The staff are extremely friendly, welcoming, and professional. I enjoy coming to the club and feel like they always welcome you with a big smile. The club is well cared for and cleaned very often. The only concern I found was the young children getting into the hot tub and the parents not attending to their children in the pool. For example, some families let the kids push and run on the deck and play a pushing game into the pool. I find this very dangerous and upsetting to the patrons who want to relax and enjoy a nice, quiet pool area or swim.Overall, the club does a wonderful job for the patrons and I enjoy my experience at the club very much.
Just got out of my first personal training session with Gabby! Awesome job! Great inspiration! Looking forward to more great workouts!
Front Desk staff is really friendly. They do great welcoming in members as they come in. Especially after a long day, its nice to hear.
I love this place honestly. Shashanna helped me and showed me around, she was very friendly and professional and made me comfortable to be here. They have great equipment here too. She made sure I understood my membership before setting up my payment. I highly recommend going here and requesting her to help you sign up!!!
I go to this gym five days a week and absolutely love it! They have every piece of equipment you can name! I train with Bailey and she really knows her stuff. Jeremiah is also very helpful and informative!
Enjoy working out here a lot, personal trainers are great as well as the staff :)
I am a holdover from 24 hr fitness. My home club is Ward Parkway, but I’ve been to most in the area at least once. Great amenities, friendly staff and clean place to work out. Recommended.
Staff is amazing and so nice. I avoided gyms for years because of feeling judged being overweight, but I have never felt that here love coming here! I have lost 40 lbs since joining this gym and cant wait to continue this journey.
This place brings out the real me! Love it!
This place is awesome, best gym I’ve even been inside, very clean. Orlando did a great job showing me around, answered all my questions, wouldn’t wanna be at any other gym
The gym is quite adequate. I have been a Member for years dating to early Prairie Life days. My biggest complaint has been their response to Covid. I would not use the word “health” club. They do the minimum, if that, apparently fearing backlash from anti-maskers. Makes me concerned about how many are unvaccinated. I have tried to contact management regarding this issue without success. No one answers e-mails or returns calls. I think they would sacrifice my membership calculating they could gain two more by being lax. It is my hope they will be more proactive.
When i was a tiny person i would stay at the daycare. 90s for sure. My earliest human memories are from here. You all were so nice to me. Thank you can i come back and work there
Genesis Health Clubs in North Overland Park is the standard of what a great gym can be. Locker rooms are always spotless, the gym itself is incredibly clean. The big thing is the staff, the trainers genuinely care about your goals and make the extra effort to help you succeed. I have been working with Reese and he has been professional and has pushed me to get correct form with every exercise I do! I love Genesis and highly recommend it!
I have been to about 6 gyms in my life and Genesis is by far the nicest, biggest and honestly has the most equipment and amenities that I have ever been too. I chose the one off of Metcalf and they have an indoor/outdoor pool, sauna’s, steam rooms, jacuzzis and they offer so many classes Depending on what you are interested in. I am very happy to become a member at Genesis and I will definitely tell all of my friends/family!
Good facility. Never too crowded on the equipment and well maintained. They also have childcare services with good hours to help get workouts in on the weekends.
This gym is wonderful, I had an amazing time here and loved the different pools.I had a wonderful advisor Orlando who took me on a tour.
Very organized and a good range of different workout machines!
Childcare is awesome! Love that I can go to multiple locations. The kids look forward to going to the gym and much as I do. Excellent staffing.
I upgraded my membership so I could have access to a better pool. Thank you for resurfacing the indoor pool and keeping the water crystal clear!
Gym looks phenomenal!!! but the staff is even more incredible, Orlando did a wonderful job showing me the facility, very friendly, very helpful.
I talked to the manager, he saw my KC Strongman Games shirt and asked me about it. Im a local Strongman and Powerlifting competitor, and told him about my upcoming comps. He was very courteous and communicative. They have a few pools here to choose from 2 large outdoor and a large indoor. Indoor jacoozi in the locker rooms, sufficient amount of lockers, and nicely maintained fitness equipment, the weight machines look almost new.
I love the different classes and all the friendly and encouraging staff who always make me welcome. I recommend this health club so much.
I absolutely loved this gym and my wonderful advisor Orlando who took great care of me.
Very clean and updated gym wonderful staff working here I would definitely recommend.
This is a great place to work out. The instructors are excellent, very professional and well trained. The energy and environment is fun and uplifting. . The staff is very courteous and helpful. I highly recommend this Genesis location to be your gym!
