Really did love this salon until my hair was burned off by being over processed by the stylist when I called and told her she said it had to be the water where I lived. A year later its cost me half my hair and almost a thousand dollars to fix what she did.

Honestly I really love the salon.I got my hair colored a dark purple and it’s still stayed in for 6 weeks and was styled perfectly.I also got my lashes done beautiful.I highly recommend crystal and rachel for hair and Sara for lashes ❤️❤️

Rachel did an amazing job with cutting my hair it was exactly what I was wanting. Layers and side bangs made me feel so fresh and beautiful! I was able to get it on such a short notice and prices were very reasonable. I have been looking for a hair dresser for quite some time and I have definitely found one.

I went into get a balayage, and walked out with nothing close to that. My hair is so damaged, and frizzy. I went in to get a grey balayage. I understand how expensive balayages are, so I walked full prepared. I had my bestfriend come with me. When I saw my hair I was so heartbroken. I paid her the $100 and left. It wasnt even a balayage. The thin top layer of my hair was dyed BLACK and the underneath was bleached and is a BRASSY color. I figured maybe it would take a few days to adjust. But everytime I look at my hair I just found more things done wrong. My hair looks like my roots have grown out, in some places its 3 inch of my natural hair, and others is just an inch. Yet it hasnt ever been a complete week since I went in. I washed my hair with the purple shampoo, and it just isnt helping. When I was on campus someone asked me if I tried to BOX BLEACH DYE MY HAIR AT HOME. Which is beyond embarrassing. Please dont go get your hair colored by Rachel.

The owner Crystal does the best color in Oroville. Her shop is always clean and the stylists are eager to help walk-in, but they are usually booked with clients.. Best to make an appointment.

Who doesnt love being pampered.From the moment you walk in the door tangled feels warm and welcoming. All of the ladies are nice, and very competent in their field. Tangled is the place to go when you need a fresh look or proper maintenance of the beautiful look you already have.

I had one of the worst haircut ever!!!! I showed her the picture of the haircut I wanted and she cut having not idea what she was doing, of course nothing to do with the picture I showed her, she was paying more attention to other people conversations than my own hair.... I have been doing hair for 20 years and I have never experience anything like this before.... I paid for a ugly ass haircut just to get home and had to fix my own hair.... Not mention I had to put extensions because it was no other way to fix my hair..... I will never recommend this place

My appointment was at 1:30pm they didnt pull me over to seat until 2 which I was ok with at the time. I showed her the picture of the color I wanted and asked if she could do it and she said yes. I had to share my dresser with another client as well so I didnt leave there until 6 and the whole time the dresser was talking to her friends and rushing to get my hair done. After the waiting and sharing the dresser I saw my hair and was beyond mad Worst color I have ever had, did not look like the picture and wasnt even the same shade. Would never recommend to anyone who actually wants a dresser that is invested in their client and will do what they ask and actually deliver.
