Been coming here for 5 years. Everyone is friendly. Place is extremely clean. Doesn’t have that strong nail salon order like many others do. Huge selection of polish colors to select from.

Make sure to book book appointment! They do walk ins but the wait can get longer as the appt people come in. They keep saying it will only be 10 minutes wnd that turns into 45 while your feet are soaking.

I have been coming here for years and have referred many friends and family here. The facility is very clean, modern and the staff is very friendly and professional. My favorite nail tech is New and his wife Nhi is a very close second. He is a perfectionist and does a fabulous job. I get compliments on my nails all of the time. They also have waxing services as well as eye lash tinting and extensions.

I felt like i was papered and well taken care of .Dominic, who did my pedicure and acrylic set, was very charming and did a wonderful job .Ive gone a couple nail salons in Overland park and Ive been disappointed, but this guy exceeded my expectations . his service is not rushed and my nails last for weeks .The shop is squeaky clean, very calm, and staffs are nice . My daughter was happy with her dip manicure on natural nails for prom. Got an appointment easily the day we called.

I am going to give it 3 stars, for me the customer service consists in 2 the kindness or attention and the quality of service. I gave myself a service in half, they told me I was ready to go, it was finished, they sent me to my car with the polish of my feet and hands, really fresh, they didnt give me the time to wait in the LED light, I paid and I lost money for something I didnt want.

Rose is amazing! I got the green tea spa pedicure. Powered on the message chair, and I practically fell asleep. The most relaxing pedicure I have ever gotten. I would definitely recommend. I walked in today on a Saturday and got right in. So relaxing!

I have always had a great professional experience here. The owner is an actual cosmetologist and follows proper state board procedures! Not many places care to...That is well worth the price!!! Go get a nail fungus somewhere else!

Worst experience ever. I have been there for wax and they are so irresponsible in their job and they charged me more then the price we discussed at the beginning, also the wax they did was horrible. If asked if ‘I want to visit again,’ I’ll answer better stay without waxing then going there and getting terrible experience.

The worst. Amateur hour at this place. I couldn’t believe this one lady dictates and bosses everyone around has some girl that doesn’t know what she is doing trying to take off the shellac on my toes. Easy enough nothing new right. The foils where falling off she was fumbling. I sat there and was amazed at this terrible nail salon. Not even worth one star! Hard pass!

Will not be returning here. I paid way too much for bad service and nails that don’t look very good. I had a hang nail on my pinky toe and I told the guy about it and he sat there and picked at it for 5 minutes after I told him just to leave it alone. After my nails were painted he then filed one of my nails and made it look very jagged and it even took some of the paint off. Not very happy.

Not relaxing my skin kept bleeding because she kept being extremely careless with my nails. The massage was just rubbing lotion on my hands for 5 seconds. I will not be coming back.

New and Nhi are the absolute best and nicest nail artists I’ve ever been to. I always get complimets on my nails whenever I go to them and I’m never pressured to get something I don’t want.

Me and my mom went for pedi... they were trying to sell their expensive pedi..and when I said I need a basic one..they were still pushing me to get expensive one.....in their basic pedi they dont even massage or clean with scrubber.... I always go to babe nails, they are so good..they remove dead skin and massage so well...

BUYER BEWARE....RIPOFF!!!! Make sure they quote you before they talk you into services because you will get the shock of your life when you get your bill!!! They charged me $70 for a gel pedicure that they talked me into!! At most salons they up charge $10 for gel here its an ADDITIONAL $25! Then they asked if I wanted the scrub, which is included in a lot of places or maybe and additional $5 or $10 well not here! An additional $25!!! I have never in my life paid $70 for a pedicure. So many other good nail salons to choose from that dont do bait and switch tactics!

I was referred by a friend who always had amazing nails and didnt mind paying a higher price to have my nails done here. But now on three different occasions my acrylic nails with gel polish have not lasted, with at least one or two nails completely coming off between fills. Very disappointed as I use to love coming here.....

Great experience here! I went with my two younger sisters, got polish changes for the three of us and an upper lip wax for me. Price points were $6 for a polish change, $9 when you add a design, $11 for french tips, and $10 for the wax.They treated my younger sisters like proper customers, which I appreciated greatly, and while the receptionist (who might also be the owner) was brusque, the straightforwardness was great. There was no manipulation into more expensive services, price switch ups, or lag time.The efficiency was incredible and this is absolutely the place to go if you need your nails (and a wax!) done well in under 30 minutes! If youre picky about customer service and/or dont like techs chatting in Vietnamese to each other, though, steer clear.

Got a basic mani/pedi. The staff was rude and kept pushing me to get more expensive services. They rushed me along before my nails were dry. Half of my nails were smudged by the time I got home.

I am allergic to many of the nail products but like longer nails and polish that stays on for more than one day. Angie is awesome and found a way that I can actually have the nails I want and not break out in rashes all over my hands. I thought I could never have nice nails and she worked with me to make it happen. I would definitely recommend them to anybody!
