Great Dentist and hygienists! Terrible office staff with zero customer service skills. Make ABSOLUTELY sure you are in network with your insurance before making an appointment, even if your insurance is listed on their website. Carrie is exceptionally rude and takes zero responsibility for informing patients of benefit compatibility, shifting all blame to insurance providers and consumers; it is a shame, the actual treatment providers here are fantastic.

I was hesitant as Dr. Prather took over from my previous dentist. I must say though, that she and her staff are absolutely amazing! Everyone is extremely helpful and understanding and do their best to make the experience very pleasant. I would definitely recommend Dr. Prather.

This morning I had my first crown done. At 52 I sure didn’t want one! I am very thankful for Dr. Jillian Prather and her team. I was perfectly comfortable, they enjoy each other and love what they do, and you can tell. A caring dentist, and caring team is hard to find, I highly recommend them..

I just moved to Owasso and of course along with that having to find doctors and dentist etc. I had seen Ms Prather’s Instagram post long before I moved here and was impressed with what I read. I just had my first appointment today and was absolutely not disappointed. What a great place filled with very personable staff. Highly recommend Prather Family Dentistry!!

I visited Dr. Prather in November of 2018 after visiting a different, much larger, family dentist practice in Owasso. I wont focus on my familys unpleasant experiences there, but theres a MAJOR difference between a smaller practice and a much larger one (I learned this the hard way). Jillians office staff was very professional and friendly (the same level of excellence, friendliness and attention to detail as Chick-Fil-A...lol). Dr. Prather was/is very patient and thorough in her examinations and Ive undergone 2 procedures; both were needed ASAP - and to my surprise, she was able to get me in her chair within 2 days. One of my procedures needed a follow-up, because of my folly, and she even had me come in to do the repairs during her Christmas break (what doctor provides service like this???). My experience was such a pleasure that I insisted my wife transfer over to her practice... and 1 month later my wife transferred our two daughters (5 & 7 yrs old), who both have had fantastic experiences with Dr. Prather. 5 STARS!!!!! ⭐️
