First time! But so glad I did visit...my tech so nice, helpful, patient while I find my color, and didnt over chat... In about an hour..brand new hands & feet! $30 hands & $20 Will come again, I was very comfortable.

She left me so dirty. The nails are lumpy and uneven. Sad I paid so much and this is what I got left with. Very unprofessional. Would not go back.

Stacy was my nail technician. She is amazing!!! Great with recommendations and making sure I was happy with the service. I have been going to natural nails for years now and will not go anywhere else. Very clean, professional and caring. Advice is to set your next appointment at the time you go. Space fills up fast but they do take walk-ins.

She was drilling my skin5. Not an even application 6. Acrylic too close to cuticles 6. Asked for coffin and charged me a extra $5 and my nails aren’t even the same shape 7. Polish not even on nails. Other then that the staff there was rlly nice. And that’s it. Choose wisely where u get ur nails done, cheaper doesn’t always mean better. NEVER AGAIN. God Bless y’all.

I made an appointment over the phone for a gel manicure and pedicure. Natural nails confirmed with me via text two days prior to my appointment. Upon my arrival I was seated quickly, and services were expertly performed within the time allotted for my appointment. My technician was friendly, and took great care of me. Natural nails is also doing a great job of keeping clients safely distanced, and requiring masks throughout their establishment . I have been coming to natural nails for over five years, and have always had a wonderful experience.

I’ve been coming to this salon for close to 6 years now. I religiously go to Stacey and Sonny. They do amazing work. I’ve never had a pedicure last me so long, I don’t know what Sonny does but he’s incredible. Stacey keeps my nails and eyebrows in line always. It’s clean, they disinfect everything consistently. I usually take for ever to get my fills done. My nails last me almost a good month and a half before I come in. Their work is QUALITY.

I have made it my place to go. I always have Stacey who is an awesome, amazing young woman. They treat you with the utmost respect at the salon. You have a choice of beverages as well as red or white wine. They are quick, honest, very clean and friendly. Sanitizing due to CO VID 19 is fantastic and follow the CDC guidelines. Prices are good. Go visit the salon, you won’t regret it !

Very disappointed with the staffs poor communication, I got my nails done here today and one of the workers asked me if i would like them in gel then I said sure but would it cost more? he didnt respond to me and just started doing my nails.When I checked my bill the price turned out to be $67 dollars but on the poster the price was $35 dollars.Therefore, the miscommunication is very cheap and not pleasing.Also start hiring workers who understand English and know what the customers are taking about. Not recommend at all.

I’ve been getting SNS dip on my nails for over five years and decided to try this place because I was at the mall for my sons practice unfortunately this is the most disappointed I have ever been. One of my nails is extremely shorter than the others, she asked me if I wanted gel, I said no and it looks like she ended up putting it on there anyways. After washing my hands it looks as though the clear coat came off and now my nails look like a shade of dark matte which is nowhere near the color that I had picked out. It crossed my mind numerous times to walk out after she trim my cuticle too short and whenever I put my hand underneath the UV light to dry, it felt like my nail beds were on fire. Worst experience I’ve had at a nail salon- EVER. This isn’t even including the fact it took 2 HOURS!

Every time I walk in, I feel welcomed and satisfied. They have a friendly staff that is very efficient and beautifies the nails so well! In the midst of a pandemic, I also felt safe when walking in, as they offer hand sanitizer and the mandate to wear masks. There are clean and clear blockers between you and the nail tech when doing nails, so as not to spread anything. I highly recommend Natural Nails.

This is the only place I go for my nails and lashes. I am very particular and they are too. They dont do a sloppy rush like other places and they have quality products; Ive had polish and gel last for over a month without chipping! They also have the products and knowledge for the latest nail trends. I have been coming here for 3 1/2 years and I am yet to find anywhere else comparable. I recommend it to all my friends.This are from my last 2 visits and the are not acrylic! My nails are healthy, strong, and I have received a ton of compliments on them!

Worst ever service. I don’t know if they just cannot understand english or if there is something more sinister at play but when my wife ordered a normal maincure they upcharged us for the more premium service and tried to hide it from us.

I have never been one to keep going to the same nail salon. I never felt I had anything so fabulous that made me one to come back let alone request the same nail tech. I have been going to Natural Nails for over 2 years and they have been the best I have ever been too. I have random people stop me all the time and ask about my nails, I always have something fabulous going on with them. Each time I get them done I think this is my favorite and then Stacey tops it the next time. Jennifer is one of my other favorites for my nails. Lily is my favorite for pedicures and my husband favorite girls are Lily and Linda, he says they give the best leg and feet massage, plus he can add on and get a back massage too. You know he loves the place when hes asking on the weekend can we go get a pedicure! He even goes without me.I also take advantage of the spa treatments they offer, eyebrows waxed, lash and eyebrow tint, lash lift and microblading and more.I highly recommend Natural Nails to everyone!

