I called Idoux on a Monday to see how soon they could come out and clean some recent stains on my son’s carpets. Other companies were at least two weeks out and quoted me more money. Mike from Idoux told me he would be there the next day. He said if he couldn’t remove the stains he wouldn’t charge me. He showed up on time the next day, was able to get the stains out, asked me to look over it to make sure I was satisfied, gave me some good advice and charges me a way more reasonable price than his competitors. I HIGHLY recommend this company.

Mike does a great job. I was sceptical about being able to get some pet stains and high traffic areas clean, but it looks good as new. I will be using Idoux again!
