The best service ever didn’t know we could have a yard without mosquitoes

You guys are Amazing!! We havent had a mosquito bite in five years thanks to you. We love playing in the yard bite free. Truly your company is the best of the best!! Thank you so much for keeping my kids safe. Love being bite free!!!

We live in a wet area and would not be able to enjoy the outdoors without Mosquito Joe!

First, the product works. While Mosquito Joe spraying doesnt eliminate all bugs (this is Florida), Mosquito Joe treatments keep the mosquitos to a minimum ( they come from other, untreated, yards), allowing us to enjoy the outdoors. Mosquito Joe of Orlando is a local, family run business. They are just great. Friendly, caring, helpful and efficient. The best business people I have dealt with. They want happy customers. I called for a one-time treatment and became a regular customer.

What a great job. We own Danville bed-and-breakfast in Geneva Florida, specializing as a outdoor wedding venue. This September was a very wet month with standing water in a great deal of our yard area. As our first wedding of the season in late September rapidly approached we were concerned that the insect and mosquito problem would make the event uncomfortable for the guests. We recommended mosquito Joe to our bride. They came out two separate days and to everyones delight there were no mosquito problems. Thank you mosquito Joe for making the venue mosquito free. So I call and order their service.. They tell me they do the 3 times in 3 weeks, charge $79 per visit and you pay at completion of each visit.. I consider it necessary, so I accept.. First appointment date, no one shows.. No call, nothing.. Few days later I call, (Now having a Groupon for a $39 treatment.) They make no apology for why they didnt show, tell me they already discounted me so not accepting the Groupon and states someone will be out the next morning. After some complaint, she states she will see how she can apply the Groupon to a later service and will call me back. (Never hear from her.)Well they did come.. Service guy was quite nice. I was shocked that they seemed to fog my entire yard in less than 10 minutes, but what do I know?Few days later now, I get an invoice for paid in full.. 3 services, even though was told I would be charged following EACH service.. (Even confirmed this on the phone.)To me.. They dropped the ball on my schedule and did not communicate. They offered a Groupon, which they did not honor and did not communicate. They promised PER service billing and did not communicate.Clearly, they lack the ability to communicate. Too many options out there to deal with companies which cannot keep their word or properly communicate.

Mosquitoes are under control even though we have a pond in our back yard. Great company to do business with.
