to contact our dentist (Modern Day Dental) immediately. We called the emergency line and received a recording. We left a message. We didnt hear back from them till 3pm the next day. Luckily while at the ER, a friend contacted a friend who works for Dr. Thomas of Thomas Dental and Eye Care and he reached out to us immediately and met us at his office at midnight. Because he was treated the situation was urgent, he was able to get the permanent tooth back in and most likely have saved his tooth. Brandon S.

Dr. Dirk Thomas is by far the best dentist Ive ever been to in my life: kind, honest, and good at his job. He doesnt tell you that you have cavities when you dont, he doesnt try to push expensive products on you - that you dont need, their staff will even clean your glasses on the eye care side while youre getting your teeth polished. I will never see another dentist anywhere again. If I move out of state, I will fly back for my bi-annual visitations.

Staff and doctors listen and care and are patient and kind. Because of this they figured out something with my kiddos eyes that another that we had yrly exam at in march this yr missed. If not for them, she would have been without glasses she needs for another y months.

Went into see the Dr. Dirk for a toothache. Everyone was very friendly and I happened to know someone who worked there. The dental tech was really down to earth and very informative and knew her stuff. Very friendly, (I even showed her a pic of my dog). Overall had a great experience and will be back!

Ive been seeing Dr. Thomas and staff for many years with great results, my previous dentist had proven to be unable to properly diagnose an abscess, among other issues, and had left me in considerable pain before I found this dentist. I needed quite a bit of work done to fix this, and to fix a few things caused by the previous dentist, and Dr. Thomas was able to get me fixed up, without pain (which is a lot to be said for work that included a root canal), and back to great dental health.

This place is a scam!! Stay away from it. They will drill on your perfectly healthy teeth and then tell you the insurance doesn’t cover like they showed you it would and will not finish the job. Horrible

I went to see Doctor Thomas, He told me I had nine cavities... I went to another newer place for a 2nd opinion. I did not mention anything to them about my experience at Thomas Dental. they told me I had 3 Cavities. I told them I was told I had nine and they dropped there jaws... they rechecked everything all over again and still found 3... I dont know what they where going to do to my mouth... I went to them Bec they did a root canal prior. it was over $2000 and I had really good dental insurance. I talked to coworkers and they had similar work done by other places for like $500. Seems like a nice guy. but I dont understand how he could be that off on my dental care. I had not went to the dentist in ten years so I knew I was in need of some TLC. but they wanted to overhaul my face for no reason...I have ran into a lot of people who have had similar experiences

My wife and I have been patients of Dr. Thomas since we relocated to Owasso in 2012. Yesterday, I had my first temporary crowns installed. I had been hesitant to do so, however, it was the right thing to do. Having a crown installed is tedious work. It takes a couple hours. Dr. Thomas did an exceptional job! Hes very personable and explains whatever procedure he is about to undertake. His assistant, Courtney Dill, was absolutely meticulous and very patient oriented! In fact, his entire staff ... from the hygienist who administered very painless injections of novacaine to the Gals at the front desk ... are the best Ive ever dealt with. Kudos to each and everyone of them. As always ... Well done!!

3 star because the stuff is nice and lindsy is doing her job well, the only bad thing is doctor not doing his job well i have to go back for second time to refix the job he made. On my second visit he told me that my tooth have to do something like “root canal” not even so sure! And recommend me to the other dentist to do evaluation.. i was thinking why he did the filling if he alreay see my tooth is losse and now after paying eveything telling me that situation! Now my all filling tooth is hurt! Its hurt to bite as well...He dont even test me To bite both tooth filling, im still suffering of sensitivity of my tooth even its almost a month ago, now i cant eat and drink cold liquid! 😣

Ive been going to Thomas Dental and Eye care for about a year now. Ive never had a bad expierence with either dental or eye. Actually the lady that cleans your teeth is extra extra careful with my teeth because I had a bad expierence with another dental place. Im so grateful that I found this place. I would never dream of changing.

Pleasantly clean facility, highly knowledgeable, and very polite. They have always gotten me in within 10 minutes of the scheduled appointment. The dentist and technicians have always been very interactive, and explained everything very well.

Both sides Vision and Dental are incredibly clean, professional, and friendly- it is a great place for patients young and old:)

Tried to call about insurance information and Mary was unprofessional and had an attitude with me. Felt like it was an inconvenience to answer about VSP. I simply wanted to know what my expense would be. Because the initial service, I will be going somewhere else to get my contacts. I have also told my coworkers about my lack of service.

Dont go to this place I took my husband there to get his denture fix after his gum heals from removing his teeth because they made his denture when he still have his teeth in and now that he gum is heal and need more adjustments on his denture and still charge us money even though they did a bad job adjusting his denture so now they have to re line and we have to pay other $200 just for there wrong doing not Recommend it to go there.
