Too bad there are not zero stars. I have gone to Valvoline locations forever. I went to this location in February and they wanted to change my oil topside. I said no since I had never heard of such a service and cars arent designed for it. They cracked the oil pan.A 400 Dollar repair later and after frequent calls to the customer service line and the run around from local management they arent going to do anything. The reason they want to do topside changes now is because they are getting very good at damaging cars and even better at not paying for the damage. If you read this and still go to valvoline, you have no one to blame but yourself.

Quick in and out oil change, never had to leave my car and they didn’t try to upsell me at all which I appreciate! They were able to pump out the oil from the top instead of draining through the bottom so it went even quicker than usual!

I always get my oil changed at Valvoline. This location is one of 3 locations that are close to me and seems to be the one I frequent the most. I went in today for routine oil change. They were pretty busy with about 7 cars waiting for service. I knew Id be in for a wait but it was only about 45 minutes including the time it took to change my oil, which was great. The staff there are typically very friendly but today, Soe was working on my car. I had not run into him before but I have to say, he stood out as the best tech Ive had work on my car. From the moment I pulled in, he was polite and professional. Despite being busy, he was very calm and friendly. He moved at an even, quick pace and had me outta there promptly. I took a phone call while I was waiting and he politely waited until I was off the phone to address me. I also had issues with the groupon app not allowing me to redeem. He very patiently waited for me to login through the phone browser to pull it up. Ive been taking my car to Valvoline for over 20 years, this experience was in the top 5 for sure. Thanks Soe!

Very busy Saturday at 4 but I had nothing else to do. They do a fine job and the young men and women working there are awesome.

I have been to this location a couple times now and everyone is always super nice and helpful. They are very fast so I can go on my lunch break which is a huge plus. Will return for sure.

The workers were extremely kind and gave their best recommendations. Never felt pushed with unnecessary fixes or purchases. The workers at this location had safe practices; wearing PPE and never touching personal belongings. I will always recommend and return as a customer!

If you need great service, a thorough job and any questions answered than go this Valvoline. There is usually little to no wait and they get your vehicle serviced professionally and quickly. This is my go-to for an oil change and all the employees are always very good at what they do, answer my questions and tell me what services I may have coming up for my vehicle.

Drove my new spider there and Ryan and Tyce helped me out on the floor. They are professional and quick. Very friendly too. There is also a mysterious oil draining guy I couldnt get his name. Noticed they put washer fluids and air in my car, amazing service. Price is good comparing their service and I had to put EU oil filter in there which they all have. Amazing experience, dont have to get out the car but I did use the restroom, it is pretty hot so I stayed in the wait room wondering if they gonna screw my new car up, or miss a bolt or something, but by the end of the day, Im pretty sure they all know what they are doing, and everything worked out without a doubt. Appreciate your hardwork and sweat !!!

BEWARE! My daughter came in for a routine oil change. NO other issues with vehicle. Vehicle has always had regular maintenance and functioned extremely well. Pressured my daughter into buying fuel injector fluid. She had a quarter tank of gas. No due diligence on mechanics end. No instruction given to her regarding adding adequate amount of fuel for proper performance of fuel injector fluid. Valvoline is all about the money and no accountability. Now, her car is bucking so bad she cant drive it.

Ive been to this location at least 3 or 4 times and each time theyve given me great service. Theyre very informative and thorough.

My oil light came on and instead of them charging me when I didnt need an oil change yet they topped off my fluids checked my tires and sent me on my way! Friendly staff!

Quick and painless oil change. I even was able to stay in car. It took about fifteen minutes from pull in to leaving. They were thorough and knowledgeable. Never were pushy. A little pricey, but worth it for the quick turnaround.

Having not really been to other locations, the only other time I went to a different location, it wasnt nearly as pleasant as my visits to this one. Staff is friendly, casual but professional, knowledgeable, and most importantly, fast. I always see them on the ball with trying to quickly service the vehicles. In lieu of me having somewhere to perform service on my vehicle myself, I highly recommend this location.

