I have been with Farmers for years and have had nothing but excellent service from both the staff and agent. Kevin or his staff will get in touch with me at least once a year to come in for a revaluation of my policy to see if he can save us more money. And more times than not, I walk out of the office with a better premium or better coverage at the same price. And I would have never known about it without them contacting me and I schedule a few minutes to go in for my policy options that Farmers implemented or changed during the year. I am very pleased with this agency and how they not only take care of the policies, but also how pleasant each person I come in contact with at this office. I would highly recommend this Farmers agent, Kevin Hendricks, if you are looking for someone to take care of your insurance needs and will go above and beyond to take care of you and answer any questions you have.
