Ive gone to this salon a few times because its so close to my house but Im not going back. My daughters nails looked terrible and the tech had filed her skin in places. Mine were filed uneven and I had to fix them at home. They were dipped way too many times and I had gotten skin cut too! They try to take too many people in rather than just telling them to come back or book later. I paid a LOT to get fingers cut and have sub par manicures.

Service was really awesome and they were right on time, staff is extremely friendly and they give recommendations if it’s your first time doing your nails. Will definitely be coming back here again.

I walked in & loved the salon. This was my “self care day “ for myself, I hadn’t had one in about a year. I got a pedicure & it was ok (water was lukewarm) got a full set & the tech asked what I wanted “acrylic nails, gel polish “ she kept pushing for me to get these dip powder nails & how wonderful they were & lasted much longer. She started the process & she files my nails & multiple fingers were cut cuticles were pushed back & skin is now peeling. These nails are not lasting as long as promised. It’s only been 6 days & already a nail has broken off (my natural nail included) multiple are cracked in various places. ATP I need some type of reimbursement because getting them repaired (free within 2 weeks) isn’t an option because it’s gonna take that time for my skin & nail to heal from the set.

This used to be my favorite spot to go pamper myself but that feeling was short lived. They make you feel like you HAVE to get the powder nails. Not what I wanted at all. I’ve given them three chances. Three strikes T-Nails… you’re outta there!!Your price gauging really has me livid. A few of the staff, in particular the manager are just downright RUDE. The older gentleman who did my nails last is very nice. I don’t hold him accountable for any of the disappointment I’ve experienced at this place. Just craziness! Go somewhere else!

Jason did my nails yesterday. I had acrylic nails put on and #12 nail polish.They are extremely busy so its best to make an appointment!! Most people that came in had. I think 5 people just showed up without an appointment for touchups. They fit those people in, but it worked out well.They will fix something free of charge if you have a problem and I really liked that!!

I recently started coming here to get my nails done and I am so thrilled that I found them!! This is the only place I will let touch my hands or toes! I have gotten so many compliments on my nails because they are unique and beautiful every time. Oh, one more thing... Just tried the volcano pedicure yesterday and it was so relaxing that I went straight home and napped ♡ treat yourself to a spa day with them and you will not regret it! I have been following Connie for 18 years. Absolutely love her, dip nails stay on for 4 weeks. The staff makes you feel at home. Jason is always willing to help, Patricia and Hue are great at Pedis.

I was originally happy with this salon but definitely since the start of 2021 it has really become disappointing. Including the guy who I assume is the owner openly drinking beer during business hours. And even offered me one. He had at least 2 while I was getting my pedicure done. I have taken my business elsewhere

I love this nail salon. Everyone is so friendly and Connie does amazing on nails. I also get my toes done there and just love the attention that is spent on details and massages.

I got the dip and the end result was uneven and wonky. The dip on some nails was wider and then on some it was thicker on one side of the nail than the other. He didnt trim my nails, but used the shape to buzz off the ends of my longer nails. He also didnt do anything to my cuticles at all. They were dry and untreated. At the end there was dip powder under my nails and some of the top coat on my fingers. I was extremely disappointed with the whole experience.

I have been coming here for almost 2 years. I’ve been seen by all the technicians at one point or the other even techs that are no longer here. I’m very picky about my nails and I now only see Connie. When she is gone I will see Jason who is also very good. All the technicians are good. T-nails gets very busy and sometimes you feel rushed but I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I absolutely love T’s nails, it is the only nail shop I will go to. Jason is so amazing and always gives me exactly what I want on my full sets. He is up to date with the latest trends and has everything imaginable! Hue does my pedicures, and every time I feel like I have a new pair of feet! His massages are EVERYTHING. If you need your nails done THIS is where you should come!!!

I did leave with red all over what was supposed to be the clear part of my red French tip holiday nails. Even after asking them to fix it, it looks bad. Just messy and strange that when I asked them to fix it they gave it their best but also just said “that’s the problem with using red.” ..... for $40 I expect nail techs to know how to do a French tip professionally. These pics were AFTER I asked someone else to fix it but the red is still all over the clear part of my nail. And it was way more red on the top than I wanted in the first place and I tried to explain that. I don’t think I should’ve had to pay for this. I let them know multiple times I wasn’t happy it wasn’t at all what I wanted. One girl tried to fix it but the guy who actually did my nails just ignored me and let me walk out.

So unprofessional. I will never return. None of them are licensed for lashes, and they don’t care about the customer at all. Spend your money somewhere that cares about you, and is actually trained on a service!

