Love it here. The staff is fabulous and they are always happy to help you modify things if needed. Love the circuit based classes and the gym is very clean.

I had a great first workout at Smart Strength Fitness this morning. I will be a little sore, but I am definitely going to continue working out there. Tori did a great job describing the exercises we would be doing, and provided a great atmosphere to motivate to keep going! I highly suggest checking it out this one of a kind workout!

Amazing atmosphere where everyone of all skill levels feel welcomed! Workouts are super fun and keep you pumped the whole time, they will also challenge the the more experienced yet also allow for new comers to fit right in and not feel out of place!! Tori the trainer is one of a kind, always there to keep you motivated and brings a fun and effective workout! Highly recommend it if youre looking for a new gym or looking to get started at one!!! After tearing my Achilles tendon I was looking for a trainer to maintain strength/ fitness and work on my injured leg. I came across Strength Fitness.The staff is friendly. Also knowledgeable on physical fitness and nutrition. James has been my trainer going on 2 months. His work outs are tough but produce results. He created exercises that have improved my strength and mobility all over including my limited leg. I highly recommend this gym.

Great gym better trainers.. Tori is a beast and she is very helpful with modifying workouts. I have a bad back and bad knees and have been going for 3 weeks now and feel a lot better. Theres a rough road ahead for me but with her help Im looking forward to it. Also everyone that attends there is very helpful in motivating me to keep pushing.. I found a new home and Im loving it!!
