I’ve been going to BodyTech for almost three years. Every year through training routines provided and guided by CJ and Reagan. Despite COVID they continued to provide an exceptional training environment for athletes of all levels. BodyTech provides a phenomenal opportunity to grow in a supported environment to take your athletic ability to the next level, regardless of your starting point. I wish I’d started working out with them many years ago.

Ive trained here for the past 2 1/2 years with my wife and daughter. BodyTech has an amazing staff that truly cares about you and your wellbeing. Very knowledgeable staff about exercise science and rehabilitation. Great place for overall family fitness and athletic improvement.

If you want real results this is the place. Their patient, understanding to the bodies needs, and most importantly very knowledgeable. I’ve seen my son improve in many other areas besides the body, like self esteem, self motivation, personal goals, and much more! We love Bodytech!!!!!❤️🙌🏻💪🏻👊🏻

My kids, and later even me, have been with Body Tech in Oviedo for over 3 years. My daughter started first to help improve her confidence and strength as a lacrosse goalie. My son started, somewhat reluctantly, a year later and after his first session he was hooked. Coach Reagan and Coach CJ always had something new planned for the kids to try to keep them active and interested. They built up their confidence in almost every session. Vertical jumps were a big deal. When my daughter finally overcame her hesitation to go higher, and finally made a 3ft jump, she was so proud of herself! Until her brother finally surpassed her with a 4 ft jump. When my daughter joined the high school weightlifting team, which I’m not sure she would have done without Body Tech, and had to stop here workouts here, I decided to join my son and start working out too. The coaches designed separate workouts for me and the other adults that worked us hard - and always pushed us a little farther out of our “newbie” comfort zone. I learned so much and began looking forward to the workouts (even when CJ had me run). If you’re looking for a workout routine you won’t get bored with, and personalized instruction from coaches who take the time to get to know you and your kids, this is the place to go!

My daughter went to bodytech to improve her vertical jump as well as her speed & agility for volleyball. She was loving every minute of the workouts reaching her goals when she broke her foot. After recovering, the staff at bodytech got her right back to where she was prior to the break. I couldn’t be more happy with their support & encouragement along the way. I appreciate everything they did for my daughter!

My trainer, works from here, at first it was like Prison Gym, no fancy machines, or plush locker rooms. No saunas, or pool. But my my my the results from training here are amazing. We work on Functional Training, working the body the way it functions. And I have never had better results. This gym is the answer for those who are serious about performance and results with knowledgeable people who train athletes. The people who own and run this gym are fabulous. Sorry, you cant have my trainer.

We really appreciate the hard work and care that the staff puts into our daughter’s training sessions. BodyTech has challenged her and we have seen improvements in her vertical and overall fitness. So glad we found them!!!

My daughter plays club volleyball, and she has been going to Bodytech almost 5 months now. I could tell she has improved tremendously. Joey and Team are amazing athletic trainers. I strongly recommend Bodytech to any athlete!

Owner is driven to loyalty and customer oriented. Very experienced and supportive to clients. Location is a simple two-room storefront space for exercise and machines are also available.
