We were with them for 9 years.We started getting rental properties and Robert acted as if it were a problem for him to go look at the new properties. We decided to switch our vehicles over to another company for cheaper rates, they tried to immediately raise our home owners policies. We decided to completely switch our homeowners too. I called to cancel our policy, a little too early, so I needed it reinstated so wed still have coverage. One if the office people told me they did when they hadnt.So we switched to another state farm rep in Owasso who said they never reinstated the policy so I called again and they were supposed to do it again. Well today my policy holder calls me and says they reinstated your home owners policy, well that was supposed to happen 2 weeks ago and were way past that. I called to ask them to back date it so we wouldnt be double charged and they literally blocked my number. I had to call from my husbands phone. I was never rude to these people and have no reason to be. They suck. End of story. They did this to themselves.

The worst insurance company I have ever used. Very unprofessional, rude, everything is a inconvenience for them. If you have a claim and need assistance they will not help, dont want to pay the claim. I have nothing positive to say about this office. I am in the process of switching to a different company. State Farm is NOT like a friendly neighbor, more like your worst enemy. Everything is fine as long as you dont have a claim, they love taking your money.
