From the 1st time I walked into this wonderful location I was treated well! Austin took my battered hands and made the gorgeous 😍 again! Place is big spacious and apparently has lots more to offer.... Gained a loyal customer! 3rd time going love ❤ love love them!

Best place to get a manicure, pedicure or massage. Always friendly, always so clean and always looks like a brand new Nail place. I have gone there since about Oct. 2018 once a month. Consistently happy. Dont listen to the one bad review as I think that is from one of their competitors.

As you can see the hombre nails arent done correctly, especially since I asked for pink and red French, and the waxer got wax in my hair. This is the first time getting my nails done here and it is definitely the last. The only reason I gave them 2 stars is because my nail tech was friendly

I have been going to Sparenity for almost 2 years and would never go anywhere else! Their customer service is always top notch and consistent....you feel like part of the family! Their staff is incredibly talented, with consistent work done every time I go. I usually cant decide on a color, so my regular nail tech, Alyssa, usually does it for me and always does an amazing job! Every time someone walks in, no matter how busy they are, they greet them with a friendly smile and a hello, how can i help you? They are usually pretty busy, as one would expect of a top notch salon as this one, but I have never witnessed them not greet someone who walks through the door, even if they cannot accommodate their request. I witnessed a lady and her boyfriend/significant other come in tonight, after 7pm (they typically take their last appointment at 7p). Every technician remaining was with clients, so she was advised she couldnt be seen tonight. I heard her tell them that she had been trying to call and the phone was busy (not surprising if it was, since they are so very busy all the time), but Mia, the sweet front desk girl, provided her a business card to ensure she had the accurate phone number and advised her that their phones had been working all day. The girl called the number from her phone and when it worked, she claimed they were not telling the truth, but the phones were not actually working all day. Apparently, she didnt like the fact that they wouldnt start a 1+ hour appointment for her at closing time, and ran home to write a poor review for a service that she never received. There were at least 3 other clients in the salon that witnessed her behavior and were appalled at this girls behavior. Either way, I love it here and I will continue to come back again and again! I mean, can you blame me?

Its a shame im having to post here my bad experience. Ive been to Spareneity multiple times. I cant say its been the best manicures/pedicures ever but itll do. The salon is beautiful ill give them that. However I went in the Thursday before last to get a manicure and pedicure. I explained to the guy that I wanted a acrylic and asked what he thought would be better regular nail polish or gel. He insisted on gel. So naturally i took his advice considering hes supposed to be a professional. To say my nails looked terrible at the end would have been an understatement. I dont know how I even left with out saying a word. My nails were lumpy, uneven, and the polish was running to my nail beds. The next day i woke up and looked at them and they depressed me so much because I spent $75 +. That I had no choice but to call back. The owner Austin did kindly ask me to come back so they could fix it. However when I got there the same person that did my nails, was going to fix it. Which was a bit awkward but oh well. I informed him that I did think the problem was the gel. Gel is very thick and its adding on to the acrylic. Despite asking to do regular polish, my requests were ignored and he insisted on gel so much as telling his boss (Austin) and his boss said we do gel here everyday, the polish is not the problem.. So I let him redo my nails I requested less coats. Although they looked better than the first time. It was still a poor job. 5 days later my nails looked like it had been done for 2 weeks already. I had to call another salon explain to them what happened, because I was terrified someone would do the same again. This salon is pretty, but perhaps its wise to start checking your technicians work from now on. Also the problem WAS the gel. Changed the method and boom my nails look amazing.The 1st and 2nd photo are the first time i did it. I have no words.3rd photo when they fixed it. Looks much better but compared to the last 3 photos when i went somewhere else. Just wow. Could have just been a bad day. But as someone that spent $75+ and tip. Its not fair that I had to go and spend another $35 elsewhere to fix this mess.

The salon is filled with wonderful and eager to please staff as well as great nail technicians. I have never walked out unsatisfied.

