Riverside continues to inspire me to focus on my overall health and wellness...mentally, emotionally, and physically. It is the one thing that I do for myself almost every day! I am a happier, more productive human in so many areas of my life because of my Riverside family.

I absolutely love this gym. Great equipment to use and it’s never crazy packed while I’m there. Clean environment and includes showers in the bathroom.They also provide cleaning spray and towels at the front. :)

The best gym I attended in my time at UCF/east Orlando area. You cant beat no-contract, you cant beat the amazing trainers, you cant beat a 24-hour gym. Its been a little over two years since my wife asked me to join Riverside Fitness and the BootCamp classes which has been a life changing experience for us both. At first I didnt know what to expect, had not worked out for a while, and was not familiar with BootCamp but I knew I needed to exercise. My previous gym involvement over the past years had been primarily focused on weight lifting and a desire to build muscle mass. On the first day of BootCamp I became winded and light headed but the instructor was great and offered me a break while encouraging me to keep coming back. I continued the class three times a week with my wife through all of the unexpected changes in 2020 and 2021 resulting in the best health, both physically and mentally in many years. BootCamp at Riverside Fitness has opened my eyes and provided a new and greater perspective into the best exercise workout I have ever experienced. This class, which is uniquely prepared every visit, provides a balance of strength training, aerobics, full range of body motion, and most importantly core building, a combination that I have never experienced before at any gym. Have been a member for a month now, have taken a bunch of the classes. So far, its been great. This will definitely become a Regular stop for me .

Very clean very well kept up and got a lot of machines nobody ever said anything about how big I was or nothing they just stayed on their own sides

A/C breaks around every other month, currently on day 5 with no air conditioning. $40 membership money not going towards facility fixes that need to be done asap.

Really nice people. They are a great gym but also very involved in the community. Very supportive of veterans. They are really nice to have in our community.

Seems clean and well kept

I recently moved to Oviedo and needed a new gym membership. After researching various options in the area Riverside Fitness ultimately seemed like the best option. After being a member for 2 months I have no regrets. The equipment is plentiful and well maintained, the staff is friendly, and there’s no long term contract requirement.

Ive been going to Riverside Fitness for 3 years now. In my experience, Wayne, the trainers and the growing clientele have all been great to be around. Great local gym offering a variety of classes and equipment to meet anyones needs. I would highly recommend this 24 hour gym to everyone. Keep up the good work Wayne (owner)!

I love going to boot camp at Riverside Fitness. Trainer Wayne is very good at training the class using correct form and posture. The class size is just right for some personal one-on-one and correction if needed. I love that 40 min goes by really fast and I still get an amazing total body work out at the end. Best boot camp class in Oviedo and I have tried a few. They offer a one week free trial, go check them out!

Riverside Fitness has everything a gym needs - the equipment, great people, plus awesome bootcamp classes. Unfortunately, I am only in the area a few months out of the year, but Im looking forward to coming back soon!

Riverside is clean, friendly, and never too busy. The staff is considerate and helpful, the equipment is well maintained and cared for, and the gym itself caters to any exercise style. From powerlifting and bodybuilding to just getting on an elliptical for a quick workout, Riverside is the best place in Oviedo!

Love having a local gym with so many features. I even get a trainer thrown in (Wayne). He is great. A real professional. I only give this good review because I really like this place but I dont want it to get too crowded so I wont go into all you get with the membership. If everyone knew how great this place was it would get very busy and I wouldnt be able to get to the TRX.Update: Things have changed a bit since the above review. Instead of Wayne working with me, they now have the CFASM giving free instruction once a week. The SM stands for Sports Medicine, so they are helping me when I overdo something. They also give me ideas about stretches and warm up exercises to do to avoid hurting myself in the future. As for the TRX - I can move the straps into the next room where they have these racks no one seems to use. Not enough Olympic weight lifters. The place just keeps getting better but dont pay any attention to me. It is getting pretty busy. You could always just sign up for some of the classes they have in one of the areas a couple of doors down the strip mall. That way my area wont get too busy. Im going to sign up for the 1-on-1 yoga. I hate being the only guy in the class and the only one who cant even touch his toes.

In my opinion the best gym in Oviedo, supplying everything you need no matter your fitness journey. Rogue Equipment, Squat racks, Deadlifts, Bootcamps, Cardio machines, different fitness zones, box jumps, ropes, pull-up areas all over. Its 24/7 access with your own personal card and low low crowds that are friendly and family orientated. Sometimes your alone in the gym. Perfect for beginners and advanced and its direct in the center of 419. If you live off 419 in oviedo, this 110% should be your gym, including most of oviedo.
