I love Elegant Nails so much. They remember us every time we come in. They give you advice and are very clear about what they are doing, they dont try and trick you like other places. They do a beautiful job on my daughters nails every time and do an excellent job on my feet.

Everyone was very nice and treated me well. But my nails were chipped (3 of them) by the next day. Its only gotten worse since I went back to work, unfortunately.

This place is CLEAN! Very sanitary and the staff is super nice. My husband and I both had Pedicures and I also got a gel manicure. Massage chairs are brand new and they wipe everything down after each client. Implements are never shared between clients either. I will be a regular client for sure. Edward does great massage!

I love this salon! All of the nail techs pay such close attention to detail and truly take their time (I never ever feel rushed and that is very important to me). Theyre also very friendly and great to chat with! I always feel relaxed and like a pampered princess when I go to Elegant Nails Oviedo. I a manicure and pedicure. My pedicure was phenomenal. I will definitely be back for many more. They were very nice, and polite.

Everyone was very nice and prompt but I paid 35$ for an upgraded pedicure specifically for the extra massage time and I did not get a massage on my feet or legs. She just rubbed the lotion in for 10 minutes. Most importantly though, its been less than a week and the polish has already started to chip. Highly disappointed.

First time there and very happy with the service. Ana the owner is very friendly and really good at doing nails. The guy that did my pedicure was friendly and the massages on mylegs were awesome.10/5/2019....went for the 2nd time. This time took my son and it was a great experience again. Just went there today for the first time and I will definitely be back. Ana, Tony, and Loy were very nice and pleasant. Loy did my nails and he was terrific! I usually get gel but they convinced me to get dip powder. The last time I had dip powder I didn’t like it. They assured me I would be happy. I’m glad I listened because Loy did a great job! They are open on Sunday’s which is helpful for people like me who have a hard time going during the week. The place was nice and clean. They are new owners and have been there about 5 months. Give them a try. They also offer student discounts. And a point system to earn $5 off.

This place is under a second new management since a little over a month ago. They were very personable and kind. They were so patient with me in making sure I was satisfied with the outcome of my nails. They also offer 10% discount for students with your student ID and they have a rewards system that helps you earn points to eventually get some money off. They’re doing a good job. I had before today been going to a local salon off Red Bud for about 4 years or so mostly but would also every so often try other places in the area but the results were not consistent and they could never get my nails shaped right so it inspired me to look elsewhere. I spent quite some time searching various reviews on nail salons in the area and decided to give this place a try. I noticed it was just around closing time when I decided but conveniently I was able to make an online appointment for the following morning very easily without issues. I walked into the charming quaint nail salon for my appointment with Anna and she did a fantastic job! She was pleasant to speak with, shaped my nails beautifully, and she did a pretty good job with my SNS polish as well. She was genuinely beautiful inside and out. I do feel she took the time to do my nails well but also got me out of there in an efficient time. I really don’t have complaints and definitely plan on returning to her again! There are nail salons it seems around every corner almost and nowhere is perfect but it can be quite a challenge to find somewhere worth spending your hard earned money on lol my nails are something I do for myself to make me feel good and it is awesome to have a place really take care of you and treat you well. Don’t hesitate to give this place a try!

Looking at previous reviews, there is a new owner. But there might be confusion with that as there is a brand new one that took over only 3 weeks ago. Her name is Anna. Do not go by a few bad reviews as those were about another owner. Lots of changes for the better since shes taken over. They do great work, offer a reward program and the minute you walk in you feel special. Ive recommended several people to come here as its been so wonderful the last few times Ive come since she took over. If youre looking for a relaxing and friendly environment during your manicure or pedicure definitely consider coming here!