Hue is giving me an amazing pedicure! The massage was heavenly and love the shape of my finished nails! Connie is fantastic when it comes to manicures!

I LOVE T-NAILS!!! I go all the time and I’m always treated like family and greeted with a smile! Jason is awesome and truly cares about his staff and customers. Patricia does my pedicures and takes very good care of me every too weeks! Connie or Jason always do my acrylic nails and they turn out better than I expect every time! I just show them a picture and they make it 10 times better! I would recommend T-Nails to everyone, it’s always a fun and relaxing experience!

I stopped in this place because it was close to home and had glorious reviews. I’m not sure why they have over four stars because it was just adequate at best. Not only was I subject to watching a B rated slasher movie while waiting, (how is that a relaxing spa experience?) but when I complained they changed it to Judge Judy... is that any better? I hate when a business is unaware of details.The nail tech was so rough you would’ve thought I was a trucker with 20 year calluses. Average paint job as well.Last time.

I am leaving a new review, as I feel it is only fair that all new customers be aware of what they may be getting themselves into. I use to come to this salon because of Angela. She has since moved onto another salon, that I prefer much better by the way. But this salon is extremely unprofessional, they are disrespectful, and I have recently noticed all the bad talking and accusing of one specific nail tech and to do that, is being a coward. It’s sad when the owner has to bash an employee and blame her when she is no longer working for his company. I never once had a bad experience with ANGELA, not once! Now if you want to come to this salon, you will eventually see what type of “employees” work here.

I was there recently and wanted a basic pedicure but the lady wanted to give me a $70 pedicure instead. I felt a rude attitude when I said no. I felt pressured and rushed instead of relaxed. Didnt feel clean.

I had never been here before but was in the area. I got a gel manicure and it was horrible. My nails are not even completely painted, I could have used another coat. They are sticky, lumpy and bumpy. I have been to many nail places and this was by far the worst. Also the massage if you can even call it that, was a joke. I spent $40 and feel like I need to go get my nails done again...

Tnails is the best! I’ve been going there for a few years now and they are the only place I will get my nails done now. I only get dip manicures and Angela is amazing. 5 minutes pedicure, charge to shape nails, waited 35 mins with an appt, wanted to charge extra to take off gel when I ask nail tech said they have to use a different file..this is unheard of.

I absolutely love this place. Jason takes care of my manicure, Angela does my eyebrows and Patricia on pedicures. I rarely have any issues and when I do Jason always makes sure to take care of me. Definitely highly recommended, were like family!

It wont let me respond to the response from owner so @ owner I did ask you to fix it multiple times and you couldnt for some reason. Then I went home and fixed it myself. No professional experience needed. My original post was actually not making you look bad it was constructive criticism that was well deserved. If you can not do what the customer wants, just be honest, and I wouldve picked something different for my nails. I wanted a tiny bit of red on the tip but the nail techs were pushy and seemed not to care. Seeing now their responses to other reviews it is clear they dont care about customer satisfaction saying, why dont you just tell me, -I did try to tell you multiple times! * this is after I asked them to please remove the red on the clear part of my nail when it was way worse and they were about to let me walk out like that, these photos taken after being fixed hours later after drying*

I went in for a full set today, the man that took care of me was incredible! (Didn’t catch his name !!)Very friendly, quick, & funny!!I brought in a picture from Pinterest & he recreated it beautifully for me! I live in blue springs & this sho is about 40 min of a drive for me. BUT. His friendly attitude, clean welcoming shop, & amazing nails make it worth the drive!! I will deff be making this trip for all my future nail appointments!!

Poor Customer Service,Appointment was made but not honored. Woman decided to yell and make a big deal about not having time for the appointment she had already scheduled! Extremely rude and not one manager or worker stopped her rude behavior.

I went in today to pamper myself a bit before my due date... The lady that did my nails was nice and did try to make what I wanted to happen. However I spent the first 5-10 minutes of the appointment trying to tell her I just wanted regular polish....... Eventually I just gave up and let her do the dip that she wanted. I have had dip powder before, I am not impressed with it and dont like it. I felt like she was not willing to do the regular polish that I wanted or was just trying to upcharge me. I had asked for a manicure with regular polish application when I arrived. I wanted pale pink with pink glitter accent on one hand and pale blue with pink glitter accent on the other as I dont know if Im having a boy or girl. I walked out without a pampering manicure, pale bluish-green nails with a pink flower on my ring fingers. I am not a flower person but by that time I did not have the time to sit and have her fix any of it due to having another appointment. Waste of money and time, very frustrating considering I paid $45 for nothing that I wanted and will likely just be removing it.
