Carwash is great . But every time we go they tire shine the drivers side but not the passenger side of my truck

The cheapest wash got my car cleaner than any car wash Ive been to. The attendants complimented my car and gave a lot of attention to the prewash spray down.

Very poor service wash didnt even get bugs off. Told the owner he got a towel and wiped on the front of the car and said they were paint chips then said if we waxed the car the bugs wouldnt stick.

I go out of my way to go here because I love this location. It was going down hill a little a couple years ago and has been great since the new owners have taken over. Its cleaner and offers better service.Update: I want to add that they have made so many great changes to make this experience even better. There’s towels and cleaner provided to help with detailing. I would and have referred many friends here. Will be back time and time again.I spent some time talking with the owner tonight. Randy is the most genuine person Ive met in awhile and it was truly a pleasure to speak with him.

Dont let the humble exterior fool you - this is actually a great touchless car wash! They start with a guy prepping your car and there are several wash options at affordable prices. My car was filthy and covered in bugs from a road trip and it came out spotless on the medium wash level.

This is a convenient little car wash that’s uneasy to get in and out of. Vacuumed and towels available after a wash too. My little guy loves the colored lights with the phone. I just wish there was a cheaper option than the $8 wash fit a quick “get the salt off” wash but overall very good.

I tried to speak to a worker about air fresher for my car this guy just completely ignored me as if he didnt hear me. Sad part was we were the only two outside so who else would I be talking to? Especially seeing how this man who worked there was literally 2 feet in front of me. The worker and myself were both at the pump when I was trying to ask but was completely ignored. Then the guy walks away really fast as if I was going to do something to him. He continues to walk very fast and goes inside. I mean I didnt understand the whole point to that I just wanted to see if they sell air fresher. So I took it upon myself to walk around and see if they had a vending machine and they didnt. I have never been to a car wash that does not have vending machines where you can purchase cleaning items for your car

A very thoughtful car washing experience.Amazing family owned car wash - I have never had a car wash experience with so much detail and care by the establishment. This should be the standard everywhere. They start the wash with a thorough manual exterior cleaning and then tunnel down a large rolling car wash to finish. As you come out, you turn the corner and the vacuums area is up and running. The detailed experience continues with interior cleaning supplies available for any guests use, clean towels are there too! Since I started going months ago, I haven’t gone anywhere since. Randomly, the owner has popped out with treats for adults and kids. The 1/2 off from 8:30-11:30am during the week is a plus too. A must see and go experience.

I got EXCELLENT service at the car wash today from Dustin and the women he worked with. They were both really personable and Dustin went out of his way to help me get tar off the side of my car which was not easy. Well he didnt help me he Did it. Super kind and Im so thankful. Ive been going to this cat wash for about a year amd even though I moved to the Missouri side this is still my car wash. Great service wins on my book. Thanks guys

Attendants will prewash areas of your car then you continue through the auto wash. It does a good job cleaning a typical street vehicle. The area for cleaning interiors is stocked with spray cleaners and towels for your use. The vacuums work well. You can also purchase gas (self serve only) and receive a discount on the wash. Basic wash is available or you can choose to pay for increasing options.

Wonderful overall experience! Staff was smiling and the car wash was excellent along with the vacuums. My new go-to place to clean my car inside and out.

I visited Paradise Car Wash for the first time last week after driving by it for years and I was extremely impressed! I was lucky enough to meet both of the owners and they were wonderful people! My car looked great and I will definitely be going back!

Ive been going to this car wash for quite sometime & enjoyed the experience. But, on my visit today I was elated to find that they now - under new ownership - provide towels and upholstery & tire cleaner (self serve) free of charge with the purchase of any carwash. The owner came out and introduced himself and was a genuinely nice guy! Excellent service and customer care!!!

The owner is great. The wash is thorough, yet gentle on my car. My kids love the flashing RGB LEDs in the wash. Disco city.

Great place! Owners are incredibly nice and the service is impeccable! We had a bunch of stuff that we wanted sprayed out of the back of the truck and the owner took it upon himself to spray it out with a power washer! We live in the neighborhood and will be back often!