Excellent service! The communication and the suggestions that were made for me were absolutely correct and outstanding. I had gel nails and a pedicure that were nothing short of perfect. They now have a rewards program so every time you come in you get points that add up to discounts on future services. If you save up your points they can add up to free services!! WOW! When I first arrived they couldn’t take me in because they were busy but the told me a time I can go back which was fine with me I didn’t set an appointment so I’m good when I got back had to wait for a little bit but once I got my nails done was worth the wait I didn’t think it was going to come as nice as they did they were really nice they offered me something to drink he was patient with me because I wouldn’t make up my mi mind what I wanted to do on my nails over all they did a good job will definitely go again but I will set appointment first

I followed Kim Phan to Elegant Nails. It is a wonderful place! Kim is my favorite but I was taken care of by Anna and Tony and would go to them again in a heart beat. Kim always takes her time getting my nails right, and does a great pedicure. Ive only used Anna and Tony for pedicures but they both do a wonderful job. You cant go wrong with this placr!

Nancy did an excellent job! What I like about this salon is that you can really get just about anyone and they do a good job. They was very busy the day before Mothers Day. The hot deep gel color options are plentiful. The owner did a excellent job! Cant wait to return.

This place was horrible. The only thing I liked about it was the color my nails came out to be but then again that only lasted like 3 days with GEL. But thats not even the beginning of how bad it was. We walk in sit down and it is so awkwardly quite and then comes on the LULLABYS ? Weird! But disregarding that. The woman who was working on my nails did not ask me anything besides what color. Didnt shorted them at all. Besides a couple. (Yeah I have lopsided nails) and then after a bit my fingers start burning like theres bleach under my nails and she informs me its a type of acid they use which I understand but to go on and laugh about how its burning me is quite unprofessional in my opinion I would never laugh at my clients pain. Such disrespect.. so me and my friend left after getting our nails done which hers had to be corrected multiple times. Yet she showed a photo that looks just like one they posted and claim to be able to do yet it looked awful. Nonetheless we left figuring I couldve been worse but sitting here with it being a week 1/2 later our gel is chipping and MULTIPLE of my nail tips have snapped of like dollar store glue on nails.... If I could take away the one star i would.( Ive had some bad nail salon visits but this is by far the worse right ahead of getting my acrylics pried off my fingers with a nail tips till my nail bed split open. ) Never returning. If it werent so distant from me I wouldve gone back to get my money back.

I went here on a sunday just before they were about to close and Anna my nail tech was extremely friendly in welcoming me in. She took her time making sure i was 100% happy with my pedicure and full set. I didnt feel rushed even though it was so last minute. & my nails came out beautifully! As a busy mother of 2 who hardly has time to spoil myself. it was the best feeling in the world to have someone take care of me for a change. So thank you Anna! All in all, the new management is amazing and i absolutely love the customer service here. Ill definitely be back for more services in the near future.

I went there the other day, couple things.1.they had a costumer come in and start yelling due to the fact that the owner had ruined her nails, she had burns along finger and the owner did nothing but ignore her.2.the guy who saw me, took my original set off without soaking them and with a fake nail proceeded to pop them off which caused more damage to my nail beds than needed.3.the guy who saw me didn’t even put my new set on, I was bounced around to another person who I believe was the owner, she kept getting up, focused on her phone, talking to her coworkers, I was NOT a priority.4.they did not seem sterile, passing equipment around from co worker to co worker, the brushes did not seem to be cleaned after every use either which is what is supposed to happen.As for the quality of my nails, they aren’t the worse I’ve gotten. The costumer service was poor, the way she handle the women who was almost in tears was terrible, the fact that I wasn’t a priority, they weren’t paying close attention, she did end up hurting me some but I did say something, she did apologize but her mind was else where. I do not recommend this place AT ALL. The whole experience was not worth the price.

This place is the best hidden gem! I am so picky with my nail salons and have been with one for a few years. However after new management, and some subtle changes I thought I would start the search again. Lo and behold! This place does and incredible ombré nail (never did that before), so friendly and accommodating and i genuinely felt relaxed and comfortable. I also treated myself to their deluxe pedicure. Great hands! Great massage! Great people. Great! Im happy. Bonus? I treated my hubby to his first pedicure and he didnt mind it after all!!
