Was exceptionally pleased with the manicure service I received at the Red Carpet Salon today! The personnel were all very pleasant and the manicurist was amazing. She was very detail oriented and talented at what she does. I left the salon feeling both pampered and pleased with my manicure. I would definitely recommend this salon/spa to anyone who asks! Entering the Marilyn Monroe spa was a magnificent experience, having beautiful, humble and loving people greet me and are more then welcome to assist was a pleasure. Seeing of course the glorified Marilyn Monroe throughout the whole salon and spa was a welcoming fashion of professions. Coffee/wine/lovely snacks(ex.mini muffins) are offered for all who come. The employees truly make a difference in how things operate. Work flow seemed calm as well as organized. Everyone around had a smile of the sun. Go here. Have no fear. Marilyn Monroe spa is here!!

Just moving to the area, I was hesitant to change to a new stylist, however, Red Carpet salon is awesome! Lisa, the owner, was very knowledgeable and gave me a tour of her beautiful salon. Julie was a very professional stylist and knows her craft well. She gave me ideas when I didn’t know what I wanted. Very patient and friendly. Will definitely be back. You should give this place a try. You won’t be sorry.

Oviedo’s best kept secret! This is a beautiful and modern salon and spa. Each time I’ve come for my nails, I’m warmly greeted at the front counter. My nails turn out stunning each time. Not only do I appreciate how open and clean the facility is, but I also think their customer service is top notch. Even though there are nail and hair salons on every corner, I will pass 10 just to go here.

I usually like to try a place a couple times before reviewing but I was too impressed with Marilyn Monroe Salon! They got me in right away and man are they friendly! I felt super welcome as soon as I walked in. Julie listened to everything I asked for and looked at the pictures I brought. I haven’t been this happy with how my hair turned out in a long time. Got full highlight and long layers cut. This is definitely the place to go in Oviedo!!

Very pretty and well thought out space - a lot of pictures of Marilyn and little facts/quotes about her along the walls. A big plus is that it wasnt a loud and or cluttered space. I got an express pedicure for $30 and the woman doing the pedicure seemed a little inexperienced but she was very friendly and made my visit pleasant. The pedicure is very minimal and not worth the $30. My feet were actually more rough after the pedicure. I could have got a better pedicure for that price somewhere else. Great concept but I want more value for my money.

Its a beautiful salon. I booked for a Wash & Blowout and Makeup. The blowout was ok, but my makeup was AWFUL. Completely NOT what I expected or wanted. When I got home my boyfriend said I looked HORRENDOUS. I looked like a 5am streetwalker! I had to wash it all off and redo it myself. Definitely a waste of my money.

The place setup was excellent, staff were very friendly and smiling all the time.I picked up hair blow dry (with long wave) services. There were no hair spray and eventually the hair blow-dry with spiral goes away in less than an hour.I also picked up make up services. The makeup artist offered me 2 base colors of foundation that didnt fit me. They didnt have more choices. I asked primer instead, and they didnt have it, they used DD cream instead. My artist had no idea about contouring, highlighting to sharpen face or blend eye shadow. The eyeliner was horrible. I had to wash and re-do my eyes again at home. The eye linear had no edges on the sides of the eyes, but a thick lump of black pencil. I asked about liquid eye-linear to sharpen edges, but liquid linear was not available.I literally wasted my 90 bucks.I was so disappointed about the makeup and hair services, that their gentle attitude didnt mean much for me.If they understand that they dont have some specific experience, they should definitely let people know that they are incapable of that.

We had an amazing time last night for our Suits, Stilettos and Lipstick Infprmational-Networking. Mark and all the staff pampered us and made us feel special. The spa is beautifully decorated and made you feel like a celebrity from the moment you walk the red carpet to enter the building. I absolutely love it!!!

Everything about my experience except for the friendly receptionist was awful. My hair was not even close to the color that I wanted, my cut was OK but the blow dry was ridiculous, might as well let it air dry. I had the the worst pedicure of my life, they dont use a scrub, or any kind of lotion, nothing in the water, they dont remove the dead skin from your feet because they dont use the proper tools, the gel machine kept falling off of the pedicure chair when she was balancing it on my feet, no massage. I could have gone to my regular mail salon and received 10x the service for half the price and my manicure was done standing up at the pedicure chair after my pedicure. We could have easily sat at the station and done the manicure but it was done standing up in the pedicure chair. Definitely far from the spa it claims to be. Ill never go back thats for sure.

