The ad in tv said free ex rays and cleaning for new patients. At the front desk it was $70. They explained and I did not understand. I left paying $161.00 out of pocket. They explained and I did not understand. I’m sure they were legitimate charges, but don’t advertise FREE please. I give five stars for the service and would have gladly played full price but I won’t be back because I do not understand the charges.

Able to get me in the next day and take care of everything I needed. Everyone was very friendly and did a wonderful job.

This was my first appointment. I got to wait in the lobby and listen to others talk about how they were unhappy with the service, while the staff seemed to just be irritated with them. When I went back for my exam, it seemed like the staff was all in training as they were asking others how to do everything.When I finally was seen in the chair, it seemed like all they were focusing on was trying to “sell” additional stuff that insurance didn’t cover. It seemed more like they cared about the money more than they cared about providing actual “care.”While I was waiting in the chair, I got to listen to another patient who was unhappy with her dentures, and the doctor was not handling the situation well. Sure the patient was difficult, but you’re job is to provide care and make the patient feel at ease. I for sure didn’t feel it, so I walked out before my appointment was complete. I’ll never go back to this dental group, nor recommend them to anyone.

I was so amazed of how they look. My bite was closed to much with my old set and teeth to big. The lady in the lab came out and talked to me she said she could fix it some. I cant believe how it made me look now. I couldnt of gotten a better fit and a awesome smile again. Thank you so much for my beautiful teeth and all your hard work. Very rough during cleaning procedure. They say they take your insurance however they never file your claim. Then they turn you over to collection agency. Been dealing with this issue for four months. Plus they automatically in your initial visit charge you for $135 oral B toothbrush and some high dollar toothpaste. Very disappointed.

I was very with their office space, clean and what I really liked about it they greeted me when I walked in, also there was now one inside sitting down, they make sure their was know waiting and taking care of business that I liked. For that reason I will return and let them take care me and my concernsLet’s get busy Aspen Dental.

If I could give zero stars I absolutely would. I went here about 2.5years ago and had great service. My brother is in need of having a tooth pulled and they refused service without cash payment, yet when he called to set up his appointment they said they could work on a payment setup. I recommended this place because I had good service, but after what happened today I wish I could take it back. His tooth broke apart during their x-ray exam and they turned him away. He even showed them the huge piece of tooth after the x-ray.

They have an amazing team. Friendly and great service. They took care of my emergency within 24hr. During the Pandemic I thought I wasnt going to be seen that fast but look at God and aspen doing a great job. Thanks so much i appreciate you guys and will definitely be back .

Find somewhere else to go, drive to Tulsa.My expectations were low in the first place due to the other poor reviews, but I moved to town and it was the only place in Owasso that accepted my insurance. I was supposed to have my cleaning and exam back in July. I had my exam and was told I would have to come back for the cleaning since they were about to close. ...okay, sure. I patiently rescheduled my cleaning. They had me go ahead and pay for it even though I hadn’t received it yet. Big mistake!Cleaning day comes around and I get a phone call saying they no longer have a dental hygienist. I understood. Times are tough. FINALLY, fast forward to now (November) and they have a hygienist finally and I get a cleaning appointment. The day comes again and they call me 45 minutes before my appointment....they need to cancel again because the hygienist had to leave. Now I understand that emergencies can happen, but this was the third strike for me.I had rearranged my whole entire day’s schedule to finally go to this appointment I have been waiting months for.I still have not had my cleaning I paid for 4 months ago. The only positive thing I can say is that everyone there is very friendly. They just cannot be relied on. I NEVER write bad reviews, but this has been a horrible experience.

I went in for multiple appointments and was thoroughly impressed each time by their hospitality and well educated staff. Dr. Somali was wonderful! Avoid going at all costs. Heard multiple bad stories along with my own bad experiences. Staff is unprofessional and one of the dentists belittled my sister’s medical history. My sister is still recovering months after due to the nerve damage from her procedure. If you have anxiety about dentists, do not magnify that by going here.

All the ladies in the office are really sweet and informative. The dentists are honest with you about your treatment. They have several nice dentists and an oral surgeon. 10/10 will use again.

I had an appointment for Friday they originally told me 12 but I got a text the morning of saying my appointment was at 1. I showed up at 12 to be safe but there was a sign on the door saying they have lunch from 12-1. I called twice with no answer so I came back at 1 just to be told they don’t have a dentist there to see me. Woman at the front desk was very rude and condescending. Thank you for leaving me in pain with no notice.

