It was great, my friends nephew had a birthday party there and it was super fun. But their spicy chicken is making me want more the next day so yeah.

So my rating is 2 years old but I never left a review. This is the cleanest and friendliest trampoline park in the metro area. We have a blast every time we go. Ignore the haters and the one star reviews, this place is great. I like it better than Sky Zone because it’s so much cleaner and they offer more attractions for young kids IMO.

This is not a friendly location for people of color specifically. My 2 year old and 4 year old nephews were told they couldn’t play with specific kids because of them being black directly from the parents and this didn’t happen once but twice with two different families in two different areas of this location. Even told they’re own kids to not speak back. This was extremely bothering and ignorant. Through out our entire experience we were being watched and racially profiled by the staff as well. I won’t be returning and I’ll no longer spend a dollar of my money here since apparently it’s a color issue. Period.

My son had fun. Staff was all young. Some friendly. Birthday hostess not very experienced. For the amount of money the charge to host a birthday party, the hostess should know what to do around kids. Just my ppl on. Staff needs to smile. Kids were having fun though!

Membership Buyer BEWARE! If you wish to sign a year (or more) of your life away, by all means buy a park membership. But rest assured, you will not escape unscathed! I have 4 children. I signed up 1 for a membership in March of 2021. I then proceeded to sign up my remaining kids for a membership at the end of July 2021. What I have found out is the year-long contract I signed up for back in March was automatically extended to the latest date I signed up a family member (July 2021). So the months I was paying for my first child were null and void in his year-long contract! I am now on the hook to pay for 16 months vs. 12 months for that one membership. I’ve tried for nearly a month to talk to someone at Urban Air. I’ve emailed a half dozen times asking to speak to someone directly about this deceptive contract, but they refuse to give me a phone number. Their reply is the same - I’ve basically signed my life away and am on the hook for nearly $1,000 after all is said and done. They DO NOT have a cancellation policy. No cancellation fee whatsoever. So unless you honestly think you’ll actively use the membership for a year solid, buy the day pass instead! Trust me, it’ll save you a ton of money in the end. I WOULD NOT TRUST THIS BUSINESS. Rarely do I write reviews, but in this case I feel it’s necessary to do so in hopes that I save someone else from their deceptive contractual business practices.

Excellent! I was worried after seeing some bad reviews but glad I gave it a chance. Staff was friendly and attentive, my kids loved the activities and everything was clean and safe. Definitely got our money’s worth!

Impolite young woman at front desk that made me fill out new waiver forms even though we’ve visited this location more than 10 times before and never had a problem until today. After one attempt to look up by phone number she already started telling me to go through the hassle of redoing the forms. She acted like it was an inconvenience for her to look up with alternate phone info or other info like name or email.To top it off the prices went up, now forced to buy socks for $2, and there are less jump areas available on the basic pass. Previous jump areas replaced with new items that cost extra to enjoy. How is this a good deal? How is this a reward to your long term customers who try to do business with you since Covid restrictions were scaled down?Thanks for the awful experience! Your $2 socks and your rude employees just cost you a family of repeat customers!

Soooo much fun!! We went with the family for a birthday. I recommend getting the Platinum package. There are so many fun activities in addition to the jumping. They close at 9:00 so go earlier because two hours is not enough time!

Would be one star but the employee in charge of our party (Lauren) was very kind and patient. Also answered questions without an attitude or any sign of annoyance.The major downside to this place is the fact that for certain attractions at Urban Air you could be standing in line for a long time just to get told you didn’t have the right wristband and then you have just wasted very expensive time that you could be jumping for just to get told you couldn’t get on an attraction. Also there should be a policy on grabbing children, what gives any of your employees the right to grab another’s person 5 year old by the arm and take them away from a attraction. They could have instead asked the parents to explain to the child that they could play on something else instead.

The staff is so friendly! they’re so eager to help and they’re very interactive with my kiddos! i nanny and this is hands down my FAVORITE place to bring my kids. every time i work my kids beg me to go to urban air. they always make friends and the food is super good! prices are great and i’ve met the owner and he’s super friendly. i recommend this place for your next family outing!

Weve taken our kids here many times and they love it. New ownership took over recently and made some great upgrades: virtual reality, bumper cars, a zip line, rock climbing, etc. The kids had a blast, ran off a ton of energy, and didnt want to leave. Also, it was CLEAN, which was very nice to see. We bought a membership which was a much better deal compared to other parks like this.