I loved my experience here! I had never been here before and it was super quick! They changed the oil with us still in the car that’s how fast! And I got a coupon for $10 off. The technician who worked on our car for us explained things to us that we did not know before and made sure we knew what he was talking about. 10/10

Always thorough always friendly kind of expensive

When my low oil light flashed, I thought I needed a simple oil change. Boy, was I wrong. It turned out that I had a nasty leak and that there was no oil at all left in my tank. The manager at Valvoline insisted on filling up my tank FOR FREE, refusing to accept payment of any kind. His explanation: I want to make sure you get safely to a repair shop without destroying your engine. What a generous, unexpected, and classy gesture. I will definitely be back.

Tried to get an oil change and they didn’t have the air filter for my car, a day later my engine light is on and I found out they did leave my oil tank cap off, my engine is all dirty with oil because of that.

The employees here were friendly and service was quick. The valve stem on my tire accidentally broke during this oil change, but they COMPLETELY covered the cost of getting a new one for me, a new TPMS, and helping me coordinate getting between the different facilities to get it all taken care of. The manager called me personally to keep me updated and told me to call his cell if I had any issues/questions. EXCELLENT integrity and customer service! Thanks, Valvoline!!!

The staff here were awesome at my last oil change. They are very knowledgeable and wonderful. I witnessed them go above and beyond for another customer who had an issue with his vehicle. The manager on duty was awesome and extremely helpful. These are great guys and I highly recommend.

Great customer service and fast. I love the employees there except one older woman who has been extremely rude, twice. Not only does she have a terrible attitude to all customers, she also changes the prices. What is going on with this valvoline that they let her stay employed at such a great establishment. Please dont interact with this person. You will regret it!

Very quick and convenient oil change experience. The guy working with me was very friendly. I didnt even have to leave my car. You simply pull up, they ask you some questions, and your oil gets changed. My only complaint is that its a tad more expensive than other shops (paying for convenience, I assume), and I felt like I was getting a sales pitch on a bunch of other services I didnt need. They perform a check on other parts of your car (like lights, tires, cabin air filter, etc.) which they use to try to sell you on other things. I appreciate the service checks, but inform me of what needs to get fixed. Dont sell me on everything.

The service was quick and the gentleman helping me was really helpful, not pushy at all with extra services they could provide me. Informative. I dont think my car was worked on for more than 20 minutes or so. Someone stole my valve stem covers a few months ago and I glanced down at my drivers side tire and saw a cover on its valve stem. Upon further inspection, I found that all the other tires had covers on them too. Thanks guys!

Excellent service but way more expensive than others

Efficient and friendly, and quick service. I went in the early morning and had no wait. The service man was well informed about what my Equinox needed and when.

These guys did a great job! They open at 7am, I pulled in at 7:15 being the third car in the bay. I was out of there in 30 minutes! They did a thorough job and worked together on my car to make it a speedy stop.

Horrible experience.. After getting the oil change and returned home, i seen oil running, not dripping, out of my engine. They improperly installed my oil filter and by the time i returned for them to fix it i had lost 3 quarts of oil which completely coated the under carriage of my truck and on my exhaust whick burned off and filled my cab with smoke which still smells like burnt oil, even worse though, my motor began ticking and hasnt stopped. Damage is already done now and their saying the motor damage was caused by me driving with low oil level. Lol. Really??? They told me to bring it back so they could fix the oil leak and it would be ok to drive it. Incredible....

Staff was GREAT. Prompt, friendly and endearing. Didnt wait to get in and they provided quick service. Although they suggested other services besides an oil change, they werent pushy and I felt comfortable telling them no.

One of the oil change places where you sit in the car as they change the oil. They were very nice to me and talked me through the entire process. The oil change was slightly high but I needed it done quickly so it was fine. While changing the oil they show me a very dirty air filter and tell me that I needed a new one for $40. I declined knowing that was too high for an air filter and figured my husband could change it for cheaper. I got home and told my husband and he pops my hood only to pull out a relatively clean air filter that he installed six months ago. Definitely not the air filter they showed me. They thought that could get an easy sell out of me, but I didnt fall for it.TL;DR Quick oil change but be prepared to be told you need expensive unnecessary services.

Employees were friendly, other than that they werent very knowledgeable (had to ask to see my owners manual to see how much oil my vehicle took) and not only did they not close the lid to my air filter properly, they lost one of the two wing nuts for it. They didnt even check my tire pressure and there were oil drippings across my front grill and bumper. Also my customer information was wrong in there system but they didnt feel like correcting it apparently. Charging the prices they do for service like that is ridiculous. Take your car to its corresponding dealership instead of this place. Youll get better service and more services for the same price.