Ive been a member of this gym since it was Prairie Life, then The Athletic Club. Ill admit it made me nervous to hear that Genesis was taking over, but I have been pleasantly surprised! The staff is always friendly, the gym is clean, and the variety of equipment is great. Weve been working with a trainer there for the past 4 months, and Hunter has been great too!!My only negative (and why I took off a star) is the weekend hours. The gym closes at 8pm Fri-Sun which feels way too early for such a premium gym. Prairie Life was open until 11pm on the weekends, and all other area Genesis clubs are open until 10pm on the weekend. Even just being open until 9 would be helpful!
Ample aquatics and spas, plus sauna and steam room and brand new gym equipment. Lots of free classes as part of membership - good variety, and positive atmosphere.
They wanted me to give them 5 stars for a shirt. I can’t in good faith keep that up. The front seat staff isn’t great, the exercise staff is decent. There are always piles of towels everywhere and the cleansliness isn’t great. Has everything you need though, not a bad gym at all.
Enjoy the facility, staff and members. A very welcoming environment.
Genesis harassed me with calls for an entire year even after I moved and wasn’t close to their gyms. I do not trust them especially after reading how they keep charging people even though they want to cancel their membership. Prairie life and even athletic club were great so I was sad to hear this location had been taken over by new mgmt. I still love this place and enjoy using the pool and classes but it doesn’t feel the same.
Member at this club since 1999. I mainly use the pools, which are kept clean and temperatures are great. The staff works hard and is always courteous, helpful and friendly.
Genesis North Overland Park has been a wonderful experience for me and my fitness journey. Im a big girl with a long way to go, but I have amazing support with the staff here. Im confident Ill reach some incredible goals.I first met Shishi when I came in for a tour, she answered all my questions and made the process so comfortable, I felt so welcomed I joined immediately. Jess gave me my fitness assessment, she was very thorough and encouraging with advice and a plan to get me moving towards my goals. She then set me up with Hunter for my personal training. I was nervous but Hunter really listened to me and helped me through each workout while challenging me but not pushing me past my limits. Hunter thoroughly explains dos donts with each machine we train on while keeping me excited for more. Every time I pass through and Jess sees me I love that she smiles and says hi, Haley that shows she cares and Im not just a number. Shishi is equally encouraging when I see her, she always brings me joy and motivation to try more classes.Ive really been loving the Aqua Surge class with Sarissa and Aqua Flow with Lea. When they arent around Ive enjoyed Marys class as well. I love the water so it makes me happy to have the choice of indoor and two outdoor pools. I dont love how I look in a bathing suit, however, not once have I felt uncomfortable or judged by staff or members. It feels amazing to do what I need to do without worrying about how I look. I know how to swim but I wanted to learn how to swim lap lanes properly so I signed up for a few swimming lessons with James. Hes an awesome teacher, very patient and knows how to direct me to learn what I need for swimming and breathing properly.Five stars for all the amazing things Ive experienced so far. Each of the people I mentioned truly care about you and your fitness journey success. Highly recommend anyone considering a gym to come here.
The staff is always so welcoming, kind, and helpful! Especially Cody, he greets me and others as we walk in every single time. Freaking love this gym!!
Great gym. Has everything you want in a gym. Signed with Terriq who works there and he was the best I totally recommend anyone who wants to sign up go talk to him he knows what he is talking about he will be straight with you and tell you everything you need to know about the gym and will give you advise about the gym Terriq is very upbeat and very helpful.
The staff is always friendly and will be there if you ever need help. At these gyms, I am always intimidated by everyone but here it is a completely different story. Even café staff is always nice and Leia is always super helpful regarding any membership questions I may have! :)
Great gym with great workers and trainers. Really good equipment. Always feel welcome!
They do not enforce social distancing at all. They just put up laminated signs, which people then just move and ignore. It is definitely over crowded. Especially the weights area upstairs. Often there arent even towels for cleaning equipment after use and you have to walk all over the gym to find one. The staff knows that people are moving the signs too. A few times I have had staff members approach me while working out to advertise their classes. They are super aggressive with advertising. I had to call in to get off their email list, because the unsubscribe button would not work.
Great facilities, clean environment, helpful and friendly staff! 10 out of 10 would recommend!!