This is my only nail place. Ive had my nails done by mostly everyone and can vouch for each one. They stay on top of their field. They have a modern appeal. Very timely manner yet not rushed out. Ive been going for years. They offer you something to drink and know how to pamper

My nails look awful. Very disappointing.. Today Im taking engagement pictures and the nail polish on my nails have air bubbles and bits of what looks like sand on them.... wasted $16. Gonna take them off when I get home... huh.

Have been coming here for years. I just had a dip manicure with Jade a week ago and it started peeling that evening. The dip cracked in 4 of my nails in the next 2 days. Not sure if it is cheap products they are using but I will not be back.I will say that management reached out and they were able to determine what the problem was. My new manicure looks great one week later...thanks again!

First off, the workers should be employed only if they can communicate with the customers because Im a foreigner as well but I can speak and understand perfectly but they cant which makes it very frustrating. second, they messed up my nails and took way too long to fix it and I still walked out with them being messy. my fingers are also in pain because theyre not doing it right. additional to that, the prices are also very high. theres no communication between the employees and they all give different prices as if theyre not one company.

Went in for a powder dip and the technician was preoccupied watching tv instead of paying attention to my nails, and cut my cuticles far back enough that my hands were bleeding. Then, he put nail polish remover on my nails and in those cuts, causing EXTREMELY painful chemical burns. When confronted, the staff was combative. Would not recommend.

Great first time! Very clean and detail oriented. The girl that did my gel nails was very sweet and made sure my end result was perfect.

I had an afternoon appt. for lashes on Thursday. After I arrived, I was told they didnt have any lashes and wouldnt have any until the next day. I told them I had to travel Friday afternoon and asked what time they could take me. They gave me a 10 a.m. appt. with Tammy. When I arrived, Tammy was not there. First I was told that she was on her way and would be there in a few minutes. After detailing the issues I had experienced the previous day and that I had taken off yet again to get my lashes, I was told Tammy was in traffic. She lives in Oviedo, so how much traffic could there be??? After even more time passes, Stacey, my usual esthetician, offers to squeeze me if I can wait another 25 or 30 minutes. As grateful as I am that she can take me, Im frustrated at the wait time and I say so. I tell them if Stacey is going to be here and is on her way, then she should arrive in less than 25 minutes. Now they say Stacey has a flat tire. In the end, Stacey moved lightning fast and finished her client, then got my lashes done. As usual, she did a great job and she remained poised and professional. As for the 2 men at the front desk, poor communication completely wasted my time two days in a row. Be aware of your inventory PRIOR to scheduling appointments. In a classy move, Stacey gave me a discount for all of my experiences over the last 2 days (not all detailed here). I appreciate Stacey, but Im very disappointed in the front desk staff. I am not an unreasonable person and I understand that situations come up. Instead of lying to me twice, I should have been told about the flat tire and given the option of going elsewhere should Natural Nail not be able to accommodate my time constraints.

I just walked out and I kept telling my nail tech Tammy to straighten out the nails. It’s so dark in there that I didn’t see how uneven my nails were until I walked out. Money wasted. Not coming back.

My mom, daughter and I decided to do a spa day at the mall spontaneously because our husbands were watching the games. We went specifically for the jelly pedicures that we’d had in the past and we were told sure no problem and to sit down. We asked to be sat together since we don’t get to see each other often and again we were told okay. 3 ladies sat down to start and not even 5mins later the woman doing my mom got up and left and a guy sat down that smelled SO BAD of smoke we asked for they lady to come back and they said no she had an appointment, then why sit down and start her al all?!?! Waited another 10mins for another girl and meanwhile my daughter and I are almost done but we noticed they weren’t doing the jelly pedicure we asked for, when I spoke up they said “oh we don’t have that anymore!” WHAT? We specifically asked and went there for that!! Then they started adding on services to wait for my mom and CHARGED US FOR SERVICESWE DIDNT ASK FOR OR KNOW WE WERE GETTING! My daughter and I finished way before my mom and were then sat at different ends of the salon after asking multiple times to stay together! I finally decided to say something to the owner and Somehow I was yelled at! I thought for all the inconveniences they’d give us a discount but nope! Please save your money and go somewhere else because they aren’t worth a dollar here!

No chemical smell which is why I gave two stars instead of one. Nail tech cut me TWICE when doing my cuticles and the nail buffing. Gel polish was not evenly applied so my nails look worse than when I do them myself at home. I wont be going back. 😢

Horrible service. The technician sat me in the back for 10 minuteswaiting to be serviced while he laughed with coworkers, talked with other customers and even worked on other customers who came after me.

Horrible experience, I went for a gel manicure and the lady by the name Jenniffer did a horrible job. She had a couple people waiting and the service she provide was absolutely unacceptable!!! She charged me almost $40.00 for just a gel manicure, I dont recommend this place!