Fun place with several options to explore with helpful staff

Such a great place for nannies to bring their kids. Their parent lounge in the back made it easy for me to catch up on some work while the kids ran off their energy. We will definitely be coming back the kids had a great time.

Fun place to let kids burn off energy. They have a night time play with black lights and glows. UrbanAir does seem to be busy no matter the day or time. Overall, its a great place.

We love coming to Urban Air!!! The girls at the front desk were so helpful in explaining the different packages. It was super clean, they were cleaning and handing out sanitizer several times in our visit! We felt really safe and with covid thats a big deal. The new bumper cars were so much fun! We cant wait to come back and will probably buy a membership!

The customer service here is great and I really enjoyed how clean it is. The pizza they serve is also some of the best pizza I’ve ever had. Definitely gonna come back more often.

As a young single father i rely on this place to entertain my kiddos and keep them happy. whenever i run out of ideas i send my kids here because they absolutely love it. 10/10 recommend.

Fair warning: there is no attempt at asking people to wear masks or even remotely socially distance. They take temps at the door, but other than that you are truly playing at your own risk. I had hoped that at least adults would be asked to wear masks. Wont be back any time soon.

My niece and daughter went 6/5/21 and was charged $80 for to only jump and socks... they were over charge a fee that doesnt add up the same amount as the web site.

Kids love the membership. Free pizza and popcorn, hours of fun.

This is my least favorite location... Missing some attractions which sucked. Overpriced and WAY too crowded. It was fun but not worth $40 by any means

Brought my family here a week ago for a BIRTHDAY PARTY and when I tell you I had the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE from Urban Air! They have the nicest management especially one in particular Riley!! Will defiantly becoming back more often!!!!

Do not bring your kids here. Upon walking in, it was crowded. There was a line of customers blocking the entrance. People were smoking outside of the entrance. Once we got inside, none of the kids had their mask on. They shouldve had a limit on how many people they would allow in because it was waaaaay over crowded that day and I refused to let my 6 year old niece play here and potentially get hurt. The self service kiosks clearly werent being disinfected between uses. The place was dirty and smelled like feet and sweat. The place is ran by teens...there were no ADULT staff members in site. What kind of place is this? My family and Is instincts kicked in and told us to leave. Take your kids to SkyZone, at least the socks are included.

This place is for all kids. I love the huge playground for the little kids and its separate from the big kid area which is much appreciated. I went to a birthday party and the party room was nice and clean and the person assisting us did a good job. I think Urban Air is better than sky zone be a use of the different play areas.

I am a member at Urban Air Overland Park and I love it. I go and hang out with my friends every day I can. The workers are awesome and the food is good!

Definitely wont be back. Skyzone is so much better. I went with my sons, sister and friend. To start off the website is pretty glitchy and charged my card 3 times even though it kept saying there was an unknown error. I spoke with a manager before I left and she said since it didnt show on her end that it wasnt going to go through and my bank should drop it off, but then proceeded to say if it didnt then to call back and they will refund me immediately. Its been 3 weeks Ive called 3 different times no one has reached back out to me. I am out $84 and Im annoyed. Another thing is they literally have a policy where you cant wear any socks but theirs and they had people coming up to kids while theyre PLAYING and saying they need to go up and change their socks. All because of a color? Sounds petty to me. Another thing was my one year old son was just enjoying himself playing but apparently he was on it too long so instead of kindly asking me to go and get him because I was standing RIGHT THERE THIS young teenager went to grab my son as if he was the boss. I generally was not happy with the place at all and I wont be back. Id rather go spend a couple extra bucks at SkyZone then this awful managed place.

I’ve been to urban air and sky zone and i have to say urban air is 1,000 times better. all the staff is incredibly amazing and interactive. we love this place!

Worst place to take your kids!!! Just gives staff a excuse to verbally abuse your kids!!! Staff member atAnkeny Iowa urban air was very verbally abusive to my grandson!! Tried to call left messages contacted them through Facebook but go figure they won’t answer me or make it right!! Very unprofessional place in ankeny. Beware do not take your children to ankeny it’s not safe!!! Chinese guy who works there is very very verbally abusive!!!

The attractions were fun but the Cafe is a joke. Took over 20 minutes to get chicken tenders that were not good at all and didnt even get the fries ordered, just chips. (There was no one in front of us.) Overpriced garbage.