Everyone is wonderful and did a great job on my up do and makeup for a formal event I was prepping for. You can tell when people are vested and take pride in their work and talent so I will be going back :)

The staff seemed distracted by something that had gone wrong in the back with one of the wax pots. My daughter was taken back and they asked if I wanted to accompany het, which I did. The person who did her eyebrow wax was nice, but she didnt do a good job and her brows were uneven so she had to go back and wax her right eyebrow again. Today, she has scabs below her eyebrow and she is experiencing burning. We will never be back. They should know better as professionals.

I go here all the time for my massages and when I ask for some elbow grease to the shoulders, they deliver flawlessly. I have yet to be disappointed by this place! Good stuff.

Terrible customer service. We had a group party appointment and one of our girls was left on the couch for an hour and a half with no services or explanation. She was ignored as if she didnt exist. Two of the other girls services were cut short and not the time frames requested. Those two girl were also put in the same room for a massage and facial without even asking if it was ok knowing one had to remove her clothing. Talk about akward. We confirmed the party set up a total of 3 times with Lisa to make sure everything was set up to go correctly. Not only was Lisa not there on the day of service like she said she would be but she has yet to return a single phone call. I was blown away by her lack of professionalism. I did receive a massage that day from Ebony and she was absolutely amazing and professional. The front desk and Lisa should follow her example and it wld be a better spa. Definitely wouldnt recomend this spa to anyone based off of its management. Not sure how you screw up an entire group party and dont bother to even call to apologize but I guess that just how she chooses to run her business.

Vianey is excellent. I love how I show her intagram nail designs, and she is on point every time. I have come to her a few months, never disappointed.

I am a shy person but Pilar, the nail tech, made me feel so at home that we spent the whole time chatting like old friends. The service was impecable, the place is super clean and the whole staff is friendly. When I arrived my tech was finishing her previous appointment, another tech saw I already had gel so she started the removal process so my nail would be ready when Pilar was done. I would never go anywhere else!

I came here today by accident and I’m glad I did. Dropped my car off at the shop across the street and walked over to kill time by getting my nails done. I didn’t call ahead nor did I have an appointment. The owner (Lisa) was very friendly and offered me a hot cup of coffee while I waited for the nail tech to arrive. Heena was the nail tech and she arrived a few minutes earlier than expected and started my service right away. I decided to do SNS powder and Heena did an excellent job! She has impeccable attention to detail (which I love and greatly appreciate) and answered all of my questions regarding SNS. This salon exceeded my expectations and I look forward to coming back for my fills. They (Lisa and Heena) both guaranteed her work and offered that I come back if anything is wrong with my nails. I’m confident my nails will last until their next fill but it’s nice to know I can swing by if need be.

The place was nice inside and so was the front desk staff except for the fact that they forgot to book our appt but they did comp my daughters services because we had to come back a hour later. Once in the salon my daughter and I both had pedicures which was more like a foot bath. They did not even scrub our feet good and they left dirt under our toenails, paint job was not great leaving excess paint on my toes. When I asked if they did nail designs they said no they were not good at that, I thought to myself how are you even working in a high class salon then. The lady that did my pedicure seemed to have a attitude problem, It seemed like we were treated differently then the regulars that were getting offered wine. All and all it wasnt a great experience. I like a more invasive pedicure and this isnt the place for it.

I went for hair cut and color, Mani and pedi, .my cut I like and my color. Turned out pretty good but my Mani and pedi not so good I did gel in my nails and they all came of by the third day spend over 200.00 and was not satisfied, my daughter came with me and got an awfull experience she spend over 280.00 and didnt get the color she wanted on her hair and the lady that did her nails was horrendous, she did her Mani in the pedi chair and didnt even put lotion on her feet my daughter was horrified. To expensive for the service the give, the place is beautiful but they need to get professionals in their for that price, I rather not have a mimosa and have a goid quality exoerience.