I took my pickup here to get the oil changed. The staff(All women. Way to go Valvoline! #pledgeforparity) was knowledgeable, fast, and easy to deal with. I went and checked out the nearby shops. They called me when it was finished. Ill definitely be going back.

Went here on a whim when I needed an oil change. Finished in around 10 to 15 minutes. While a few employees checked my cars vitals and another changed my oil, the one who was serving me gave me helpful information about the state of my car and my options for service, and was very receptive when I told him I intended to visit the dealer for the rest of my cars service. The kodiak bears in the bay where they work on the car were initially unsettling but they mean no harm and know their way around a monkey wrench.

Went there for oil change, but the service person recommended that I had more time before I needed to change my oil. Topped off the oil level, checked tires and other fluids for free. I was very impressed by their customer service. All the staffs were friendly as well.

I always bring in my company cars to get serviced at this Valvoline location. Tyce provided excellent service today to my Ford Transit and Chevy Tahoe. My Ford has a lot of specialty parts and he took extra time to figure out what kind of oil filter it required and that they had it in stock before the service. He stayed on top of the servicing process for both vehicles and went over all the recommended services, which I will be returning for. Tyce was friendly, chill, and worked well with his team. This guy deserves a bonus or something. I will be bringing our Chevy Silverado in for servicing now too. Thanks to the team at Valvoline for an awesome service experience!

Have gone to this place for about two to three years now and this morning went in because one of my tires had low air pressure. Filled it up to the proper PSI without any questions. The customer service I receive at this specific location is always amazing and the reason I keep bringing my car only here. Keep up the great work!

This location is convenient to both my home and work. I travel to Minnesota nearly every weekend so Im in for oil changes frequently. They remembered me on the second visit! Mitchell is fantastic. Everyone is friendly and professional. I cant say enough about the quality of the service and staff at this spot.

Their oil change prices are very high, but, more importantly, Last time I went there, the Tech told me that he had checked the battery and it was fine. I drove to my mothers house, came out 1 hour later and battery was hard dead.Thanks a LOT.

Great service. Quicj oil change. They do not take appointments, however there is a Hen House and Ace Hardware nearby if the wait will be a while. Was checked in and checked out by Jo. Jo provided fantastic customer service!

I took my car in for an oil change, new windshield wipers, and to fix a burned out taillight. I got in immediately and was told exactly what everything would cost. I was given the option for additional services without feeling pressured at all. I will definitely use this location for any future oil changes or car needs.

Very disappointing! My daughter, a college student at JCCC, went to get her first ever oil change on her own. These gentlemen charged her $60 for the oil change and $40 for wipers. They did not offer her a less expensive oil and told her she had to replace her wipers. What she could have had done for $35 cost her nearly $100. Shame on you!

Ridiculously expensive. Not just a review of this location, they did fine changing my oil, but the idea that this place charges $64.99 plus tax for a standard oil change on a 2010 Corolla is outrageous. Walmart charges $20 or $30 for the same service. Main complaint- they don’t tell you how much it will cost until you are already well into the service, checking headlights and you already have the hood open. I will not be going back.

Went in for a change and rotation, extremely pleasant service. Funny staff, quickest and most pleasant stop Ive had at any Valvoline in the country by far.

Service and staff is 5 stars. Price for the oil changes was bonkers expensive. That alone lowered the rating.

I got my oil changed and they messed up the oil pan, I return to them another day and they tell me to complain to whoever I went to last... ironic because it was them I went to last!!! I calmly explain that and show my receipt- they completely ignore me and dodge any responsibility making up lies and excuses... then an employee tries to get side business from me for her mechanic boyfriend. I will never go back and I will warn people how terrible that place is. Boo.

I went over there on my lunch break. The guy said they were finishing up on a car and then Id be right in and they should be able to get me in and out in 25 minutes. 20 minutes later I got out to ask them if I was going to get in anytime soon and that I had to get back to work soon. The employees looked at me while I was asking them this and then went about their work. No apology, no timeline....nothing! I got right back in my car and left.
