I loved this place! this was only my second time going to a nail salon but it was by far the best ive ever had. very affordable and the staff was super nice. definitely recommend for anyone whos nervous about going to nail salon s for their first or second time!

Excellent pedicure service for me and my dad. The store is very clean and the staff is very professional and nice. During this pandemic time it’s nice to see stores take cleanliness serious and they do an excellent job. They have dividers between all the nail polish stations and the foot bath pedicure stations have pull out curtain dividers to give you and your family or friends privacy from neighbors. Overall I would give this place ten stars if I could. The owner frank is great guy and made the whole experience excellent

Wow! This was my best experience at a nail salon so far... really. The entire experience was perfect. The woman who did my nails really took her time and put in all of her energy into making my nails beautiful and healthy. You could tell she really cared about what she was doing. She helped me carry my things, she didn’t rush me even though I came in a little close to her closing. She was so welcoming. I felt very comfortable and relaxed. The massage chairs here are very nice too! She made sure she was keeping everything clean. The young girl working earlier with her was also very sweet and friendly with her customer. She was great! Thank you deep nails spa, I needed a day of pampering!

Great place! They really care for you as their customer, they will do what you want and make you feel welcomed. The only complaint i have is that my nail fell of a week after but I knew that if i had gone into their salon, they would have helped me right away. I just didn’t due to the virus spreading around and how i think its best to keep my nails natural to prevent any germs from spreading.

Very clean and plexi glass was installed for sanitation purposes! Everyone is so nice and welcoming! 10/10 recommend for mani’s & pedi’s !!

Tonight was my first time having a service at Deep Nails Spa ... and I was Soooooo Pleased! This Family Owned business (Tracy and Frank) are very warm and welcoming. The salon has several comfortable massaging chairs for the pedicures and also has a large selection of colors. Franks Reflexology treatment (with an outstanding pedicure) was an unexpected and wonderful experience. I am so glad that I visited them this evening. Im happy to write a positive review!

State group place to visit everything is very clean and sanitize the owners are very sweet and they managed their jobs very well it is family owned they offered Not Just Nails and Spa they also offer several messages acupuncture how much Ive taken advantage of and my body feels a lot better very healing hands from mr. Frank and his daughter Joanne thank you very much for such a great place I highly recommended.

The lady was very thorough in doing the french gel manicure. Very friendly and professional. Definitely recommend and will go again!

Yuki did an incredible job on my nails. Its my new favorite nail salon. Family owned. They were so personable and spent there time making sure my nails were perfect. They also specialize in reflexology. My mom has arthritis in her hands and when Frank was doing her manicure he basically cured her hands. I highly reccomend them. They are great!

Weve had a fantastic experience, by chance of my salon being closed and they were open on Memorial Day we went in and was I in for a surprise. When we go to St. Augustine there is a special reflexology place we would go for some massages and when I saw they do that there I was like well wow lets try them out. I wish I can go as often but of course with economy today and having to make wise choices to your budget. But overall am looking forward to visit soon again for pedicure and massage its not your average massages at a spa its a health type massage with acknowledge to help heal some common health issues naturally. Not that you should keep from your medical professional but some natural ways of healing in my believes will keep us around a bit longer than having a medication that will always have us refilling and keep us ill and partial healed.

Staff is amazing and the color selection is great. Tracy, the owner, is one of the best and will instantly make you feel like family. I have been going here for over two years because their work is great and they have some of the best customer service Ive seen in a while.

So disappointed. I have been a regular customer visiting every 2 weeks for at least 2 years. I even bring my teenage daughter and that all changed today. I called two days ago and spoke with Frank and specifically stated a few times that I only wanted an appointment (another joke) with his wife for a full set with acrylic. my appointment was scheduled for 11AM today. I arrive at 11 and the doors are locked and no one is there to open the shop. Once they opened, I was told someone else would do my nails. Absolutely unacceptable. We had an appointment and I was told I would have who I specifically requested. I shared my concern and no offer to correct. I left and called to share my concerns and received a comment on why I was put with someone else. Unfortunately for them, I wont be back EVER! Fortunately for me, good nail salons are all over Oviedo. To the owners... please revisit how this is handled for your business and other customers. Very unfortunate.