Great atmosphere, cool workout areas, awesome staff and front bar. Would love some investment in security, though. Other Genesis health clubs use built in locks for their locker room, and this one does not. I have heard of members having their items stolen because of it.
The facility is very inviting---well maintained---staff works well
I was shocked with a rise in Covid cases that they did not even follow their stated policy that I looked up before I went. I was accosted in the locker room by a woman mask less running through there. They were maskless in the sauna, steam room, whirl pool, weight room, everywhere. Social distancing was not observed or enforced. The staff told me they just had to wear a mask when they walked in the door and then they were free to take it off once they were inside. We have a state ordinance that requires a mask and social distancing. This is a health/fitness operation. This is a profit organization that does not Care about the public for your well-being, life or health. The staff I talk to said this has been going on since they re-opened. Super spreader!
The staff here are very helpful and professional! They keep the facility clean and greet you when you enter!
Terriq did an excellent job of explaing the program and signing me up.
My wife and I have enjoyed this gym and especially the pool area for last couple years. Joel their aquatics worker has been there for years and does an excellent job. Pools are well maintained and would recommend a visit to anyone.
Sliced the courts in half to make it half court, just to make room for more exercise equipment. there system is completely messed because i’ll come here 3 times no problems, but the next time i come they say my account was deleted in september, it’s april. the people refuse to except the fact there system is messed up and say we just got deleted. so then i have to reactive my account after the payment already came out my account for that month.
Watch out and buyer beware! They will scam you. When your contract is up, they will continue to charge you, only they won’t tell you that. They changed from Prairie Fitness to Athletic Club to Genesis, which makes the contracts void, as you did not have a contract with the new clubs. Even when closed during the pandemic, they charged their members! Woman named “Maria” refused to give me her full name!! Tells me they are used to dealing with irate members.
Everyone is nice and so is the facility :-)
Nice staff and nice environment!! Tons of equipment and resources for a great workout
Great gym and staff. Outdoor pool and random themed parties.
Shashanna and Eric are awesome! Highly recommend this gym!
Very good experiences exercising here.
Great class, very clean.
Great place to go swim with the family.
Great remodeled location! Love the pools in and outdoor as well as spacious locker rooms with hot tub, sauna and steam room! Very large and clean lifting area upstairs. Always enjoy working out every time I go! Definitely recommend!
Helpful employees great environment feel very welcomed.
Thanks Eric for the tour! You and the staff are so friendly and professional!
DO NOT GO HERE. this place used to be great when I was training. awhile back, now people are stealing things from cars, and flat out stealing the cars too. someone broke in my vehicle, realized they cant drive a manual, and left it.
👎❌You will be paying for ever. Impossible to cancel. They will ruin your credit. Similar to pay day loan. Read what Amy Jourden says below.🚫👎
Gym is a gym but the people running the gym need to understand business better. I was charged $312 by accident from another gym that had similiar name. So we figured out the Why and to this day, 22 days later I still have not received my money back. Corporate call just now said it could be 45-60 days! This is ridiculous and if this Large Gym is too big to fix a mistake on their end then maybe the smaller gyms are the way to go!
I love this gym
Staff is very rude. they don’t let hoopers hoop bruh.
Just had my first opportunity to go back to the updated gym. I had the pleasure of trying out the Combo 6 with Brett Boston. It was AWESOME! The gym itself is great, but the classes and the trainers there are incredible. Whether you are looking for a place to start or if youre already well into your fitness journey and want to switch it up to challenge yourself, you need to try out Combo 6 with Brett! I had great time. Thank you!
I work out here !Its spacious and have all types of equipment and pool, game area!
Clean, well-equipped, friendly staff.
Worst gym in the metro. Over priced day spa with part time hours. I have injured myself 3x because they think its fun to flip the lights off while pressing weight. Staff is rude and gets enjoyment out of harassing people and trying to be a distraction while lifting. Total bait and switch from an actual gym like 24. Its a shame I can only give 1 star. RUN AWAY!!!
I enjoy the gym but their response to COVID is very spotty. They reduced their hours for a while then in July went back to closing at midnight per usual. But then went back to closing early without any notice less than a week later. No email, no call or text. Very frustrating. Also, the logic behind closing early because of a virus makes no sense. By closing early you give people a smaller window to work out, therefore more people at the gym at once. Increasing the likelihood of contracting a virus.