This place is a total scam. Corporate chain trying to make as much money as possible. I made an appointment for a teeth cleaning, waited 20 minutes to be seen, and then after I was there for an hour they told me that they wouldn’t clean my teeth today. They wanted to schedule a cleaning for another day, but they refused to do a normal teeth cleaning and therefore my insurance wouldn’t cover the special cleaning and it would be $400 out of pocket. I have good dental insurance and I have never had to pay more than $20 for a copay. Avoid at all costs.

This office was outstanding! Staff was very prompt, friendly n very professional! Very helpful with helping me get a future plan together on the things I needed done. Would highly recommend this office!

Do not go here! Horrible Customer Service.I sat in the chair for 45 min waiting on a hygienists. When she finally comes to see me because I asked how long will I be here. She pulls down her mask to show me my gums were not healthy like hers ..Very unsanitary..while looking at my teeth she kept belittling me making rude comments about whats in my teeth and I must not floss everyday.

It was very easy to get my appointment scheduled, I received a courtesy reminder call the day before. Throughout my visit everyone was super friendly, the appointment went by smoothly, everything was explained from start to finish making sure I understood. I was able to get my check up and cleaning all done in the same day which was great, definitely will be back for my 6 month cleaning!

These are very nice professional people. There is an in-house lab, and they did a really beautiful job on the temporary bridge I have. I think that since they did such a good job on the temporary one, that I will also get a great job on the permanent bridge I will have when I heal.

I have not been to the dentist in quite some time (not my happy place) they made me feel comfortable, relaxed and informed. I was given detailedhygiene instructions and a realistic dental plan that works for my budget and dental insurance.

Went for the free exam/x-ray they offer. Said I needed several teeth extracted, bone graft and root canal. Then dental implants later. Total bill would be 20,000 dollars. I opted out and got a second opinion at a local dentist in Owasso. The other Dentist is going to deep scale clean my teeth to save them. and one dental implant. No root canals, not several extractions not the extreme amount Aspen Dental wanted. Aspen did not even offer to deep clean my teeth to save them. Just out for the money. My advice is to get a second opinion, I am glad I did.

Wonderful, caring people! I dont like going to the dentist normally but they put me at ease by explaining everything before they did it. Went over what needed done and explained my options. I felt they truly cared about my well being.

Aspen Dental was great. At home one of my crowns came off (unglued) so I went to them the next morning. Im new in town and did not have a regular dentist yet. They took me in and cleaned my old crown and glued it back on (the fit was still good). When I received the the Bill I was floored. They did not charge me a single penny, you cant find that now days. Rest assured I will be back to see them for my regular check-up. Thanks to everyone there !!!!!!

This was my first appointment with Aspen Dental and I have to say what a fantastic experience. Not only was my appointment handled with efficiency and speed but my Hygienist, JC Dunn was great. He was quite informative and made my experience there relaxing and comfortable. I will be making recommendations.

I went for a cleaning and check up and was very satisfied with how my appointment was handled by the staff. I really liked Dr. Sharpe and J.C. Dunn, the Hygienist that saw me was awesome. I have recommended Aspen Dental several times to my friends and family.

This started off well. I called said this is my first time to come in and I want a schedule a cleaning and routine check up. That went well over the phone and they called back later confirmed the appointment. So I go fully intending to get my teeth clean today. I take 2 and 1/2 hours off work because I am new and knew that they like to do x-rays and all the checking of gums and stuff on first time dental appointment with a company since I have been to a couple of new dentists in the past only because my insurance has changed with the company I work for. So it all started off good and they told me since it was my first time visit it was free regardless of insurance which I thought wow cool. My appointment was at 130pm but I was not called back until closer to 230pm so wait was no good since I came early and already filled out paperwork before I arrived. After the x-ray and the checking of the gums the hygienist said that she will schedule my cleaning after the Dentist sees me. I was like ummm That is suppose to be done today. She said no first time visits dont get cleanings done and that they do the x-ray and gum health check then schedule the cleaning at a later date, that was their policy. She then left to get the Dentist. When he arrived I informed him how disappointed I was and explained to him what I scheduled and I have never had a cavity in my life and that even showed on my x-ray and I have good gum health and that showed to and what I really needed was the cleaning. The other stuff was a waste of my time without it. So he said he will see if there was any openings with the Hygienist and get back to me. 1 hour later I am still waiting in the chair for something to happen or tell me what was going on. My wife was to come in and by this point I told her through text not to even bother. Finely I got up from the chair and walked to the front. The guy at the front desk said that they were waiting on approval for my insurance. I said what for I was told this visit is free and you did not do what I came in for. He said policy. I said well if you need anything else you all have my contact information I can not miss three or more hours of work for something that I didnt make an appointment for and never did what I wanted. I will not be back. I am not paid when I am not working, I have no sick time or leave time unless I use vacation which this is not something I will waste that on. Complete let down and disappointment. Poor customer services and failure on their part and not letting me know from the start when I called to schedule the cleaning that they would not be doing it when I was there is complete failure and unprofessional. I wasted my time when I could have went someplace else that would have done what I wanted. Now My insurance will not let me have another visit for another 6 months because according to them my services for the check up and cleaning was done. Complete rip off and my teeth still not clean.

