I work here and can tell you we do a lot for our community from paying bills, feeding surrounding towns, places i never knew were there and weatherizing homes but thats just our building in Oroville we have many more entities in chico. I can honestly say im proud of what we do and wish we could do more p

I ended up dealing with three different women the first one was extremely short with me and didnt explain things very well and when I returned with the verifications she had asked for I was pleased to hear she had gone on vacation .The two other ladies in the office were professional and went out of their way to be helpful .

This place saved my life by helping get my power turned back on. God bless you.

Everyone is very helpful and efficient and from what I have seen everyone goes above and beyond to make sure they can provide the best assistance with utilities and weatherization.

The place was nice and friendly. The staff was nice and helpful. The help out with one of our bills.

Very caring and compassionate group of workers. They help all they can and make the process easier to deal with.

They do the best they can to help people with the limited resources they have.

I qualified for the Energy Savings and now getting new side by side refer/freezer, new forced air A/C _Heating unit, replaced 2 broke windows and more. Be patient.

So far it has taken me 3 years to get an app for help on propane sent to me. now I cant seem to get thru on the appointment I need to turn it in. apparently they give the money to the people they know and some of us never get anything..... sorry way to help the elderly...pathet6ic actually 73 years old here and totally ignored by butte county heap management

The Ladies were great at Community Action helped with questions and Paper Work.

Allot of help. We are campfire evacuated so they were a lot of help
