Great people they do there best to help families to get their kid when they have to

Guy behind window is only reason didnt give it less stars. This place is horrible. Makes me uncomfortable. All other staff I have had to deal with here love to lie & are not always friendly. Not very professional & do have many issues reaching people by phone. Which makes me very uneasy.

I called on Tuesday morning. Got an answering service who gave me another number. A person answered the call and transferred me to another number where I got a voicemail. It seems that two levels of answering could effectively be eliminated and just go to a person who doesnt answer. Yeah, that works well for someone in trouble.

A place for real human baby poachers

Heres the problem with this office. They dont do their job. I know someone that had her child taken a couple of months ago and has been doing everything they asked her to do with out no problems, but now here is where the problem lays. Her so called workers are never in and or the supervisors. Heck this lady worker cant even return my friends lawyers email. Like some workers need to be fired and the so called supervisors. Something needs to be changed cause they are failing the children and some parents.

The workerS phones messages are full all the time. You cant even leave a message. If you get lucky enough to leave a message they WILL NOT RETURN YOUR CALL. The break promises. They fail to remember thi gs like childrens dr. Appointments. The returned a toddler to his parent with broke a promise to get benefits filed and so I paid for diapers and watched the child. Bottom line is Compele and utter chaos! Disastrous