The worst experience I have ever had at a dentist and I would like customer services phone number

Recieved a very thorough exam which made me feel that the level of service provided was fantastic. Loved the Doctor. The staff was very friendly as well. The office manager made sure that my insurance was paying everything possible and even offered me an alternative to one part of my treatment that could save me money. Really made me feel good about coming to Aspen. My only complaint was that the hygienist was pretty slow and had to leave the treatment room several times leaving me to sit and wait for periods of time.

I have asked to change my benefit elections to a PPO plan mid-year at additional cost to my family because Aspen Dental is the only provider in my area participating in the HMO plan. Unprofessional and no privacy exhibited in how the office is structured.

My husbands root canal and filling procedures were not performed to the satisfaction. He had to go 3-4 times to rectify it and no use. He still eats with one side of his mouth. He still has toothache. We are still in search of good dentist.As people, the dentists and staff were compassionate and caring towards him but in the end, the procedure was messed up. May be because they are novice and need practice.Aspen Dental is an inexpensive option and hence people go there. I am sure its good for regular visits and clean up etc..

Very disappointed with this company, they will lie right to your face. Their free new customer check up will result in a 170 dollar bill. It looks like aspen dentals copy of the dictionary defines “free” in an entirely different way then the rest of the population. I called in and set up an appointment for a cleaning, was told on the phone it would cost 250 for a cleaning. I went in expecting my teeth to be cleaned I spent and hour going through their endless x-rays and asking several time if I was going to be charged for these things I didn’t ask to be done. The lady told me I wouldn’t be charged and that this was normal for all new customers and this first check up would be free. They then stabbed my gums for 30 minutes and told me I have gum disease and will possibly loose teeth because of it. The dentist then came in with half the staff in the building all insulting my intelligence by trying to hard sell me on their cleaning process and telling me how vital it was that I work with them and trust that I need to pay 6000 dollars to them or else I would be toothless by the time I was 30. So I was there for almost two hours didn’t get my teeth cleaned was insulted and then they lied to me about the actual work I needed done. Judging from the several lawsuits they have for this exact situation it’s impressive that they have any customers coming through their doors.

Everyone was real nice and facilities were all spot on clean the only problem that I saw was there was not any kind of background music which in my opinion would help calm peoples nerves as theyre waiting on the dentist

Everyone is very friendly, patient, and understanding of unexpected circumstances. When my appointment had to be cancelled, they worked with me to bring me in the same day rather than moving my cleaning out weeks. As someone who regularly had panic attacks at my last dentists office, I have never felt uncomfortable or afraid here. Id recommend this office to my family and to anyone else who is looking for a new dentist.

I went through a major change in my life deciding to get dentures... but the people at Aspen Dental Owasso, OK made me feel like family from the first visit!!! Brenda the OM made sure that I got all the financial help I needed to get started right away. She even let me cry on her shoulder because she understood what a big step this process is. Chelsea the D.A makes sure that my checkups are amazing and my journey is as comfortable as possible. Taniyah the Lead D.A ensured that things were done right so that as I continue my journey I stay comfortable and continue to feel that they have my best interest at heart!! The face of the office Jemima always as a wonderful smile and positive attitude when I come in making me feel good about being there. Of course B. Not too long ago we used to seek dental care down on 71st and Yale (Eastern Oklahoma Dental) but we live here in Owasso. I recently transferred my dad here since its closer and at the time Aspen had recently opened. The first few cleanings were okay but it was never really a positive experience.The issue was that the staff were not friendly, rude and or did not make you feel comfortable while cleaning your teeth or doing whatever it is you are there for that day. My dad said during his cleanings water got all over his face, they didnt care to wipe it nor did it seem the girl holding the suction tube was even trying to prevent it from happening. They were very rough handling his face and over all he felt very uncomfortable.We also had payment issues with them as well. Being charged more than once for the same procedure, saying payments didnt go through, failure to claim money from insurance, you name it. Multiple times a day or a couple days ahead they will call my dad telling him he will need to re-schedule. Very unprofessional and it seems no one at this place cares. The times I did speak with someone over the phone about payment issues, they were also very rude. The reviews you see that are 1 stars, please dont take them with a grain of salt. AVOID THIS PLACE!

