I never came any jewelry store in the United States from the year I left Vietnam, 2006. I wanted to buy a pair of earrings, so I went to Sierra Gem Company. The owners are very friendly and patient. She helped me to find the things I needed and wrapped them for me. The price is reasonable. I love her smiles. Ill tell to my friends who want to buy jewelry and I will be back.

I had our grandfathers watch repaired here last week, a great job for a good price. And what a lovely couple! We chatted with them for a while and enjoyed the family pictures on the wall. Glad that we met them in our own downtown Oroville, highly recommend.

Maybe the sales person had a bad day but they shouldnt be rude I was checking out gold nugget rings and pendants no sale. They have nice inventory why upset a millionaire?