The Athletic Club is a nice gym with some convenient amenities, but the customer service is pretty terrible. They are not helpful or customer oriented and are clearly only interested in taking your money. They would be smart to switch their strategy to focus on helping their customers reach their health/wellness goals rather than just making money. That would be more effective to keep people coming back.
Facility is very nice, clean, staff professional.....COLT MAGNUS was especially helpful with my account recently
Has great facilities and equipment.
Great place tucked away that youll never find unless you are certainly looking for It. Some of the nicest staff youll find anywhere in the area. Great equipment and facility, plenty of parking and easy access. Well maintained during recent snow storms also.
Customer Service has suffered some sine the change over
Love the classes in the outdoor pool!
Amazing gym and nicest staff.
Great place to workout. The remodel was fantastic. There are 3 platforms to do power lifting/crossfit/bodybuilding. Plenty of bumper plates, tires, TRX bands, and new equipment for every muscle group. They treat my kids like their own. Theyre interested in my life and know me and my family by name. The bathroom tile and showers are going to be remodeled during phase two of remodeling and I cant wait for that. The pool has great group fitness and a masters swim program multiple times a week. Great way to stay motivated. Try them out! Its a great atmosphere.
Great staff and clean equipment
Friendly staff and good morale
The Athletic Club at 105th and Barkley has two persistent problems:1) I joined this club mainly because the pool offered many hours of lap swimming. But often when I go there to swim, I find that all the lanes are being used for swimming lessons or for another group purpose. This is nothing new, but the big problem is that the no-lap-swim hours are not published. A sheet of paper outside the mens locker room lists some of the hours when individual members cannot use the pool--emphasis on some. (I assume theres a similar list outside the womens locker room.).Three times during the past two weeks, I could not swim because of this information deficit. I have not found the pool schedule on the website. When Ive called, the people answering the phone have lacked information. Some staff have ignored or dismissed phone, e-mail and in-person requests for clarification; one person has sighed and glared at me. for asking.Over the years Ive belonged to 14 facilities in 10 metro areas and have never seen such an easy-to-solve problem be ignored.2) The new owners have touted the remodeling that will take place between February 15 and February 26. I hope they remember to clean the tile in the mens shower stalls, the mens hot tub, and the pools hot tub. In these places, the tile grout has brown smears. Cleaning the grout takes more work than simply waving a rag at the dirt.
If you are a swimmer, steer clear. During the most popular times there are frequently scheduled events or classes taking up the entire pool. Even if you carefully schedule your swim time to make sure it doesnt conflict with the posted schedule, some rude older woman named Ann will come sit fully clothed and stare at you through half of your swim and then interrupt and try to kick you out because you are in her preferred lane and she needs to teach a class that isnt listed or mentioned anywhere by the actual gym staff. They also switched management recently and all of a sudden I started getting multiple random $30-$50 charges on my card from them. When I called, they claimed it was for previous child care and the system was just catching up but did not provide a statement of any sort.
Extremely friendly employees and the gym environment is just perfect for a good workout!
This is a great gym that gets all the basic, fundamental things right, and doesnt over-complicate with some of the rest. You can get in and out for a quick weekday workout smoothly, without feeling like youve been through an airport or bus station. And the lunch counter is great!
Awesome new location for Genesis Health Clubs! Packed with amenities like cardio equipment, group exercise classes, personal training, yoga, pilates, cycle classes, massage, child care, aquatics/pools, and a lot more!
Good big gym pools steam room sauna 2 floors with elevator hammer strength machines big open areas I think theres a smoothie bar also
I am a former full time employee for Prairie Life Fitness at the Overland Park location. I began my employment in 2012 as a Personal Trainer. By late 2014, I had been promoted to the head Fitness Director position. In June of 2017, I began feeling ill enough to miss periods of work. This continued till December of 2017, when my health deteriorated enough to be disabling. At this point, a local remediation company was hired to conduct air quality tests which revealed toxic levels of mold in the gym environment due to an ongoing leak from the roof hatch (which was located in my office space). Upon receiving the results, Prairie Life Overland Park management did not take immediate action in shutting my office area down. They also did not immediately notify training staff or clients/members about the issue.I developed numerous health issues by the end of 2017 and began to notice a certain improvement within days of being away from my work space.Initially, I attempted to file a workers compensation claim with the corporate office that was ignored for five weeks. Once they finally acknowledged my claim in late January 2018, their third party insurance company accepted my PCP as my workers compensation doctor. Due to medical direction, I was out of work for an extended period of time while making a recovery from the health issues I was experiencing. In April 2018, I had progressed as much as I could under my PCP’s care, and was referred to a specialist for further treatment.Although I was told by the corporate office that I was eligible for short term disability, I did not see a dollar of it for 12 weeks. Due to the stagnation of my claim, I sought legal counsel. In April 2018, Prairie Life’s corporate office became aware that I had legal representation and shortly after compensated some of my short-term disability (I was paid less than half of what I was entitled to). Two weeks after I was paid a partial amount for my short-term disability, I was fired over a text message. As a result of termination, I attempted to apply for unemployment. I was deemed ineligible by the unemployment office. During my interview, the unemployment office informed me that Prairie Life reported that I voluntarily quit.
