Had my Dipped nails removed and manicure then pedicure. Quality of work was less than and shop was dirty. Still had glue on my nails after job was completed, brought to manicurist attention, my concern was dismissed.

I was getting a gel full set and I had the exact picture I wanted and the lady refused to even look at it and told me she knew how to do them. I asked for coffin and she did square. I asked for some of my nails to be redone because they were so crooked and she told me it was because my fingers were crooked.... then once she did the gel polish, you could still see my natural nail color. I asked for another coat and she wouldn’t respond. She started filing them after they were painted and filed the polish off on the sides. I was up charged for things I did not ask for or get. She was beyond rude and I have never had such a bad experience at a nail salon before.

The man who did my nails electrically filed down my natural nails. And ruined them. I went in for a dip. And he started drilling it down. As the nails came off. (Which were pretty at the time) You can see parts where it’s ripped off my natural nail. Terrible nail artist. Ruined my natural nails that are now thin and weak.

I went in for a dip powder set a few days ago and told the guy that the ends of my nails were thin, but he still drilled them down a lot. I got extensions on my nails and they werent properly placed, so they have a lot of curve to them which is getting in the way. I cant even use the fingerprint scanner on my phone anymore without pushing on the nail. Additionally, a gel topcoat was used but now it is completely lifting and peeling off of every nail. Wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.

I decided to go in and just try a new place. The lady doing my nails took two hours which seemed kind of long for the poor job that was done. She nicked my cuticle which made it bleed. There were clumps under the nails that weren’t removed and when she painted them, you could just see the different layers. I’ve only had them on for a week, five of the nails have popped off and some of the others are lifting on the sides. I wouldn’t recommend nor go back.

I had an excellent experience at this salon. They were extremely nice, accommodating and reasonably priced. I’m impressed with their pedicure. Mine was about 45 minutes long and it was the lowest priced on the menu. Nice people & good service. They were very understanding about the bad condition my nails were in and were gentle because of that. Will be back!

I received a Poly-Gel set. 5pm appointment- so I was the last customer in the salon.The technician who did my nails was nice.However, the whole process took 1 hr 45 minutes.(Not sure if that is normal)I felt as if he was trying to finish up and leave- even with the amount of time it took.When I got home, I noticed I had hardened gel under my nails. 2 days afterward the corner of my thumb nail extension broke off, and the say before that the paint was chipping on my pointed finger.Technician told me ( as he was applying the polish) that he wasnt using the Gel polish because it was $20 more than regular OPI nail polish.The polish was applied beautifully, and the staff was very nice, accommodating.Disappointed with service from technician though.

Nini is very friendly and pays attention to detail. I just moved to the area and have tried a couple other salons. This is where I have made my new home.

Not a good experience. Pedicure was good. Dip is the worst experience I’ve ever had. The Owner did my nails...they broke in less than 24 hours...color very poor using older products. Owner asked me to walk across floor barefoot after pedicure no pedicure shoes. Not sure how these reviews are accurate??

I got pedicure and dip powder. Dip powder does include trimming of nails, without knowing I asked for manicure seperately thinking that I would get a scrub for my hands, and the technician just trimmed my nails for the manicure and charged me for manicure seperately. The pedicure wasnt great either.

Nini have 5stars. Nice shop, very friendly workers, & welcome invite. My 1st time Nini made sure I had exactly what I wanted & even time slot! Love it! New customer !!

Nini has been doing my nails for over 20 years....i am so glad she has everything set up so I feel safe with everyone wearing masks and shields. I highly recommend all the services offered.

I received a full set and my nails started lifting 3 days later. The set that was supposedly totally soaked off, were not. I asked for square shaped and they were not and not all even...some were shorter than others. I wasted $80 dollars on a new set and toe polish change but, NEVER again!!!

Love it here!!!! everyone is so kind and does a great job with everything and completes the pedicure and manicure in great time and never stops massaging my legs to early.

This is my favorite place in the area for a manicure! Nini is the BEST ! She shapes your nails perfectly every time and the gel manicure last forever! She is awesome. This isnt an upscale, fancy salon--but the quality of work cant be beat! Ive been going here exclusively for manicures for over five years--Loyal customer!

Maria is awesome! She’s very professional and welcoming. We always had great conversation and she did a fantastic job on my nails. Maria is #1 at threading eyebrows by making it as painless as possible and still providing the look you want. She’s also pretty flexible and works with you on schedule changes.I moved out of state about a month ago due to a job transfer and finding a replacement has been hard. I highly recommend her.

Got my nails done there about 3 weeks ago and they are still intact! They have a wide selection of colors to choose from and their prices are very affordable!

I stopped here on a whim. So glad I did. They got me in right away and were super friendly and nice. There was an elderly lady (with a new knee replacement) getting her nails done in front of me. The lady doing her nails (the owner?) told her she would go to her house to do her nails in the future because of her limited mobility. The husband of the owner helped the lady get up and walked her to the car where her husband had pulled up to take her home. They went above and beyond to be curious and helpful to this sweet lady.

While the staff was nice, the person who did my nails went through it really quick, it wouldnt usually be a problem but she clearly did not care. The acrylic is super think and my nails look like the hunchback of Notre dame.

I liked this salon the first few time I went right after they opened their new location but their service started slacking once they got to know me more which is so weird. I get th same service almost every time too and the prices were always different!! The last 2 pedicures I have gotten haven’t even lasted two weeks. The polish chips and looks terrible. My last gel manicure was a disaster! I had arcylics removed and they did not remove all the acrylic leaving my nails looking thick and bumpy. They told me they didn’t remove it all so my nails wouldn’t be too thin. Then proceeded to paint on top of the mess with my gel color I picked out and they just kept coating the top coat on over and over again (5 top coats total) leaving them even more thick and bumpy! When I came back to have it fixed they wanted to just put in ANOTHER coat and got annoyed when I asked that they be redone correctly.. they still didn’t remove the leftover arcylic at this point.I went yesterday to a different salon to have my nails fixed correctly and all the acrylic taken off properly and my nails are destroyed! Literally never seen anything like it. I am so frustrated that I have spent so much money there the past few months. My nails have never been in such terrible shape. Luckily the salon I went to was able to clean them up and and smooth them out. Hopefully they’ll get back to normal soon.Sadly I will not be returning to this salon anymore.

The Internet said they opened at 9:30am. I was there on the dot. The open sign was lit and the sign said they opened at 9am! Yet no one was there...I called and the woman who answered said she wad running late and would be there in a half an hour. She wanted me to wait but I didnt have time. Unprofessional.

I bought a Groupon to this place for a jelly pedicure and a dip-in color acrylic manicure. The pedicure was nice, but I felt that she cut it short because I didnt get as much treatment as my friend did.My nails though... They are horrific. She didnt really give me a manicure and insisted in me paying extra for it, which it said it was included in the Groupon. The acrylics turned out horribly mis-shapen and so very bubbly. She didnt try to file them evenly or smooth the surface out. I have the color crap stuck all over my fingers and she didnt even try to do clean up. I am so embarrassed by them that I am going to go pay to have them taken off elsewhere.
