The staff is very unfriendly and everyone appears to hate their job. Some of them are very good at pokes, but some actually are shaking while they’re putting the needle in your arm.

As long as your paperwork is clear with no question, you will get at least the bare minimum of blood work;the obnoxious attitudes comes free of charge. If there is an issue with the paperwork on their part or yours, prepare yourself for the non-existent assistance and a double dose of attitude.I have gone to this location a few times now, and sadly every occasion was met with same unprofessional extremely uncaring demeanor. If they are unhappy with their job, simply leave find something which provides happiness rather than pass on the ego attitudes to someone who may be going through a rough time. Lets face it, we are not drawing blood because its fun or just passing time.At this location have your blood work done and leave quickly, depending on your medical situation requiring blood work and your emotional state, having to just talk to such horrible staff would pretty much ruin your day. It is truly an horrific place. Therefore. If you can avoid going to this location, I would highly recommend you go elsewhere, anywhere else. Use Quest there have better staff who care.Again, its not like this was a one visit occasion, every visit was met with ego attitudes and uncaring demeanor. I finally deveopled an intolerance to deal with their childish behavior. I filed a complaint to corporate, but we all know complaints go no where, and staff will probably laugh it off and treat it like a compliment.

The lady who drew my 6 month old son’s labs was the most unprofessional, uncaring and rude individual I think I’ve ever encountered. I was there already nervous to have labs drawn on a 6 month old and she made the experience painful. Don’t go here. Don’t take your kids here. Horrible.

In and out in 5 minutes. Couldnt have been easier, everyone was friendly and professional. Easy Covid antibody testing!

My 2 year old needed to have blood taken and the women there were absolutely amazing! They started building a relationship with her as soon as we walked in the door and by the time we were all checked in and taken back, she was not nervous about strangers touching her. They explained the elastic being placed on her arm beautifully to her and got her on the first stick! They immediately started talking to her about everything she loves (which they learned in the lobby) and kept her distracted. No tears because of these amazing ladies!

Check in was quick and blood draw was quick and without pain which is a bonus!

I would Iile give a 0 start. The customer service dont want to help me to salve my problem at all.

The one worker was nice, but she was running the whole office. Bad management and not enough employees.

I went to this location after having to wait forever at Questlab across the street and was amazed at Labcorps efficiency, kindness, and NO WAIT! The employees were outstanding and did a great job. They quickly got my blood drawn and were so personable. Ill definitely be returning for any future bloodwork.