I love Prairie Life. Im not the only one. This place tends to stay busy, but every member who frequents seems to be pretty respectful and focused on their workout, as it should be. Ive never had to wait for the machine I wanted. Theyre always clean and tidy, friendly staff, and hours are generous.
Do not work out there. It isn’t safe. Their rules state that everyone’s to wipe down the equipment before and after use. But less than 1/3 of the people using machines on the 2nd floor are doing that. The young kids at the counter are not wearing masks while they fold towels. When I asked why no one was enforcing the rules the response was “We are not the police.” Then why have rules? Large overweight men were going from machine to machine and didn’t wipe down a single thing.
My car got stolen at this gym and so did another persons and my friends this gym needs to be shut down ASAP every week multiple cars and peoples stuff are stolen cars keys headphones wallets everything it happens every week and they dont have cameras they dont care that it happens every week bc Im pretty sure its an inside job please dont go to this gym and please get it shut down
Its a nice gym, but it doesnt differentiate that much from all the others although it does have a sauna and a steam in both genders locker room. There is a nice pool outside, but the inside pool is a bit small. The basketball court is nice but I wouldnt say its good and the same goes with the actual fitness area.
It’s a clean and friendly workout environment.
This will be my break down of The Athletic Club.To start I just began going consistently since the remodeling after Prairie life closed down and let me tell you 1. The equipment is awesome, they have a new area that you have to check out where they do lots of classes.2. The staff is approachable, relatable, and truly care about you getting what you need and want out of the gym.3. The maintenance man is beyond stellar. He works day in and day out to keep everything running the way it should.4. They have a highly dedicated cleaning staff which truly includes everyone that works there. With the current COVID 19 pandemic that is something that we all need to be reassured of and they really are putting in the effort.5. The Trainers Windy, Zack, Tyler, Jess, James and many many more are spectacular and can help you meet your goals whether thats weight loss, building muscle, preparing for an athletic event, focusing on specific muscle groups for your sport or even rehab and rebuilding old injured areas. Also should you have any injuries they will send you to Angie she is phenomenal Physical therapist with a diverse back ground and history and they will tag team your care to prevent a repeat injury and strengthen that area.6. Why am I writing such a long review because this is one of the few gyms I feel at home. I love the remodeling and improvements, I love that I can feel at home with staff, there are not as many BEEF CAKES around so as a young male its nice to be able to workout and not have someone trying to size you up or out rep or max you. The reason I speak on the trainers is because Ive worked out with a handful of them and currently I am working with Jess to achieve my own health and body goals.7. LET ME TELL YOU ABOUT JESS! She is first off a brilliant trainer, I am currently a Nurse, former athlete (Wrestling, football), and I am currently in the Navy Reserves as a medic. I have worked with a lot of trainers, coaches, attended camps, bootcamp, workout sessions you name it Ive done it. I like to think I am well versed in the gym but each day with Jess is all about learning, giving 110%, mentality reminders, learning more about diet, checking my macros, etc etc. She knows the tricks of the trade no matter what your goal is and the best part about Jess is she is HONEST, she will be the first to tell you if she does not know something and help you find the information or answer, for example sending me to see Angie first to evaluate my shoulder since I had a labrum tear in my shoulder and am still trying to work through that. The teamwork to me was amazing to hear and it was nice to do it all through the same gym rather than be sent out to pay out of pocket somewhere else then wait for them to give her feedback.8. JESS RANT part 2: SHE IS TOUGH, but in a no bull Sh**, tell you straight, kind of way. As a former athlete, military member, I NEED someone to be straight with me, push me, and also reel me back when maybe I am doing something wrong or need a break. When she first made me workout the first thing she did is learn my body, see how I move, what hurts, what doesnt, second she made me tweak certain things to fix my form, thirdly she kicked my butt pushed hard, and also made sure I didnt pass out. She explained the workout to me, why I was struggling with certain movements, which of my muscle groups need to be worked on, and constantly made sure I was also giving her Feedback. Last thing I will say about Jess is that I love that she is open to Feedback and Questions. It helps me learn and stay focused and its nice that I can tell her that this one exercise or workout wasnt my thing, and I guarantee she will take that feedback into account. Plus if I tell her I dont like an exercise because its tough I love that she will be straight with me and tell me ITS GOOD FOR ME, to reach my GOALS it will take work which means not liking certain exercises. Like I said she will tell you straight. Helps me Keep that mentality and mood where it needs to be.9. Just go check it out see if it fits you.