Do not go there the staff was rude nobody wearing masks they wasnt taking temperature make sure nobody was sick they didnt wipe down nothing it was my 1st experience in last i will never ever go there i see why ppl.go to skyzone they have a lot of kids working there even the management was rude never will i come again waste of money

In town from Seattle and sister took us here. Kids had a blast, I had a blast :). Though unless you have there special socks just go barefoot (makes sense).

As a person that worked here and others can agree DIDENT get paid well at all for half of the hours I worked woke up early to show up to work just to get a lowsey pay check and in all the mangers ate disrespectful and there are people I know and dont know that can agree and they and I ended up quiting if they gave better pay to staff that work there but off for a million dollar franchise I dont think it would hurt to pay more than 7$ and if they pays more than that staff would be motivated to go to work every day to do their jobs

If you are choosing between Sky Zone and Urban Air... Urban Air is better. I live 10 minutes from Sky Zone but drove 35 min here instead.Pros: not crowded, had more attractions than Sky Zone like the American Ninja Warrior course and 3 story playground plus the trampoline pit was made of a blow up cushion area instead of foam which seems more sanitary.Cons: not enough staff when we went on a Saturday (line to pay had one register open out of 4 and it was long), expensive ($13 for 1 hour of jumping and then the playground/Ninja warrior course were $5 extra), they wouldnt allow you to use the Sky Zone socks, dodgeball area was smaller than Sky Zone, you had to pay extra to get a time card for the Ninja Warrior course, the playground was a bit beat up and the air ball guns we not working. I would suggest the playground and Ninja course should not be extra at all.

I had my daughters birthday party here sunday. I reserved a table and they do a great job decorating it and having it ready when you get there. They have very attentive staff who do a great job. I really appreciate the quality service for the price. Definitely recommend.

Excellent venue for any age kid or teenager. Recently renovated and updated an excellent place for having fun! Staff is super friendly and very helpful. Just note recently updated computer system will require you to do a waiver update.

Came for my cousins birthday party, while the kids had so much fun jumping, when we got into the room to do pizza, cake and presents, the party hosts that we had were awful! They didn’t make the experience personal at all, they stood in the corner and whispered and laughed to each other and were very awkward, they were trying to clean up everything in the middle of the party, why couldn’t they wait till it was over? Because of this, the parents had to do all of the work which kind of defeats the purpose. Overall everything was good except for the hosts, they were just in the way the whole time, hire some better employees or train them properly

This place is so much fun. We came on a rainy day and had an absolute blast jumping around. It’s perfect for kids of all ages. Big kids have their own area, little one have smaller places to jump plus a play center for little kids only. Perfect for parties and large groups. Absolutely recommend this place, and will definitely come back

My 3 year old had the best time here and keeps asking to go back. The playground is huge and she played on her own there for over half an hour, which is forever for her. It is a little pricey though and was starting to get busy by the time we left.

This is the most awesomest place ever and no place can compare!

The manager on duty 8/3/19 in the afternoon was absolutely wonderful. We had a large party of 20 people, she was so patient and accommodating! The park was clean and well maintained. We had a blast and my two birthday girls had a day they won’t forget!

Love the new climbing area and other new things! Just wish this place was twice as big! Birthday party was a success!

Great new attractions and fun park

I have visited this place once and thought of never going back to visit again because non of them are wearing masks, there’s a huge crowd and no social distance followed.I thought I will be having fun going with my 1year old but was frightened about safety.

Have a party fine spend a lot of money, but not allowing other socks but you can go barefoot...gross. Then order a pretzel and nachos to wait 25 minutes. Improvements can be made.

Great trampoline park in overland park. If youre looking for things to do in overland park, this is a great place to go. Also, its indoors so its great during winter.

I hosted a 5 year old party here, and I was amazed at the customer service and detailed Logan had given my party. He made sure everyone felt comfortable and consistently checked to make sure he could help in any way. I would recommend this place to anyone considering a party.

This place is awesome! I was able to book a party room for my son and daughters combined birthday party on Saturday the 14th. Our party guide was super accommodating, and was with us through the entire time we were there. They helped with getting all of our little jumpers checked in, and when pizza and cake time came, they helped serve all the kids. I was able to leave a great tip for our party host, as he was patient and AMAZING! My kids had a great time, and Urban Air not only made this birthday party super easy, but they truly made this momma happy!

The establishment was very dirty and we could choose if we wanted to go barefoot or purchase socks for $ 2.50 each pair. This on top of entry fee. We had other trampoline socks with us, but were told to take them off.I will never come back here, ever!Sky zone is cleaner and allows us to have other socks. And do NOT allow people to go bare feet!
