I got my fingerprints taken for a real estate license. David in Independence was super helpful, quick, and did a great job!

David was super professional and my total wait time after checking in was literally less than five minutes. I’ve had places be so rough with your hands when it comes to fingerprints and this place was nothing but kind. Clean environments are important during times like this so with professionalism included this place is a definite go to!!

Went in today for a COVID Antibody test and was there for a quick 5 minutes. Simple, easy, fast and fantastic service. Would highly recommend anyone looking for any lab work done! Great and clean facility, fantastic customer service! Will definitely be back for all my future lab works to this location!

If there was a 6 star rating I would give it! Everyone was so nice and professional and it was a spotless modern environment (and more reasonable prices than those other labs). The person who drew my blood for my test was amazing, I didnt feel a thing. If you ever need any testing done Id go here for sure.

Amassing memory and awesome performance

Went in for a simple blood sample. Took my sample on a Friday and when I called the lab where it was supposed to be sent on Tuesday, they still hadn’t received it. When I called Test Smartly they told me they didn’t know where it was and offered me a complimentary sample...like I got a blood draw at McDonalds??!! After far too much insisting, they agreed to track my blood down and call me back. They never did.Either this place is a resource center for a local vampire coven, or just plain incompetent.

Super quick and nice!

This place was very helpful when I was distraught and having a very bad day. It was Saturday and I only had 48 hours to complete a drug test that was given to me on Friday. I had the flu, and was so sick and Quest was just giving me the run around and refusing to do my drug test because it was Saturday.....but these people they got me right in no questions asked. They were very professional and got me right out so I could go home and go back to bed... and they were very poliet and helpful! If you have a choice ALWAYS ALWAYS go here!

Finally found a great testing lab that can do just about any lab test imaginable. Very clean and professional facility with a friendly staff. Also, I didnt have to wait long!

Honestly quite disgusted. I went inside and the lady said empty my pockets so I did and she said did you empty your pockets when she had just watched me empty them so clearly she was insinuating something. I went Pee and gave them my sample and they told me that it wasn’t in body temperature and I had 3 hours to redo the test. I asked her what could cause it to be that way and she said well their are lots of reasons it could be that way including compromising my company. At the point I got mad because I basically just got accused of using fake urine or something of that nature and I said well I’ve never had a problem like this before. She said sit down and drink water and let us know when you have to go again and proceeded to go into their little office and talk about me and look right at me while she talks to the other works about me. So I seen a display of business cards so I grabbed one and it said Nick on it and the other one said Marilyn which said she was the president so I asked one of the workers where Marilyn is at and she said she’s on vacation and won’t be back till after the 4th of July so I said who can I speak to? And she said Well Nick our manager isn’t here but I can call him for you and I discussed to her what the other workers had said and how they treated me and so she called him and let me speak to him on her phone and I told him I was super offended and frustrated and he didn’t care one bit,He kept making excuses for how I was treated so I told him I was going to pee again but I wouldn’t be back ever! I will be talking to Marilyn about this when she gets back trust and believe that! I went pee again and it was perfectly normal and I signed some stuff and left. I would NOT recommend this place at all if you don’t want to be accused of providing fake urine and looked at up and down and talked about. Unbelievable. I understand that’s what some people do but that isn’t me. Never has been and never will! Quite pathetic if you ask me. Just avoid this place and your day won’t be ruined.

Very impressed with the broad range of tests offered. I needed a simple blood test that I was able to get without an appointment or doctors order. It was very affordable. with no hassle and no wait! Its great to know this place is local and does just about any lab testing one needs.

My company hires these guys out to come give us flu shots every year to keep us healthy. Its so appreciated. Their employees are always so friendly and professional. More companies would benefit from doing the same.

I went in to get an STD testing taken on Monday, September 9th, 2019, and was greeted by Nia Johnson and Jasmine at the front. They were both very friendly, understanding, and very professional. They handed me paperwork to fill out and was very quick in processing it and getting my blood drawn, as well as my urine taken. They called me the following day and the day after, and left a voicemail for me which I finally had time to listen to. In the voicemail I was informed that there was a mishap of some sort at the lab, and I had to get my urine redone, so I called back and talked with them about it. Things happen and I totally get it. They were very apologetic about the whole thing and accommodated me very well throughout the whole process from the phone and when I was there. I arrived there around noon on Wednesday, September 11, 2019. Maria Ochoa was the one that left me the voicemail, and she was the one that was up at the front, followed by Nia Johnson in the back (shes a huge fan of the Eagles football). Both beautiful ladies that greeted you with a great smile. They were amazing throughout the whole thing and I will definitely recommend others and highly recommend others who are reading this to go there and get tested. Good prices for the tests, process was smooth and quick, and results get back to you fast. Customer service was A+ and I met with Nick Foley, who was the boss there and he was a phenomenal person, providing me information of what happened and how he was able to help me get it done at no charge at my cost. Im surprised more people dont leave reviews or dont go here more often. Its a great place and a great facility. Definitely a diamond in the rough. I will be back! Great job guys!!

Our company uses ARCpoint for our drug testing. We have been very impressed. The team there is awesome, they get candidates in quickly. They also upload results almost immediately. In the past with other clinics we have had to wait upto a week for results. We are thrilled to work with ARCpoint. I highly reccomend using this clinic!

My results were not sent in. I followed up a week later and could not get a reason for the delay. 3 hours after my call my results were confirmed by my new employer. I missed a full work week due to an error at this facility. Staff was very nice but cant forgive my loss of income.
