The hair cut was rushed and the customer service was poor. The hair cut didnt last more then 15 min and it showed, I was left with long strands of hair on the top. The guy was more worried about getting me out of the chair then doing a decent haircut.

Cant say enough about this place my son has been getting his haircuts for the last 7 years from the owner Rubin hope I spelled his name right but always a pleasure and never a complaint glad weve kept him as our sons barber he also does my eyebrows when Im in town but when Im not he still takes care of my son for me with his cuts till I get back for that alone he will always have a loyal costumer besides where else you getting a great haircut from dont waste your time going anywhere else make them your first choice and you wont be disappointed with the cuts or the great service you get from these guys

I was in the shop getting a cut for the first time after having a friend telling me to check it out. I guess that I didn’t look like I speak or understand Spanish cause almost the whole time I was there, I believe it was the owner was complaining about the staff in Spanish. It definitely made the experience really uncomfortable. I understand we all have bad days but to hear the owner complaining about staff with other staff when they believe you don’t understand it is unprofessional and disrespectful to clients as well as the staff.

This is by far the best barber shop in town. Every barber, from first chair to last chair, is skilled in their craft. This place is a great mix between a classic barber shop and a family atmosphere. I have been going to Knights since they opened, and will never go anywhere else. If your in need of a good barber, this is the place to go. My personal favorite is Ruben, he takes his time and makes sure you leave the shop with the best hair cut youve had!

We have been to Knights Barber shop a few times. We have seen a few of the barbers at the shop Luis and Jose and the cut was on point and they really took care of me and made sure they did it right. However went there the other day and was very disappointed. We saw Andy and we were not happy with the cut. He lined me up and it was crooked as well he didnt take enough off the sides, I asked for a skin fade however he didnt do that, he was not really paying attention to me cause he was to busy on his cell phone.

Worst barbershop I’ve ever been to. The barber who attended me left multiple rashes on my head and two that bled a little bit. He was also on his phone constantly instead of finishing off my cut, which turned out awful. I gave him a picture of the hairstyle I wanted, he said he’s got it, I offered to leave my phone with him so he would do it right, he refused and my haircut is not even closed of what I asked. Awful place to get a haircut. I would never recommend anyone to go there. It I could give a negative rating I would. Terrible place.

These guys do fade and skin level cuts that great clips just cant do. Plus, they clean you of nice and work on your hair longer. They also dab my scalp with a little rubbing alcohol after. I like that because it cleans and feels good. Almost exactly the same price too. If you are a young guy with a beard or needs a fade, these guys are it. Awesome group.

I just got one of the worst haircuts I have ever had. The barber made my front line up TERRIBLY. It is not straight at all and one side of my forehead is 3x higher than the other. And they increased their price by 9 dollars! Outrageous! Their skill clearly didnt increase. I will never go here ever again.

Didnt really know what to expect going in, but I left with the best cut of my life. The guys here have clearly been doing this for a long time.

I called for a specific barber and was told to come into the shop at 3 pm. After arriving and asking if my barber was available, a different barber in the front told me hes in the back. I figured I would wait for him to come out so I sat on my phone looking at different haircut options. 15 minutes later, the barber in the front tells me its going to be a 2 hour wait. Great, I thought. That wouldve been good to know when I first sat down. If youre looking for professional service, this is not the place to go.

At first walking in, I sat down to a barber named Lee. When I asked for a skin fade he told me that “I don’t have time for that”. As a client, I found that to be disrespectful! Then another barber named Andy (first chair barber) came and helped me out. I was really satisfied with the way it turned out! Thanks Andy!

First experience was good. Last two experiences horrible. The one prior to my last experience I had a barber that was talking in the phone (that didnt bother me I understand). But he was talking in Spanish to his girlfriend or something and it was super inappropriate and with no regards to finding out if I knew Spanish or not he proceeded to speak harshly about me to whom ever he had on the phone. Not professional at all. After the cut I only spoke in Spanish to him to prove a lesson. This last time and I say last cause it is my last.... A barber totally botched my cut fade uneven, shape up uneven as well. I assume there are good respectful barbers here but my last two experiences with the ones that are not.... made me not want to go or recommend anyone here. I spoke my peace.

