JP has provided the best customer care we have ever had in insurance. We have everything through him, best price, and he is always very prompt with getting back to us. Im constantly changing vehicles it seems like and he is always very quick to get me switched over to the new one and could not be more easy and friendly to deal with. I recommend him to everyone. JP Sharp and his staff are absolutely amazing. I’ve felt at all times that I’m more than a client, and that I am being treated like family would, never judged or rushed. With a lot of the big companies you can sometimes feel that lack of being heard, known, valued, or represented, just another caller in line to a call center into a black void. At all times JP’s office has done back flips to meet me, on my needs, crazy schedule, and modest budget. He and his staff help me feel good about my decisions by being transparent with quotes, coverage, and always contacting me with other opportunities that fit my needs. I always feel confident about what I’m purchasing, I am not belittled for asking a ton of questions, if anything I’m encouraged to. JP has always been upfront, honest, friendly, and helpful, and I’ve never felt sold to. He and his staff, really just are there to help you find what works for you, and even if it’s not with them, there is a no sales pressure, just genuine interest in finding something that works for you.It can’t hurt to give JP a call and see if Allstate is comparable to your current insurance. Whenever I have a friend looking for insurance, it’s the only office I recommend.

I didnt receive the verification papers for my vehicles and wen changing to a different company was charged 10% of yearly cost without having coverage from them.
