I can only speak of my own experience of course and that began in the early 90s when I joined the Air Force. After moving out to my first duty base in Colorado this Allstate office called me to inform me that they were going to drop my liability insurance coverage in 2 days. Please note that at that point I had never had any accidents or even a traffic citation on my record which was spotless. The reason? I had joined the military. Yep, that was it. So keep in mind the early 90s did not have internet widely available and I had a shift to pull in the daytime so 2 days may as well have been 2 minutes to go and look for a new insurance company in a city I had never lived in before. So I found myself labeled as uninsured motorist and became food for the insurance sharks who charged me 500% the going rate. I had to take a second job working for the Base Exchange (a military bargain store on base) on Lowry AFB for over 6 months until I was allowed to move on to the coveted prior insured status. For 6 months I only got 2 to 4 hours sleep a day and life for me was rough all thanks to this insurance company dropping me for no reason whatsoever and giving me little notice so that I would be marooned in a city that I hardly knew. So if you are considering joining the armed services first let me thank you for your courage and second please consider only patronizing businesses that are friendly to members of the armed services.

My experience with Allstate has been positive that is why I have been with them for a long time. They have helped me get the best rates for circumstance. They patiently answer all my questions I highly recommend.

My office visit was a great experience. We reviewed all my policies, made a few changes and got some questions answered. I was very impressed with the customer service and how individuals worked as a team to help me out. As a side note, there had been a recent tornado that touched down near our home. Thankfully, we incurred no damage. However, I was extremely impressed that I got a phone call from Libby as she checked in on us to make sure all was well. Who does that any more? Our Allstate agent, thats who! Serving us for 25 years and counting.

Weve had some really good insurance companies, but Allstate is the best. We have been with them for 13 years now. The reason is that this office takes care of us like family.

I would rate lower if I could but I cannot. Extremely displeased with this business. If your a Pokémon go player don’t do business or have them as your insurance. Their office in owasso absolutely hates Pokémon go players to the point they will use cameras and take pictures of people on PUbLIC property. Not using any of their business spaces and we are in and out in less then 30mins and they still harass players. Be warned if your a pogo player. This business HaTes the gaming community!
