We tried going there a few times and waited hours. But we got there at 8:30 and no line we walked right up to the window. She was very helpful and informative.

They really do help you get employment and provide other services such as job training skills and help with other needs.

Line was long but it went surprisingly fast...in n out with everything i needed

For what it is, its not enjoyable to have to go here. But the workers are knowledgeable and very pleasant.

Very quick and efficient when you are able to speak to a worker the first time. The only negative is really something that cant be solved by this one office and thats at times the length of the lines.

I have never been treated more unprofessionally than how I was at this location today. I will never go back to Orovilles Unemployment Center. For a crisis, they do a terrible job of helping people within the community without shaming them for what the circumstances may look like. If you would love to be judged and talked rudely to while slowly receiving help, please visit this location. (Not all employees at all times perfectly fit this description, but I have never entered a more hostile atmosphere in a time when we are supposed to help each other).

Always keeping things in a very good professional manner. Its just about paper work, after all... we are the ones in need of help. They helped me when I was in need. It is our rights and need.

Such sweet ladies that are always so friendly. I moved here 1 year & had to spend quiet a bit of time in this office. I came from Southern California & it was very rare to come across a NICE,smiling person to help you. Here I felt valued & am very thankful for all the kind employees that helped us out when we needed it.

Service was pretty fast. Workers seemed nice and helpful.

Who ever has anything good to say about this place!? I wish I had good story to post, but unfortunately the children that I was evolved with suffered & are continuing to be a burden on our tax dollars. I guess they look at it like job security. They dont do whats right, just whats easy & doesnt ripple the water.

Picked up 3 Verrrans Urns to be Escorted to the Northern California Veterans Cemetery in IGO, CA.

They helped when i needed it. Grub stubs and 20 bucks cash aid a month. Cant complain about county aid.

The staff are very nice! Its a good atmosphere!

Did the whole foodstamp process online. Submitting documents and all. The only draw back Id there phone system . It will just repeat over and over again if you want to log into there system on the 3 ways . And you have to listen to it till it asks the way to talk to a person . Which is a pain in the butt.

Very busy and the customer service is not what it could be. The job board area is okay but the flyers posted require degrees, good paying ones and I feel for most of the people in here because they hardly have high school diplomas. If you have an appointment it takes 30 minutes to be seen and they act like you are the worst part of their day.

Came at 4:25, they said they were closed.

Did NOT have to wait a long time.

Its usually prerty quick and the building is nice and clean.

I walked by this place every day and notice that is well maintained. I have not been inside it yet.

Long lines, never expect to be in and out even with an appointment. Staff is helpful and do what they can to assist and give you connections on where to go or who to contact. The career center is also helpful, especially if its your first time using it.

The only lights at the end of this tunnel are the angels that work there. Bless you all.

Got services very fast and case workers all very pleasant

California department of unemployment is located at this facility. I needed to speak to UI person and was told to go home, that this was not unemployment office. I asked to speak to manager on duty and manger would not come talk with me.Rude and unprofessional

Went there for call fresh, was called back twice, each person said it wasnt their job, and the guy who took our info supposedly did not enter our info for that. Never got call fresh. So they were no help at all. Thanks for nothing.

I dont know how people rated them 5 stars they have been messing up my case for a very long time... they slack off on there job even if i do my part to keep up with my case... just because I need the little help they give me I have to deal with it.. but very soon I wont have to deal with there bull.