First impression was they are all business. Sort of a cold reception by the picture taker once called back. Was thrown into taking teeth pics, and never explained, nor gave me a chance to take off my coat. I WAS BAKING. The doctor was much more pleasant, although the first impressionable young lady makes me question if I want to return. Where is the sense of humor, or just basic kindness. I overheard another staff member with another patient questioning the doctors orders with a patient. Overall, although the doctor was the nicest.... Cold and uncomfortable environment for me. The acting manager was awesome. First impressions will kill you every time.

The dentist was here for one week. My sons first filling, and I felt dentist lacked understanding and compassion.The office manager who we first met and appreciated is no longer with them.It seems they have staff turn over.Ill be looking for a new dentist.

The dentist is a really nice man, as far as professionalism, can use a lot of lessons. I had to get a couple of fillings and also had to get a temporary cap while waiting on the permanent cap to come in approximately 3 weeks away the temp cap had to take off work again and went to fix it, he filled it with something and literally next day it completely broke and came off. The quality of work is definitely lacking. I have a few fillings from childhood that are still good. Just super disappointed. I would not recommend them at all for general dentistry. The hygienist there is really good though, gentle, smart and very professional.

Going here was the worst experience I have ever had at the dentist. The first time I went it was okay but the second time I went was horrible and every other time after that was just terrible! I waited 1 hour in the lobby and when i was asked to come to the back I waited another hour in the back. After being there for TWO hours they finally asked if I wanted to come back another day because the were too busy for me and then the the next appointment I came and I waited 1 hour AGAIN in the lobby with NOBODY waiting...so I got impatient and ask if they were ready for me and they said that I wasnt even scheduled! If I wasnt schedule why would I have a card that you guys gave me for this specific date and time to come in!!! It made no sense!!! So I waited 1 hour just so they can reschedule me for ANOTHER day!!!! I would never recommend this place to anybody. After my next appointment I am done with this dental place! Hopefully my next appointment they wont claim to not have me schedule in again. If I could give this place a 0 star I would.

Everytime I go there, I always have a great experience. My appointment on Friday was for a cleaning. JC is a dental hygienist that works there and has always been the one to work with me. He was very friendly, personable, caring, and most of all gentle as he was doing the cleaning. I can always talk to him about any dental care needs that I have. The dentist was very knowledgeable about the issue I was having and gave me advice about how we should proceed, as it should be. When my appt was over JC walked me to the door. Great visit Friday.

I am 69 years old and my appointment at Aspen Dental in Owasso was the most thorough and informative exam I have ever had.

I had an appointment yesterday as a new patient. As a new patient, they did my xrays and first exam for free. I was really happy about that then JC the hygienist called me back almost immediately. He was extremely nice and very knowledgeable. I also met other staff members through out the course of my visit as well as the dentist. They were all so nice and very accommodating from check in to check out. Very close nit staff. I will be going back. I think this is the first dentist appointment that I have walked out smiling and laughing.

Great friendly staff! Went in with what I thought was 1 abscessed wisdom tooth and turned into 2. Got in at 11am and was out by 2pm. I have severe anxiety and they treated me amazingly. My only complaint, the stitches the Dr put in the roof of my mouth immediately came undone and fell out as soon as I got home and tried to eat. But the bleeding was minimal so no major issue. Thank you Aspen Dental!!! I will be a repeat patient.