I have been coming to this barber shop for 4 years. Its mostly Spanish guys that all know to cut a fresh fade. If you are offended by Spanish music or people speaking in Spanish, dont come here but if you want a lively barber shop and imo the best barbers in east Orlando dont hesitate.

I moved to Orlando three years ago and had a difficult time finding a good barber and finally stumbled across Knights Barber Shop through word of mouth. My barber, Jovanie is great at what he does and really takes pride in his work. He is that good to where I would never consider going to another shop under any circumstance. Overall, this establishment is filled with high quality professional barbers and I highly recommend them.

Dingy and dark not clean staff changes constantly. I have to worry about who I get a cut from constantly...but worse of all was their 5 dollar price increase played 15 dollars for a shape up.

The worst thing in Orlando and Oviedo is their barbers, I tried most of them:- They are not clean.- They clean the face of the customer by towels alternative of napkins, how many faces were cleaned by each towel? how many diseases transferred by these towels?- They use the same razor for every customer alternative of using new one for each one, how many diseases transferred by these razors?- They does not wash their hands after finishing shaving a customer.How this happened?why didn’t they listen to what the physicians say about how the diseases transferred by barbers?!!

I am quite picky with where I go to receive a haircut. Im a 31 y.o. professional who recently moved to Orlando and it took me a few months to find Knights Barbershop. Ive been so happy ever since. They cut your head off! Don’t go there! This is the 4th time I have gone there and they put on a rookie to give me a haircut and the kid almost cut my head off, very unprofessional. The guy never put me in front of the mirror to start with and even though that I was pushing to move around and see what he was doing he never gave me an opportunity to see my haircut until he cut me and I was able to see the horrible cut. This place lost a customer.

Worst haircut Ive ever gotten. Feel like he didnt even listen to what i wanted. Only wanted an inch cut off but end up getting 3 inches... Asked for a taper but instead got a square neck. Wont be going back and feel cheated

Just moved here and I though Id give the place a try...turned out to be a bad idea. Been growing my hair out so I could have a Dapper style and the guy cutting my hair said he could do it turned out he couldnt by the time he was done the part was on the middle of my head and he tried to fade it so it look like half my head was shaved and the other half was long. He ended up having to cut all my hair off. Unless you want to be told what you want I wouldnt recommend it. BEWARE before going there!

Today I went to the barber shop to cut my hair, with the same gentleman that i have been cutting my son and my self, for the past year and a half, saying hello and having a candit conversation is something almost relaxing that I have accustomed to, asking my barber how he did on the recent hurricane (maria)and other things, I said a comment about Puerto Rico, being on a bad place becouse of the path of maria, but that it was in alot better place than Mexico, that was in a much worst place because of the earthquakes, when all of a sudden i was told to watch my mouth, that i should be better informed before opening my mouth, about Puerto Rico by another barber standing behind me, I immediately clarified that in Puerto Rico there had not been many deaths (3 deaths in the island of Puerto Rico by the Puerto Rican government) and that in Mexico the death toll is at 330 and raising by the minute and clarifying that i did not say nothing wrong, the verbal attack on my person was unnecessary, uncalled for and unprofessional. Therefore i have taken my standard view of them from a 5 star to a 1 star, and i will take my business elsewhere.

First impressions on walking in were much higher than it turns out. Every barber stares you down so much as to make you want to leave. This happens everytime I walked in. Lucky for them, I got a friendly guy who cut my hair real good. Unlucky for me, I go in about the 5th time and get a new guy since my guy was out. He didnt hear a word I said about the cut I wanted. He was too busy chatting to a friend. My chair spins around, he gets cutting. Chair spins back to face the mirror. Bam, worst haircut of my life. Im scarred. Never going back there again. He cut my hair unrecoverably short and all one length. No style or fade as requested. Sadly, time to look elsewhere.

If you have African American hair, this isn’t the place for you, they can’t fade and my cut was choppy. You can tell a barber doesn’t have experience cutting your hair type when he has to keep going lower and lower because he can’t fade properly, gave this shop 2 chances, both times terrible

Maybe its just the guy I had but he was very unprofessional. Stopped often to call his mom/brother/other people about a fake tattoo he got. Showed him a pic of my old haircut and even though the sides were about an inch long in the pic he cut my sides super short. Probably not going again.