Really annoyed that whoever was supposed to open the gym this morning never showed up and left us all waiting until 5:30 and we ended up having to drive to the other location.
After looking at a number of gyms, I picked this one because of the knowledge and friendliness of the staff, including front desk, personal trainers, and class instructors. The recent remodeling was another improvement.
Very friendly staff and everything you need.
It would probably not be considered state of the art but it is clean, has every piece if equipment I need and I swim, run, and lift weights. It also has amenities like a sauna, steam room and hot tub in the girls locker room, massages and a health snack bar available. The place is very open and the equipment is good, maybe not brand new top of the line but above average. I got a deal around $50 a month and I think its the best you can get for that value. I also enjoy how its open late.
***************WARNING - DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR BANK INFORMATION***************I was a member of Prairie Life for 2 years (The extent of their contract). Throughout my time there I would have random charges from them that they would be unwilling to explain what they were for. The team there was impossible to work with and frankly just did not care about their customers questions or concerns regarding their unexplained charges. After my 2 year contract was up, which I had been paying on for 6 months without going to the gym because of relocating, I went into their office and sat down to talk to some one to close my account. I wanted to make sure that everything was taken care of and paid in full so I would not get any further charges. I was told that everything was taken care of and my membership was cancelled. Nearly 2 years later, I got a call from a collection agency where they had continued charging me. When I called to talk to them, I was told by their staff 3 times that a manager would call me to discuss, which never happened. The 4th time I called, I was told that this was not their problem and was now mine to work out with the collection agency. This is poor business and now I have a derogatory credit mark on my report in error thanks to their horrible customer service. These people are crooks, do not give them your hard earned money. I highly recommend one of the other, nicer facilities in the area. I went to 24 hour fitness and it is a much nicer facility for the same price with none of the customer service troubles I faced at Prairie Life.
Customer service should be of high priority and today the membership staff was so rude, did not listen and continued making comments in the background. If your staff doesnt have proper training on membership and cancellation by all means dont work in memberships. I still never got a straight up answer. I feel scammed only positive thing was Kelsey was nice but I still wasnt given correct information--->Overland Park, KS
The crowds are OK. The staff is really nice. The equipment is very old and in kilos not pounds. The price is far more than what Id expect with this old equipment. 8/2/18 some of the old equipment is being replaced. 😀 8/28/18 all of the old equipment is now replaced. 5 stars
Great gym and great personal trainers! Great pools! Love this place!!!
Ive been a member for over 3 years and I LOVE it! There are have been a ton of updates to the facility since Dustin (the new manager) arrived and things seem to be constantly changing for the better. I look forward to all the new that is to come. The reason I stay at Prairie Life (I just signed a 2 year contract) is because of the amazing people that workout and work there. I was gone for a week and the manager asked if Id been on vacation - they notice! If you need a top notch trainer or massage therapist, Cassy Smith is your girl! She kicks my butt on a daily basis! Rosemary also teaches a fabulous weights class, Mari is killer in spin class and theyve added k-band training as well. Its worth the money!
The mens steam room during remodel had the tile regrouted. The residual grout is smeared all over the floor and walls. I reached out to a manager on duty about my concern he seemed more interested in hanging out in the members lounge area texting on his phone and visiting with friends.Steam room looks filthy very unclean unsanitary. SHAME on the manager for not making sure it was cleaned after the remodel. This is why members leave and never return.Unclean facility.
Ever since they got a new card system, they have declined me 3 times, saying there was no club use on my account when there hadnt been a change in any of the account info. I used to come here often but now it seems like Im going to have to use a better, father away facility because they keep declining people who were let in with ease before they got this new technology.