I was hesitant to use them based on the reviews but thought only disgruntled people review, right? Horrible experience from start to finish. I needed a crown on one tooth. 6 visits later I got the crown, but it was a nightmare the entire way. Visit #1 the door was locked and I couldn’t get in until 15 minutes after my scheduled visit. They said there was an angry patient they had to lock out. Now I see why. Visit #2 and dentist #1, prepped for crown, long wait, very basic service, took dentist 3 attempts to get a usable temporary crown on me. Visit #3 I took off work early for appointment, pull into parking lot and get a call my appointment was canceled because they did not have glue. Visit #4, dentist #2, I called a week later after not hearing a thing, glue magically just arrived, come in today!! New dentist doesn’t want to put the crown on, thinks I need a root canal first. Huh?? No. I have no pain, I want the crown. The crown does not fit. Drilled my tooth, drilled the crown, nothing. Put new temp back on and NOW I’m in pain. Visit #5, dentist #3, and entire new office staff. I called first to verify NO PROBLEMS told my tooth was not made by the lab so I needed to come in for new mold and it will take 15 min. 2 hours later, more drilling, horrid pain and dentist 3 says not much left of my tooth and need root canal. I never had pain before I came here!!!! I cannot afford a root canal right now and request we just get the crown on and done. Visit #6 waited two weeks with no communication. Called and tooth magically just came in. Will take 15 minutes to set crown. I get there and I’m told there was an impromptu staff meeting and dentist would be with me shortly. New office staff again. The dental assistant checked the crown fit, did X-ray and apologized repeatedly for my wait. I wait an HOUR and a HALF for him to just come out, bark orders at the poor dental assistant and tell HER to set the crown. The dental assistants are the only good thing about this horrible place and I hope you all find a better place to work than this nightmare. From start to finish it was non stop problems, lies and excuses. I demanded my bill be discounted and didn’t get so much as an apology. These reviews are the sad reality of a poorly ran facility. 6 visits was not worth the money I saved. Trust me, not worth the headache.

They dont listen to the patient. They are only interested in upselling. The dentist wouldnt tell you to his recommendations the office manager does that. You must prepay to even get an appointment. Worst experience I have ever had and I am an Marine used to dealing with the VA.

I was nervous but theyre was no reason to be. The techs were kind and friendly and Dr Johnston was patient enough to explain what he was going to do and constantly reassuring. I loved my visit!

I always have a great experience with the Owasso Aspen dental office. All the staff are knowledgeable and helpful.

I went there for the first time today and it was awful. I waited almost an hour to go back. They took X-rays and then they dentist talked to me for 5ish minutes and made a few comments I found to be rude. They then had me wait to talk to someone about a plan. After waiting an hour the receptionist told me I could leave and she would have them call me. I never received a call. I spent over two hours accomplishing nothing.

Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. My daughter had 11 teeth worked on and they still couldnt fix her pain. She has been there 5-6 times and enough is enough. They wanted to keep charging us to do xrays or whatever and dont consider the $2100 I paid into fixing all her teeth enough to fix the original problem. DO NOT GO HERE.

HORRIBLE DENTIST OFFICE!! Got a crown put in, I’m self pay right now no insurance. So spent close to $1000 for a crown that ended up falling out 6 months later. Went back in to get it fixed, and because there was a new dentist there, she REFUSED to just fix it by putting it back in. She wanted me to pay for a bridge for just that one crown. After explaining to her that I’m self pay with no insurance and that a bridge financially was not possible, and I asked her PLEASE just cement the crown back in, she still refused! And I had to pay $50 for that office visit for them to tell me we will not warranty our work basically because it was no fault of mine that the crown came out 6 months after being put in. ABSOLUTELY will never return. The place should be shut down if that’s how the cheat people out of money. Pathetic

Aspen dental in Owasso did very well over all. Had a bad molar that had to come out. Their team was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient! Combine these things with a great deal for cash customers (no dental insurance) i would recommend them to anyone who needs work! Just know the deep cleaning is expensive. Past that they have great prices!

Everyone was very nice and always explained what they were going to do. As a new patient I was able to get an appointment for the same day.

The staff was amazing and sweet! I got in quick and was seen fast. They were very helpful in applying for credit to pay for dentures. Their prices are outrageous.

The Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The office was very clean and well equipped. (reason for the 2 stars)I originally contacted this location to have a cavity filled because the tooth has been giving me trouble. I ended up booking the appt to have all the X-rays and initial overview done because I was told that HAD to be done before they would do anything else.After 2hrs I left there with an estimate of over $5k for a treatment plan and no filling. So my immediate issue was not taken care of nor was there any real attempt to help me with it. I now have a treatment plan (with a cost of over $5k) and a tooth that still gives me problems.I need a Dentist that will take care of my immediate issue and work on a plan for later visits; this is not that place.
