The guys educated us before, during and after the work was completed. They showed us images before and after during their cleaning. The whole process took about two hours, but they were both very detailed in their work. They showed us the progress of their work during each step...very professional and very friendly. The cleaned ever intake vents, registers and included the dryer exhaust. I would recommend using them to anyone.