I will absolutely never come to this place again. I tried to go as soon as they opened on two different Sundays, and both days they were late to open (15 minutes and 30 minutes). I just went there again, trying to give them another chance because theyre conveniently located for me, however, it was probably one of the worse experiences Ive had. A regular pedicure is $22 and I asked for gel polish. At the end, they told me the pedicure was $45. I asked why the price had jumped $23 and the lady said it was because I got gel polish. I said that didnt make sense, a bottle of gel polish doesnt even cost $23. She said it was because they use the machine. I asked her to show me where on their prices it said $23 to add gel polish and she couldnt. I also got a full set, which was $45. So for a full set with gel polish, it was the same price as a pedicure with gel polish but no tips or powder. On top of it, the full set is completely uneven and she left an excessive amount of stuff under my nails, even after I asked her to clean it all out. On top of it all, the lady squirted the glue all over one of my fingers, and instead of cleaning it off quickly she tried to transfer the glue from that finger to the other nails, which just made a mess. Also, after already being there for 2 hours, the lady doing my nails stopped to go wax some girls eyebrows who had literally just walked in the store. When the lady rang it up, she changed $87 instead of $90 but I will never ever go back here.

The services were great. The owners are very nice, professional and offer impeccable customer service. They welcomed 3 clients seeking nail services who walked in 40-minutes before they were scheduled to close. The mani pedi chairs were occupied with clients being serviced at that time. They could have, and many salons would have, said they didn’t have enough time before closing that night to help us, but they didn’t!

Very nice workers, but poorly done nails. My acrylics were filed very crooked and lopsided, got paint on my cuticles, and did not shape the nail well at all. Don’t recommend going here.

I had several treatments with Frank and I am extremely pleased with the results. He has accomplished what for more than 15 years many chiroprators and doctors have not been able to do and that is to have me Pain Free. I highly recommend him for all your aches and pain. You wont be disappointed.

Definitely my GoTo spot. I came in with my old acrylics that are a month old. Kept up well this whole time. The lovely staff here is so attentive to detail and they understand that removal of acrylics can be painful if done incorrectly. They soaked them off and during the wait they make sure you dont feel alienated as they assist other customers.This place is definitely busy on the weekends, but I dont mind the little extra time it takes because they make sure whatever you want is done right the first time. I got to witness how great Peter is with kids as he was doing one little girls nails so she would make a hit with her classmates when she came back from her spring break.Today Im letting my nails breathe before adding on a new color. But I cant resist the lovely designs Tracy does, so I talked myself into getting a long overdue pedicure just so I can get penguins on my toes!They do eyebrows here too, so Im making sure Im leaving here very shapely today!

Performs the most important massage points for the current condition of the body.Effective every time.

I usually get a middle layer of glitter on my nails, because it makes the manicure last ~3 weeks. When done by a professional, you cannot tell there is glitter. The man who did my nails seemed offended by this, saying that they only do 2 coats. I could tell he would be trouble so I told him he could do the base as the glitter layer. He then proceeded to do a messy job on my nails, only leaving one looking good. He didn’t push down the cuticles uniformly, and there was paint on my skin. I left to get them redone at Lee Spa Nails on university. He was also quite rough in the manner he touched me and filed my nails, often hitting skin. Not sure if the ladies are better, becaus I did see one other unsatisfied client leave after complaining that they hadn’t done a good job.

The reflexology treatment was great. My swollen ankle felt better right away. I would recommend it for sure.

I usually go to Deep Nails for an eyebrow waxing, but this time I went there was a different lady and i was skeptical but i trusted the place and I my eyebrows are very precious to me but now they are half gone. The oldLady took away half of my eyebrows and now i have confidence issues and have to fill in where she unevenly took them away. NEVER get your eyebrows done here.

Deep Nails Spa is the place to go to get your perfect manicure and pedicure, everything is sanitized and clean. People there are very friendly and the service is wonderful, with the people there always making sure that you are very satisfied with the results. Besides doing nails and eyebrows, Deep Nails Spa does a type of deep tissue massage called Nui Na ( also known as Tui Na) which causes the body to release the pain that it has had and to let the chi flow in a way that makes the body healthier. I had been in a car accident before in 2014 and I have gone to may doctors and chiropractors over the years to help me relieve the pain and help my body be healthy, but I can sincerely say that until I started doing the Nui Na massage at Deep Nails Spa I have never felt healthier and pain-free as I do today.
