Ive been working out at AIS for about 6 months now, and it is hands-down one of the best gyms Ive ever been to. The staff is friendly, but lets you do your thing without getting in the way. Highly recommend.

Walked in today after checking the reviews out online. Many short ones, so heres a longer one for ya! ... Small, motivated membership base and passionate owners. Bryce made me feel super comfortable, welcome, and was an absolute stand-up guy. Price is insanely reasonable (especially considering the varied equipment), and theyre committed to making sure their members are growing and knowledgeable. I may not be a professional lifter, but Ive been to many gyms in the past, and Ive never felt so comfortable just from walking in to commit to a membership same-day.
