Always an amazing experience. Not only is it a positive environment but the barber chris is very personable and professional. He cuts all 3 of my kids hair and spends his time on each of them. Age from 1 to 10 yrs. And he is patient with all of them and talks to them to help them be comfortable. I will always take my boys here. Highly recommend!

First time back to a barber shop sense covid as my barber was not available. So I checked these reviews and it seemed a good spot. Sat down told em a rough guess on the lengths to have it faded into.(Im not a barber so this is guessing) Barber says cool and begins and at the end I look and see it really isnt faded and ask if he could lower the numbers for the sides to give some definition to his work. Next thing I know the barber next to him started going in on me saying this is what you asked for and to do any changes it would require him to do more work. First of all you werent part of this experience so why you speaking up if your not part of the solution and 2nd if your customer is not satisfied you make it right period! Aint never had someone say this is it your done at no barber shop. His excuse I have other clients waiting and this would put him out! Really so I look over no one on the waiting room to be next! So essentially just stated your lazy and take zero pride in your work. I been getting faded up sense I was 6 years old and never have I had a experience as bad as this. No line up nothing to try and pop this all even cut.

Finally... I just came back to see Monster Barber (Mons) at Colemans Barber Shop after the COVID-19 stay at home quarantine has been lifted and to allow barber shops and salons to reopen... what a difference the time has made into making the shop very clean and sanitized! They always did a great job with cleanliness, but this time, they take more time into cleaning and sanitizing each station and chair before the next client is up. Not only that, they also have a fresh cleaned barber cape for each client! The barbers are all wearing masks (and encourage each client to wear one also) and gloves for yours and their protection. Every station is cleaned and sanitized as per CDC guidelines. I am very pleased and confident when I go there to have my haircut and encourage others to come to such a clean and sanitized place on top of getting the best haircut in town!

1st off both my son and I have had good experiences here for years. However, in the last 2 months have been nothing but problems. Our last 3 appointments have been double booked. 1st one was booked through their website. When we got there we were told that our Barber doesnt use Colemans website to book. The 2nd 3rd times we confirmed with the Barbers by text and still double booked. If you walk in its 1hr wait.

I walked into Colemans in Avalon Park and was very impressed by the set up and cleanliness of the shop. I was greeted by AJ who asked a lot of questions and gave me a great cut and earned my business. I strongly recommend stopping by and asking for AJ.

My wife and I have been bringing our boys in to the shop for a couple of years it seems. The shop is always clean, the people are always friendly, and we have never had a bad experience. I have had my haircut by several of the staff, and while I have my favorites, they are all knowledgeable and easy to converse with. I most enjoy the experience of getting the the cut, the hot towel, and the straight razor shave. Even though it takes about an hour for all of that, it is well worth the time. And if you work out early at LS Fitness, you may run into the owner, David.

Amazing barbershop. All barbers are very friendly and atmosphere is very relaxing and professional. This is my fifth time here and every time I got same quality cut along with great customer service. Would recommend to anyone who is looking for a change. They also cater to children as they wait for adults to get cut. Can’t get enough of this place. Look forward to all my haircuts.

Nothing like waiting your time on a Saturday morning. Customer service does not live here folks. I can appreciate a process they keep things in order. However, make sure its comunicted specially to new customers. Not even the getting if the day was offered here. After an hour of people walking in and being sat instantly not cool. I’ve been looking for a clean and decent place to bring my family but there aren’t many decent places to go. So I brought my family here and we were all impressed. It’s super clean and the guys are cool. There is even a lady hair that cuts too. My son and nephew played the Xbox when they were done and did not want to leave. Awesome place. The place is clean and well kept. There are tvs to keep your attention while waiting but the primary reason youre here is for a haircut and that wasnt a great experience for me. I tried to specify what I wanted, basically a medium high fade for me to style my hair. The barber said he understood but then cut my hair in a way that was not asked for and I was unable to style it the way I asked. I think I know what he was trying to do, but I wont be going to a place where the barber takes initiative over what I request.

Dave and his crew are awesome people, the barber shop is clean and always welcoming. If you are looking to get a great and consistent cut stop and in to experience it for yourself. You get a great hair cut and at reasonable price and you feel at home while doing it.

Great haircuts. The price is a little steep at $20, but the fade that I got looked great and was definitely worth it. They love sports, so come in and chat up a conversation!

Lenny is my barber, and hes one of the best Ive ever had, if not the best. In the past with some other barbers, I come out a little concerned with the look, but, with Lenny, I am always satisfied. Cuts take about 30-45 minutes, but thats because he pays very close attention to details. Always takes his time even when there are others waiting, as he seems to always want whats best for each individual customer.

Colemans is the only barbershop Ive found that I like. The barbers are all good friends and treat the customers like family. Jae has been cutting my hair for several months now and he always does a great job. They do all kinds of shaves and cuts and at good prices.

I needed a beard trim and had a couple friends recommend Colemans. Being this would be the first time getting it cleaned up by someone other than myself it was a little nerve racking. I took the plung and did a walk-in this morning. The shop is clean, has a good look/feel, and everyone is friendly (barbers and clientele). I may have waited 20-30 min max (which as a walk-in at any shop on a Saturday is not bad at all so I was lucky). Oscar is who took care of me. I showd him a picture of what I was going for and he went to work. End result was fantastic and wife approved.

My experience was bad, the guy was not focused and he shaved my beard the way he want without asking how I want it, even thu I didnt want to shave it. The hair cut was not as expected for me and for my kid.

Terrible. Waiting over 3 hours for the one i want and i didnt even get him. The guy i did get couldnt understand what i wanted. After a little trim on the sides and putting product in my hair, he has the audacity to show me his finished work. I just got up and left.
