I’ve used this car wash a few times, and every time I end up with soap spots all over my car, even after hand drying the obvious wet spots. It does not appear that enough water is used to actually remove all of the soap. The picture below is literally 1 day after washing. I used their most expensive service. Cancelled my membership. Totally disappointed.

This place was fast enough in terms of payments, only 1 staff personnel present.Not so great in cleaning the car. Was definitely not worth it.

In all fairness my car was pretty dirty. Didnt get the dirt off of my quarter panels and I got the go big wash. The best wash that they offer.

If I could rate this place with zero stars, I would. This car wash damaged my car. I filed an incident report right away and was told the manager would be calling me the next day. It’s been almost two weeks and I’ve tried calling. No answer and no call backs.

Plenty of price options, but the cheapest I saw was $9 (not the advertised $5). At this price point I got exactly what I needed-a basic wash. Nothing fancy or added on. Dryers were a little weak and I needed to wipe down the car after. Unfortunately there were no towels available in the vacuum area. But the vacuums are free and plentiful.Pros- Friendly service, easy automatic wash, very accessible, and free vacuums.Cons- Add-ons cost more than other car washes, weak dryers, and no towels by the vacuums.

Great wash! They do a pretty good job moving the cars through. Wish they offered more deals. Kinda frustrating you have to get out and towel-dry your car afterward.

It created a nice sheen over the bug stains on the front of my van, both windshield and bumper. Ive been to $5 car washes that were a better quality of clean. I got the middle level cleansing payment. This place has one job to do, to clean off dirt on a car. Use the right products for that very basic level of cleaning, dont recycle the water. Especially if youre going to charge $21! For $21 I should have my own person wiping down my car. Upon entry, however there was a kid that gave the front and back a spray before entering. It didnt seem loosen much.What I did like about it was the pretty lights and fancy brushes. Great colorful aesthetic, it truly looks like it would do something to get the job done. It doesnt.

Wash good2 dif vacuums did not work

I prefer GO Carwashes over Waterways but I also am picky and like to do everything myself. The premium wash actually keeps your car looking new if you can stop in once a week.

I used to like coming here when it was first opened, but it seems like lately the towels aren’t getting washed and they smell really bad. They are also so wet that you can hardly even dry your car with them. Very disappointed!!

The staff is always friendly and consistent. I had one instance where the car wash shut down mid cycle and I was left to wait while they promptly scrambled to get it back up and running again (they eventually got me through the rest of the cycle). To compensate me for my time, they gifted me a card for their utmost premium wash package at no cost. I go once a month and Im always greeted with a smile and given help with my transaction. Oh, and dont forget the free vacuums!

My car looked very nice. There was no soap left on it. Its shined for a week even though it was dusty.

Really, really nice car wash. Car came out wonderfully clean. Their vacuums are outstanding. They have very nice towels for you to dry your car inside and out. They even have pressurized air for blowing the water out of hard to reach areas. Ill be back for sure.

Every employee i saw today had a mask on...but under their chins and/or noses.Not one was properly masked, and you now have to roll down your window to pay an employee face to face. Apparently, the young woman cashier couldnt pull her mask up for the 3 minutes it took to run my card because she was too busy talking her cell.Wont be coming back, after being a loyal customer since we moved 3 years ago.

They have changed their setup. They are no longer a full service car wash, however, they still offer free vacuums and towels for trying. Prices have increased as well.

Overall its a good place little pricey but its clear they want you to do the monthly plan, the air dryers is its weak link. Spent more time having to dry my car off than I have at other places

Did not have any cleaners for sale for tires or interior cleaning. Yet a bargain with free vacuuming and the look and feel of a brand new car wash.

My masked got sucked into the vacuum pump at Overland Park Go. I told the supervisor he took my name and number. He even turned it off to take a peek. He said if he finds it he would call. 2 days later he called me said he found it. I thought that was awesome service.

I recently visited the Overland Park location off Metcalf. The line was fast moving. I got the highest priced wash. Was it worth the price? Im not convinced. There were still suds in crevasses and droplets all over that required hand drying. The vacuums were solid.

GO car wash always gets my car totally clean. I love the fact that the valcom is free, and they provide those wonderful towels for you to dry your car with, just in case you dont have any. GO car wash is always immaculately clean.

Place was better when it was the $7 Car Wash. I paid $21 for nothing more than a neon light show with rainbow colored soap, which the rear of my vehicle was still covered with after the wash was over. Still had hours old bird poop on the hood as well. It did get some dust off though, so for that I give a star.

I got their best wash for free off of a Facebook ad, and my car looks great! It got off the bugs and grime from a trip to Colorado that another car wash failed to get off (which is the last time I’ll go there). The free vacuums were much appreciated as well. I would take my car here again.