I almost NEVER leave negative reviews, but unfortunately for the price I paid and the quality I received, I think this is warranted. I read great reviews about Sparenity, so decided to try it out. The staff were all very helpful and kind and the facility was clean. Unfortunately my nail job didnt line up with my expectations. I decided to go with the nail dip with some accented gemstones. The nail technician placed the gemstones unevenly on both hands (the left thumb has 6 gemstones, while the right one has 8...also different sizes/colors and not symmetrical at all). The same happened with the ring finger gemstones...they arent symmetrical and consist of different colors/shapes of plastic gems. The polish also began to chip and flake after a day, and the gemstones started falling off after 2 days. The photo attached is around a week old. Most of the gems have come off, and much of the top matte coat is flaking off, revealing a shiny undercoat. Paying almost $100 for these nails, I will most likely not return. It seems like many people had a great experience, unfortunately mine was not!

Ann was excellent and did a great job! She was very precise and made sure everything was perfect :) I will definitely be coming back to see her again!

Shout out to Seanye and Johnny they did my manicure and pedicure for my daughters graduation. I dont usually do black but she talked me into. You should stop by if you want a great manicure and pedicure. Theyll give you the royal treatment.

I was charged $57 for the most god awful acrylics i’ve ever received in my life. I will never be returning to this establishment. Totally unprofessional and just unacceptable service.

Went to get a mani/pedi and the guy tried to cut corners by not filing down some residual acrylic I had from before. He only removed it because I told him it looked bad to just paint over it. I felt he didnt care to be doing the job for me because he only did one coat of polish which chipped the same day. My 3 year old niece could have done a better job for free. I remember now why I stopped going here.

AMAZING AS ALWAYS. The quality is always on point. It is a little pricey, but it well worth it. My bestfriend travels fr ok m 1.5 hours a way to come into to town and get her nails done here. Service is great. It is very clean. Everything is just perfect.

Just came here for the first time was referred by friends. It was very nice, I got for the first time the dip and it turned out very nice.My daughter got her nails painted too. We were both very pleased.Service was fast I had an appointment and got seated pretty quick I think even before my time.My own nails are a good length and most times I get them done professionally they break.So I was very excited to see how my own nails came out.I will be back, if my nails dont break. Lol

I have been going to SpaRenity for 2 years now. Happy 2 year Anniversary Mona!It is by far the best salon I have ever been to and I will never go anywhere else. I moved to the complete opposite side of town and still drive an hour to get there.People CONSTANTLY ask where I get my nails done and ask the location and nail tech so they can go as well.Every time I bring a friend with me they are thrilled as well.The place is spotless and Miss Mona does anything and everything I show her pictures of.I HIGHLY recommend going to this salon :)

I followed my nail technician, Bebe, to this new location. Its more of a bit of a drive for me from where she used to be, but shes worth following!! The salon itself is absolutely beautiful and so relaxing! The owners, Mona and Austin, are wonderful, as is the rest of the staff! Give Sparenity Nail Lounge a try - I guarantee you will want to pamper yourself here regularly! Arent you worth it??

Minh and Eric are both great. They did an amazing job on our nails. Sparenity is arguably the best salon in Oviedo. The service is top notch, the technicians are skilled, and my nails look amazing. The atmosphere is relaxing and I have never felt rushed there. Just be sure to make an appointment because they are so busy.

Very Clean Spa. Wonderful products and extensive color options for manicures & pedicures. They do dip, gel and standard polish finishes.Aylissa does the best classic french dip I have ever had done. Have a complimentary glass of wine here and enjoy the pampering and the beautiful nails.

Went back to fix a broken tip, pretty sure i chose the same exact color. After fixing the tip, the color of the nail was different from the rest of the nails. The Lady could see the difference and all workers around her also saw the difference! Even another customer felt it. But then they told me just give it couple day and it will turn from the pink shade to the white shade which i had on the rest of the nails! Left very unhappy and not satisfied. Not a good experience.