DO NOT USE THIS CARWASH!!!! If I could give this place zero stars I would! Writing this review to warn others to not go to Paradise Bay car wash based on my terrible experience! When arriving, there was a sign requesting to wash your car before using their vacuums. I parked my car and a lady came out. I asked her if it would be okay if I vacuumed my car first before running my vehicle through the car wash. I advised her I was a paying customer and that I just wanted to vacuum my car first before washing it. To me it seemed counter productive to wash my car and then get it dirty by the dusty hose when vacuuming the dirt of my floor boards. The lady advised that was fine and then offered me a piece of candy from the bowl she had. I thanked her for offering but advised I did not want a piece. 5 minutes later the owner came over. He happened to be the husband of the woman I had spoke with in the first interaction. The owner then got in my face and asked me what my reading level was and if I even knew how to read! I told him his wife already spoke to me and told me it was okay to vacuum first so I could avoid getting my car dirty after washing it. The owner started raising his voice and telling me he didn’t appreciate me being a moocher and that he didn’t spend 3 million dollars on a car wash to get ripped off! At this point he was 2 inches from my face yelling and being extremely aggressive after I had already received permission from his wife. I told him I’m more than happy to pay ahead and grabbed my debit card. I then asked him what the different specials were that I could purchase. He then looked at me and said “you don’t know what you want?!?!”.....No sir, because you are berating me for vacuuming my car so I have not seen the different services you offer. He then pointed to a sign 15 feet away. So I glanced and picked the cheapest one possible just so I could get out of there since he was in my face all because I wanted to vacuum first. If you cannot give your customers the benefit of doubt, then you should not be a business owner. He then took my debit card and went over to his wife. A WHOLE 5 minutes went by and this man still had my debit card! I then asked him what the delay was and if he can charge my card so I can get the car wash and leave. He walked to the office and then his wife came out and said they needed the pin to be able to run my card. I told her I’m ready for the car wash and requested my card back to just pay in the drive through. I then got the car wash and drove off. There was no apologies from the owner, or wife of this establishment. I am completely appalled by the horrible customer service that was given to me. How can you tell someone you are okay to vacuum and then get up in their face and tell them they are mooching?! I drive a Volkswagen Beetle and I am a young woman. The owner is on a power trip and is a narcissistic, untrusting, white man who has nothing better to do than yell at a young woman who is a paying customer and simply trying to clean her vehicle. The fact that the owner was threatened by me and got in my face and verbally assaulted me is not okay. It blows my mind that he went to this extreme all because I wanted to use the vacuum first. What a controlling jerk. All over a $8 car wash! DO NOT USE this establishment!! Very unprofessional and untrusting to honest customers. I hope no one ever has to experience what I had to endure by this aggressive owner!

I love this car wash! The owners and staff are very nice and provide great service.

I love my Prius. And the only place that I trust my baby to get washed is here. I love the staff and I love the quality of the wash here. They also have vacuums as well that gets the job done. I definitely give them five stars and I will be coming back to get my baby cleaned.

Tried the paradise bay wash and was a little disappointed. I paid $14 and still had dirt on my Windows. I like the wash on 103 and state line better for less money.

Clean car good

Not a car wash for people with disabilities. Only one person on site to send you into the car wash machine. No one to wipe down the interior or vaccuum.

Highly not recommended. The past two visits were horrible expirences. They seem to always be short staffed! The attendant that was there today smelt like marijuana but was helpful with gassing up my car! Was highly disappointed as I’ve been coming here for years without any issues.

Your typical $10 car wash. No problems here. The free vacuum had good suction so that was a plus.

There was some dents on my window that I thought was from the car wash it was not. I came in and talked with an employee he explained to me it wasnt from the car wash. He gave me a free car wash which was fantastic! Very nice people to be of service!

I have been going to this Car Wash since it opened.They have always prep the car with the brush. The last 2 times I have gone they didnt and I have had bugs left on my grill and window. One of the visits it was 2 young boys.. Not sure Ill be back!!!!!

Went to the carwash and came out with a still dirty car. The ast. manager was unhelpful and didnt care, when we asked how to contact the owner he said it was none of our business. The manager wasnt overly concerned, and that the old bug guts on our car was the way it unacceptable and finally refunded our money after my husband argued with the manager.

We pulled up to get gas. Put in card but it wouldnt go past that step. The system was stuck. There was nobody around to help us either. Very annoying

Worst car wash. They scratched my vehicle, and my car is still dirty.

$14 for a car wash that left soap all over the vehicle and failed to get the vehicle clean.

Just horrible and unprofessional 1st randy was complaining to me about the 4K a month light bill the attendants were basically yelling at me to pull forward and the place reeked of marijuana when I tried to go inside and take my floor mats to the attendants