They just rebuilt this car wash and it probably needs a little bit of work to get it up to speed. Staff seems friendly, mostly it leaves the car spotless and thats all I care about plus the vacuums are free...

I believe it was the assistant manager.I lost my wallet..And he went thru everything to help me find it.. he was so nice and polite. Ive never had nobody go out of their way as much as he did.. all right but thats it again to wash my car and once again just as polite as can be.They need him to train other employees customer service because anybody else I have came and counter to at the car washes has not been as nice as he has been

Love the fact that it uses a conveyor belt system instead of the metal rails to guide your wheels through the wash. Metal rails are the fastest way to scratch up your wheels. Does a great job of cleaning the car as well.

The car wash blew off my rear-view mirror. An employee went it and retrieved my mirror from the wash, but it was all scratched up. My tires got tons of larger scratches on them from the car wash. I filed a claim, but the car was said it was not their car washs fault. The individual who called was very rude. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I wish I could agree with the good reviews but I went a week ago got the interior and ultimate deal gave a $10 tip got no thank you for it and my car was still dirty.I dont like to be confrontational or petty so Im complaining here.Used to go here all the time when I was driving for uber and they did great.Not sure Ill go back now.

Payed $10 to basically waste my time. Got home after going through the car wash and the whole back of my car was still covered in dirty water and my rims are still completely dirty. Will never be back

I love this place! the staff is always so nice and they do a great job. You can imagine how busy it would get on such a nice day during winter, but that just lets you know how worth your buck it is to come to this place. I literally never write reviews, but I couldnt pass up an opportunity to make it known how much i love this car wash! :)

Truck looks great could do better on wheels

I have used this car wash quite a few times and have been very pleased every time I’ve been here. The wash does a great job of getting my car clean, along with the free towels that I can use to really buff it clean. Today it was so dirty from all of our recent rains and snow and it needed some attention. I ran it throug the car wash and then used the provided *free* towels and microfiber towels to really get my car shining again! I highly recommend this car wash!

Mike was awesome. I came in really needing my seats cleaned ASAP. He told me they had no openings left for next few days. I told him well idk when I’ll be able to bring it back, and he offered to do it himself right before he closed. That was awesome because most people would’ve just left it as what it was . I really appreciate him for that because I really needed it done. I had to leave him a tip because he didn’t have to do it. Thanks Mike. I think that’s his name, he is the GM

Built in a very compact space. Prices were reasonable and there were actual crew working on detailing cars. It might get confusing to where to head after getting the car wash if youre new to this place. If employees could stop crossing the exit way while a vehicle is coming out of the car wash would be much appreciated because the vehicle behind me was still on the belt and didnt wanted to get rear ended.

Unlimited wash customer. First year, all was good but lately something has changed.Experience goes up and down. Five visit in last 30 days - 3 great clean and service, 1 time was closed due to equipment failure and the following day half the sprays didnt work. Had to hand wash at home. Thinking about cancelling.

These people are the best! I always have great service and they treat me like a person, not another paying customer. I have a monthly plan and the staff takes care of all my needs. I also love the smiling faces on the employees and the free coffee! Thank you for your generous service.

I brought the family through Big Splash to get the Colorado dust off of our car last week. They did an awesome job and were quick, nice and happy. We got the Tsunami Splash which, aside from making every part of the car shine, was quite entertaining for the kids. With 3 kids, I always appreciate the interior cleaning as well! I will return there next time I am in Overland Park or anywhere close to Kansas City.

Easy, affordable, fast washes. The employees are helpful, too. I lost a part from my truck in the wash (it was loose -- not the car Washs fault at all) and someone quickly retrieved it for me. There are handy vacs there, too, if you want to clean inside.

Their unlimited wash is a great deal and I love that their Waldo locations has mat cleaners, however their wash resulted in several dozen very small chips in the paint of my front left bumper. This is the risk you run at “soft touch” cloth style car washes and I paid the price.

Best service ever my car hasnt been washed in over a year when I went there and got my car washed by a young man named Malachi he did an awesome job on my car made me feel as though my car was brand new I would certainly recommend this place to anyone that wants to rejuvenate their old car or just to wash your new one and with good detailed cleaning inside and out my floor was so spotless I could eat off of it thanks a million you guys especially the young man that did my car awesome great job Malachi Stanton

Full service interior cleaning. However like most auto washes the car still had a lot of spots on it and didnt get all the bird poop from the car with the Big Splash wash. I think if you could wash it by hand really well first then this would be the place to take it for regular light cleaning.