Someone treated me last year for my birthday staff was rude and rushed us to pick colors. I got a pedicure and my last pedicure before that was over 4 years ago when I lived in NY. A few weeks later I noticed as my polish was starting to chip that my toe nail in some spot was turning a different color (yellowish-white). I didn’t think anything of it at first. Well here I am a year later and my toenail is almost completely a different color as well as what appears to look like bruising under the nail (although I didnt do anything for it to be bruised) it’s now become painful it feels weird when I touch the area almost numb like, and I can no longer bend my big toe at this point. I wouldn’t recommend using their services since they apparently do not properly sterilize their apparatuses. I went to a foot doctor who had to cut pieces of my nail off the better determine what type of nail fungus I got from this nail salon. I called the place the owners never around so at this point I will be contacting BBB as well as speaking with a lawyer. I am embarrassed to wear sandals/flip flops in public settings in fear people will see what it looks like. I never had any nail issues before coming to this place!

I am so happy I found this nail spa!! I have been searching for a spa that are up to date with styles, color and fashionable nails! They are here!!! I live in Clermont and I have tried several nails spas. I am in the beauty industry and have a love for artist. I look forward to the remodeling and cant wait to see all the new things they bring to the east Orlando scene!

Im sad to give this salon a 1 star review, as i did enjoy going there (especially when I saw Ann, shes amazing!).I went in yesterday to get the dip on my nails changed and a pedicure for my birthday and was rushed to choose a color. Im not sure what the girls name Is that I had, but she was very nice. I paid the $60 for the services + $12 tip.Anyhow, later in the evening three of my natural nails broke, two had chipped, and the rest had cracks in them. When I noticed the first broken nail, I called to ensure i could come in this morning to get it fixed. Obviously I needed them all redone. And to make matters worse, the glitter nail polish I chose for my toes was rubbing off!!FFW to this morning, I ask the girl at reception about it and she indeed remembered me from yesterday saying yes we will fix it. I asked if I could choose different colors because I figured those colors were old. She told me no, flat out & that if I wanted to change the colors Id be charged. I simply said okay, Id like a refund then & I will go elsewhere. She spoke to Austin (the owner, who happens to be her dad) & when she came back she said I could go ahead and choose another color and they would oblige.A very nice man, Eric began the process of taking the dip off my fingers, then moved me to a pedicure chair so he could change the polish on my toes. When he went to start on my nails, Austin told him that he would do my nails because Eric was needed to do a pedicure. (Austin cant be bothered to do pedicures.)When he was practically finished rushing through dipping my nails, he called his daughter over to tell her that I would in fact be charged $20 for the dip and $10 for the polish change on my toes. Had i known i was still going to be charged, i would have pushed to get the refund i originally wanted & went to Jay Anthony down the street.So now, not only were my nails, from the beginning, not what I wanted, they were done poorly. Plus, I was duped by this owner. Yes, I paid the $30 I was charged today because I didnt want to make a scene and yes, I left Eric a tip because its not his fault his boss is such a money hungry piece of work.Needless to say, everyone Ive spoken to about this has said they couldnt believe I actually paid the additional price and that I should call the labor board. Which I still might do.Save your time, money, and frustration and go to another salon. I know I surely will.

This was the best nail salon Ive been to in this area. I walked in without an appointment and only had to wait about 5 minutes. The nail techs were all so nice, and took their time to make my nail shape perfect. Definitely worth the money, I got an ombré full set plus two fingers with added fairy dust, they look amazing!.

This is a very nice establishment, very clean and the staff is great. This is why I chose to continue to go and patronize this establishment, and drive the long distance that I do.Unfortunately my last visit was not so well ;there was a miscommunication with My appointment time .I was Mistreated due to a simple communication that was no fault of mine .it really should’ve been handled differently .I know that everybody is being extra cautious with all that’s going on in the world with the pandemic but we have to remember we still have to treat each other with respect. And that day I wasn’t treated well.I have chosen to take my business elsewhere.

I absolutely loved this salon. From the moment I walked in to the moment I left, the staff was beyond welcoming. They fit me in with an appointment the day before with no issues. Selection of colors was overwhelming making it difficult to decide which color I wanted but I find that as a plus by giving me so many options to choose from. My biggest issue and pet peeve is communication with my nail tech and at this salon I was able to communicate effectively and I did not feel excluded since EVERYONE spoke english!! Let that sound as bad as it may, but I know I am not the only one who values clear understanding with what you expect. I found my nail spot!

This is a beautiful salon. However the service is hit or miss not consistent. They rarely take walk ins. They just rinse the wine glasses in water and hang them back up. They keep roach spray right next to the wine bottles. I will not be returning to this salon.

I come here regularly to get my nails done and recommend this place to my clients and friends. Every time I have a creative idea for my nails, they are able to make it happen the way I imagine it or even better.

I made an appointment over a month ago to have ombré acrylic done for my bachelorette party. I showed up to my appointment this morning and asked to have dip powder instead of acrylic done. I was told that was fine, and was assigned to a tech. The tech tried to do ombré but halfway through admitted that she didn’t know how to do it and was forced to by the manager. She had to redo my nails in one solid color...not what I made the appointment for. I don’t blame the tech, it wasn’t her fault. Like I said, I made the appointment over a month ago. I expected management to accommodate what I had requested, especially given that they knew so much time in advance. I know for a fact they have techs who are capable of doing ombré. I was considering having my nails done for my wedding at Sparenity and now I absolutely will not be. I will not be returning.

Don did my SNS mani pedi for my wedding. I described the look to him and he was able to deliver beautiful nails and feet. People have complimented them a week later. I like a design, and he made perfect little roses on my big toes, and my ring fingers. I will be back to have Don do my nails again.

I absolutely love this place they treat you awesome I highlight suggest you make an appointment with Ron he did my nails and a friend of mine nails and both sets look amazing they speak very good English and they have open conversations with all costumers. They also have a huge selection of colors so you ideas aren’t limited and the prices are great! Overall I would recommend!!!!!

I came in yesterday for a gel mani and massage pedi. All I can say is wow! I have been to this establishment when it was owned by the previous owner which was terrible. The services I received yesterday were awesome! I have never been in a nail salon so busy, but everyone was being taken care of. I walked in with no appointment and probably waited only 10mins. They seem very knowledgeable in current nail trends and designs. The place is beautiful as well. Great job! I will definitely be returning!

I had a terrible experience at Spa Renity in Oviedo, Fl. I went in the salon this past Tuesday with two of my girlfriends to get mani/pedis. Everything went well except when I got home there was what seemed to be the nail polish lifting from my nails.. So I went back in to the salon on Thursday and they repainted my French manicure for me with no charge. They never put on a base coat and used a very thick goopy clear coat on top. On Friday I noticed the same exact thing happen to my nails.. I called the salon Saturday morning to see if I can get a refund for the hassle. I explained to the man my situation and he told me that he “couldn’t refund me my money back because they don’t guarantee the regular polish. Sometimes it lasts 3 hours and sometimes 3 days.” For the money we pay to get our nails done, you better guarantee that my nails will last at least one day! I’m a stay at home mom and don’t do anything crazy with my hands and for that to happen is just ridiculous. My nail polish completely peeled off in one big piece. That’s not supposed to happen. The man I spoke to over the phone had a very poor attitude about the whole situation. He was very rude, aggressive, talked down to me and ended up hanging up on me. Spa Renity has very poor communication skills and customer service to say the LEAST. I would not recommend anyone going there.

Decided to give this place a second chance after my first bad experience a year ago....bad idea. I got a pedicure..i asked for the nail tech to please make the water warmer when filling tub..was room temp by the time i put my feet in. Was the fastest pedi ive ever had and when i looked there was red polish smeared all over my toes and cuticles.extremely disappointed and will never return.

Went to the location in Altamonte and they completely miss-treated me!They hurt my feet and didnt even finish what they were supposed to do and still charged me full price! No one in that place had a professional bone in their body, and allowed someone who had no clue what he was doing to touch my feet!