If the vacuums were attended to every few hours or maybe even at closing or before they open, then I wouldnt have to clean somebody elses trash out of the nozzle before I can use it. Sometimes the soap isnt filled??? and you get 1/2 of a car wash. Sometimes maybe less. If they could adjust a wash package to exclude the grease that coats your tires, that would definitely bump to 4 star rating.Updated review:Been using the monthly plan for 2 years. The Metcalf location is definitely the worst. Not enough vacuums and lately upon entering, Ive been asked to update my card. The other locations didnt. One thing to their credit is the suction of vacuums has gotten better. As far as the car wash getting your car clean, well, it doesnt!Posted a picture of my tire right after I went through!

Visited the Overland Park location today and we were very impressed with the service. We had a detail done and you cant tell that our kids ride in the vehicle anymore and that makes for a happy husband! The carpets look great, new, and clean and the overall experience was very impressive. The staff was friendly and we have a great looking truck! We will for sure go back here each time and trust our vehicle to Big Splash!

I loved this place, it cleaned my truck better than any other car wash. Ive been here a bunch until today everything was good, but today the washer roller ripped my wiper off and bent it up, and the manager told me that my truck was too old to cover replacing my BRAND NEW wiper blade. A 1996 Ford F-150 with 48000 miles on it

Had to get vehicle cleaned up for trade it, so did a full set of the detailing options. The lead detail person went over what I want with me, was patience and listened well, and managed to squeeze me into line earlier so the car was done, from tsunami wash to full exterior and interior hand detailing in less that 2 hours.Results were outstanding! Car was show room ready, and they got several stains out of the upholstery to boot. Cost wasnt cheap, but neither was the work done, and price was pretty competitive with the current local market for the services rendered.Exterior was actually sparkly when they got done. Nice work fellas.

Let me start by saying i meant to post this months ago but Im also a blogger i posted about on my sight but not here. Anyways i love the car washes and the employees but my review is more for the owners. Ive been scoping these places for about two years and even met almost every employee and manager ive even met Jason who is very kind and funny. But You guys do not appreciate your employees its sad when you run through this much management and employees. Ive even talked to a few former ones that i see around. A happy employee makes a good business. Theres so much potential in this company i would love to continue my business with yall and to keep referring you to all My friends and family. Maybe talking positive to them and letting them know how well of a job their actually doing instead of putting them down and bitching so much. I love the way the employees work. More dedication in washing cars then i see in most other jobs. So show a little respect and appreciation. This is just my open and honest opinion. Keep up the good work and cant wait to see this place grow.

First and only time coming here. I have a 2017 Jeep Wrangler. My antenna was completely bent and the car wash put a big dent in the side of my Jeep by the antenna. When I alerted the employees they didn’t care and when I got the managers attention he just told me I should have taken my factory antenna off. The dent repair is costing me 125.00 and hopefully I don’t have an issue with the paint down the road. I went to Mr Hotshine in Springfield all the time and never had a problem. Avoid this place.

Buyer beware!!! The rail of the car wash will tear up your tires and rims. Management will refuse to cover the damages. Try paying for a $750 chrome clad rim because an employee wasnt paying attention and failed to guide you onto the rail correctly. I promise, you wont be returning again and neither will I.

You need to make it easier for first-time customers to more easily understand and follow the service options, payment procedures and subsequent operational proceses.

I have lived in o.p for a long time and I have seen this location many times, under different names. Big splash has it all kind, polite and friendly service. I will always be a customer at big splash off Metcalf. Ask for Mr.smith and he will take care of any of your needs. He goes above and beyond what you would expect from a car wash. This is one of the better automatic washes in town. Good price and the monthly unlimited wash club was worth the price. The interior cleaning was hit or miss depending on who was doing it, but that comes with the individual. Id recommend Big Splash to anyone local.

Exterior was was great but the interior looked like it was barely cleaned... Dash wasn’t wiped down and neither was the middle console. They didn’t even clean off my all weather mats after washing them. There was still soap residue on the bottoms and tops when they were put back in...

If I could give this place negative 5 stars I would! Trust me youre better off paying your next door neighbors dog $20 to wash your car, than coming here. Heres Why - 1. If you have a girlfriend or wife, dont let her come here alone! Even if she has a ring on her finger AND POINTS TO IT like I did, that certainly wont stop the managers from sexually harassing you and asking to party and hang out later... 2. My friend and I came through this wash and half way through, we heard a loud ripping noise! Once we got out to vacuum we noticed her back fender was ripped off and the paint was bent backwards from how VIGOROUS that wash is! I Ive read through many other reviews of people complaining about the brushes in this wash screwing up the paint on their cars or doing other sorts of damage, and again not doing anything about it! How unprofessional. If I were you I wouldnt give this company a dime EVER IN MY LIFE. If you have a membership I would just cancel it now before your girlfriend or wife gets sexually harassed, or why not play it safe and end it before the wash completely f***s your car up!!!!!!!!!
